Pros (+) The front desk woman was friendly.
Cons (-) The place looks as if the last timer it was given a refresh was in the 80s. Everything — carpets, paint, lighting, bedding, phones, outlets — was old and worn out. My room reeked of mildew, the pillows were ancient and I'm amazed I didn't catch bed bugs. All for a $300, last minute booking.

Cons (-) Van airport pick up service needs improvement. Took 1.25 minutes to even get a van driver and when we called repeatedly back to the hotel the phone would ring and ring. The pillow cases had locks on them! The iron was locked on the ironing board!

Cons (-) Dirty, smelly, extremely poor WiFi service, no place to eat nearby, homeless people rooming the halls passing out flyers for food delivery - 5 flyers were put under my door within one hour, I opened the door to see who was doing this and a poorly dressed man wearing old and dirty clothes was walking the halls, then another, then another, etc.

Cons (-) Room and bathroom was very small, the breakfast could of been better and we found dirt all around the room carpet ( seems to haven't been cleaned in months). I caught a housekeeping staff fiddling on his phone in an open empty room while I had been waiting over an hour to get 3 towels.
