Well actually GETTING a car would have been nice. Received a call saying all the cars were out and there were some coming in on Sunday when they were turned in so I would receive a call Sunday or Monday. NEVER HAPPENED. So, I ubered everywhere. Really shoddy customer service.2.0 Poor
Apr 2021
Pros:
Nothing! Got to the company and they didn’t even have any cars available. They stated that they haven’t received cars back in from other users so they would have to call us when a car was ready. Ended up canceling the reservation and not having anything. The customer service was VERY unprofessional and unbelievable. If they knew they didn’t have any cars, they should have called everyone to let them know. It was 4 other reservations that came in the same time I was there and had the same issue.Cons:
Next time if they know they don’t have any cars they need to block out receiving reservations instead of taking my money to book a car they know they don’t have.2.0 Poor

When we arrived in Miami, they had no cars available despite us having reserved and paid. We waited in the car rental parking deck for three hours, with four young kids, until after 11pm, just to pick up a car.2.0 Poor

Have the right vehicle available during pick up. Balanced car tires. Our family vacation involved hours of driving. We had a shaky car up until we had the tires balanced at Discount Tire Co. Dried vehicle after washing Less sales pressure at the counter2.0 Poor

Pros:
At pick up the lady was talking very quiet I can barely hear her through the mask she was extremly unhelpful when I was asking her questions about the pricing looked like she was very uninterested.Cons:
The car was broken, every time I turned it squeaked so loud sand when I used the break, gas cover broken, was very small for a full size suv could not even fit 7 passengers comfortably forget luggage. And the worst it smelled so bad of cigarette smoke we could not bare sitting in the car for the first few days even after that it got better but still smelled, every time you parallel park the entire block needs to hear you and see that you have a broken car, very uncomfortable, will never rent from them. and now I know why they were the cheapest after all the fees that were added I ended up paying much much more then advertised18 locations in Miami
