Pros. Got what I paid for: a "plain vanilla" low-budget but decent place to sleep. .Room was clean, plenty of clean linens, A/C, TV, hot water, and fridge worked so no complaints. Morgantown is small, so getting anywhere in town from here is no real problem
Cons. Hallways smell smokey, but (nonsmoking) room was OK.
