Everything was prefect and highly recommend an one-bedroom ocean view villa, however, the rock bar and the ocean pool are gogerous, you can see the whole indian ocean as well as the food in the atmospheric restaurants. Staff are professional and good services! Spa is a must there, I was lucky made at the limited ocean view spa room. We will come back again and stay with Ayana. I think the buffet breakfast at Padi was bit pricy becuase the food was really average and I didnt actually eat. I recommend to pay the same price for Dava where you can stay quiet and enjoy your good breakfast.
Enjoyed the holiday on the beach as well as the brilliant swiming pools for entire three days. Especially, I was deeply impressed by the pool which is beside the sea with a gogeous and whole view of Indian Ocean. Of course it would be great if the hotel will be able to provide more and more attractive promotion, such as beneficial room rate, free room upgrade....
Comfortable, friendly nothing
The ground facilities were fantastic (pools, bars etc), food was also really good. Rock Bar is amazing at sunset! Room faciities are a little dated, even with an upgrade which we recieved. You are paying for the resort facilities. The resort is fairly remote from any other location for shopping or eating, would be nice if the resort ran shuttles other than just Kuta.

The breakfast is great and the staff are lovely - they were happy to change my room for me. If you are looking for a wedding venue, the hotel has beautiful pavilions and superb landscaping to create a dream setting. If you want a resort hotel in the sun that happens to be in Bali and where you'll be pampered, this is the place, but be aware that extras cost extra. If you want to actually experience Bali, think twice. It is an isolated, self-contained resort. Saying it is in Jimbaran Bay is deceptive - Jimbaran is 7 or 8 km away - if you want the famous "eating on the beach" experience, you'll need a taxi. There is a shuttle service, but it is to Kuta - the very place I wanted to avoid on my trip round Bali. Fortunately this was my last stop so I'd seen the real Bali already. You have to take their shuttle to their private beach - it is in the next bay and there are 160 steps down to the beach itself. Internet access is expensive. The standard rooms are generic American hotel style - nothing "Balinese" about them. Some have connecting doors which are not soundproof - mine was so bad I asked to be moved. The marble hallways create more noise.
Strongly recommend to visit Bar on the Rock. Amazing! Grill Restaurant is good as well. Cleanliness is clearly below 5 stars hotel standard. Location is not the best one - you are pretty isolated in this hotel.
good services and very comfort the price is expensive
The hotel is absolutely stunning, with modern, tasteful and luxurious finishes. It is connected by frequent tram to its sister resort (Ayana) and to a private beach. It's a little out of the way from Jimbaran itself, and requires an inexpensive taxi ride to and from town. Food at the resort is good but expensive. The spa is astronomically expensive by Bali standards, although it is in line with Western high end resorts. The Rock Bar at the Ayana (for which Rimba guests get priority access) is a lifelong memory (although VERY expensive). The staff are extremely friendly and willing to help. The beach is beautiful. Location is quite convenient to the airport. In the early morning, it was only about a 10-15 ride. Honestly think it was our one-time bad luck, as opposed to a constant problem, but the air conditioning in our room could not be adjusted, even after we called for technicians to come and "fix" it. The temperature in our room hovered between hockey arena and cold-freezer. Made for poor sleep in an otherwise very comfortable room. Also, despite all the attention, the hotel managed to forget about giving us a promised wake up call. Fortunately, I set my own alarm just in case. But if I hadn't, we would have missed our early morning flight. The beach is very beautiful, but it's not for swimming. There are lots of big waves and big rocks, and the red flag is probably out 99% of the time. All in all, despite the shortcomings, I still believe this to be an outstanding hotel. Well worth the money (and priced much cheaper than many hotels that are likely comparable in quality).

We booked our stay via kayak and when check in, was told by receptionist that breakfast is not included in my package which have been confirmed by agent kayak. I showed them that my booking is inclusive of breakfast, I then emailed to kayak but no response from them till date. Rimba is really nice, after check in, receptionist called and said that the resort will extend breakfast to us for the our stay in Rimba. The staffs at Rimba ensure that whatever request you have will be fulfilled at their best possible. Not that I can think of..

Gives the impresion of abandoned area,everything dirty around,only 3 unbrelas available in pool area the rest were broken and lay aside,I am sure this hotel will close down soon
Beautiful setting just next to the sea. The spaciousness and Balinese design of each lodging surronded by different varieties of trees,shrubs, plants and flowers simply make it seem like a peaceful paradise. All in all, a great place to retreat in serenity and tranquility. The lobby is also very impressive although a bit liveless! Staff do not always observe the "Do Not Disturb" sign - too eager to clean the room?! The internet-charge is much too exorbitant (50,000IRP) in proportion to the fact that it is slow and in a very small room with not enough privacy. Hotel room can do with a bit of facelift.
Nice resort. It is about 20 years old, but they do a good renovation. Beautiful architecture: wonderful reception - nice bedroom. Nice garden and clean beach. Close to the airport. The airport is open 24 h a day! Old air condition. Most people did not use the retaurant. It is expensive in comparison to the restaurants outside on the beach.
just the landscape and breakfast pictures on website are deceiving. very old.needs massive makeover .full of mosquitoes .doesn’t worth the money.very popular for Russians.

Right on the busy Jimbaran Beach which is lovely, plenty of good value beach bars very close by. The hotel lacks any atmosphere.

Nice, clean rooms, welcoming staff, great buffett breakfast. Expensive food/drinks. Just outside the hotel is a very nice and very cheap restaurant. Also, bottled water and soda cheap outside the hotel
Room is big, nice garden, private beach and swimming pool. No wifi in the room. Not sure whether it's because of the air-con or the wooden furniture, there is very strong scent in the room, too strong to fall asleep, basically I didn't sleep all night long.

lovely buildings in the style of Balinesian temples are placed in a beautiful tropical garden, wide sandy beach close to the hotel compex with shade and enough sunbeds to relax, romantic sundown and dinner in the fish warungs on the beach.
Location is superb, just in front of Kuta beach The water smells awful! The manager told us it was because the contractor didn't install the right pipes for the plumbing!! The staff forgot to replenish the soap for our barhroom!!
Right on the beach. Beautiful view from the rooftop. Comfortable beds. Staff was helpful, and friendly. Very noisy. Can hear your neighbors, and the streets below. Woke up to someone knocking on our door at 3 AM. Anyone has access to the rooftop so it was crowded with people not staying at the hotel.
The stay was great, they were pleasant when we asked them for a late check out, and even packed us complimentry early breakfast when we set out early one morning. The breakfast buffet was classy, although there weren't as many options as you would expect from a five star.
fantastic service by staff, nothing too much, always called by first name, amazing villas, facilities.. swimming pool was a little bit cold in the villa.

The hotel is excellent and the staff were very kind and cooperative. Additionally, the price was very good for a luxurious villa. The Internet signal was so weak that it frustrate me, even after informing the hotel. The hotel location was faraway from the seashore. Mosquitos have been a big problem also.

Kuta Paradiso Hotel is a lovley hotel, great entrance, great pool and great service but the rooms could of been beter although very clean.

On my arrival I could not get the room that I have booked. I had to prove my rights for the room and it is really strange for 5 star hotel. Hotel is located right at the ocean and when I go there I have to walk around corners – no straight way. It is not a complain I have to say that generally deluxe rooms are ok. Problems: you cut extra money from me and I do not know why and for what because the price was already published on website and it is not fair. Hotel staff are helpful and friendly. They fulfill your request within a few minutes. Security is good and it's quite safe to stay in Bali. Hotel should not be 5 star hotel. It's too old and facilities are not good
Good, convenient position behind the Four Seasons, close to the beach. Staff were nice. Nice spa facilities. Received a villa upgrade from 3 bed to 4 bed with a view of the hillside and some ocean glimpses. Karma is selling itself on providing top end luxury but this set of villas in Jimbaran is looking a bit tired inside and they seem to be taking a few short cuts on the important details that make for a luxury hotel - particularly in Bali where there are plenty that do it really well. It's nice, comfortable and the design is reasonably impressive at first, but I'm not sure that it's living up to the Small Luxury Hotels of the World brand. I would have been disappointed if we'd paid the full rack rate - but we got a pretty good deal through Booking.com so it was fine for the few nights we needed it.
The room that was booked had no view to the outside, it had a view looking into the center of the hotel. Very depressing. Not a place I would ever stay again
Rooftop was nice, it is just next to the beach, central. The toilet has a smell in the room i think because of the pipes, we always stayed close the toilet door, a part of the hotel is still is underconstruction, so it is usual to find yourself in a weird place. stuff smiles always, but for a high standart hotel it is not fair that they try to charge customers as soon as possible as they arrive to the hotel, it should be at the end of the stay, i had a problem with the agency, and the stuff tried to charge me 3times to ensure their payment, the high quality hotels dont care about money, they care about customers. But the stuff just wanted payment as soon as possible in this hotel.
