I have always stayed at the Econo Lodge when coming home for a visit. Staff are very friendly. The breakfast selections have changed so there is more variety. There was nothing I didn't like.
Professional, friendly staff. Comfortable, quiet room. Reasonably priced, Cold hallway, ongoing renovations
Staff was extremely friendly. Location was great with the restaurant and large patio overlooking the water. Room was in need of repair. Wallpaper was peeling, entertainment furniture was badly damaged with a door missing. Desk chair was damaged and would not adjust up which put the desk at chin level.
We were told that the queen suite was larger then what it was so right away apon arrival we went back to desk to bring this to his attention where he did offer a king suite at an addtional charge of 20 dollars a night ...not to bad,but then we were billed for the cott which I didnt think was fair and if you have a copy you'll see I paid more then quoted. The breakfest was a joke stale cereal an old waffle maker that half of the waffle got stuck inside. We ate their once...The regular menu had little for options ,overall I was completly unhappy with the resteruant ..Sorry the list goes on ,The Hallways are dark yellow and dirty you should see for yourself ,their's no pic's of that on line......I Hope this letter gets more reaction then when I explained all these complaints to the hotel attendant ...........Sincerrly J.Boutilier
Staff was very helpful when my son lost his swim goggles, helping him find them. The pool could use a good cleaning. The rooms could use a couple more chairs and be a little bit bigger.
