Guests looking to stay active can check out the nearby hiking/biking trails, kayaking, and mountain biking, and free perks include WiFi, self parking, and full breakfast daily. Cons: Water pressure issues. Too many interruptions from house staff.
Pros: Great service. Friendly staff. Location.
Winner of the Conde Nast Gold List award in 2013, St Julien Hotel and Spa promises a premium experience and puts you within a 10-minute drive of Chautauqua Park and Folsom Field. Guests can visit the spa to indulge in deep-tissue massages, aromatherapy, or mani/pedis, and American cuisine is served at Jills Restaurant, which is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. An indoor pool and a bar/lounge are other highlights, and rooms at this luxurious hotel offer up nice touches like iPod docks, bathrobes, and pillowtop beds with premium linens.
Pros: Best clam chowder in the world. Very convenient.
Pros: The view of the flat irons was great. Location was awesome. The hotel was both modern and charming. The furnishings were nice. Second vanity and sink outside the bathroom. We did not drive (because we knew parking would be limited and expensive). Although I would have expected a pool given the price, there was a lot to do in the area. Everything we wanted was within walking distance.
Cons: We like room service. However, the one breakfast we ordered did not come with any condiments (salt, pepper, butter, jelly). The woman who delivered the food did not make any eye contact (although she was perfectly polite). We did not order room service after that.
Also, there is no table on which to share a meal in the king room we had. One person had to sit at the desk on the other side of the TV console, so we could not even see each other while we talked and ate. A little TV tray for the other wing-back chair would have been nice.
Pros: The hotel could not be better located. The restaurant was reasonably priced, though we just ate there for breakfast. It had the modern amenities with the feel of a historic hotel. The have a small fitness room, but you can work out for free at ONE Fitness which is a two block walk.
Pros: Awesome old building, with good food and drinks. Lotta stuff to see and do with in walking distance. Super nice and helpful staff as well.
Cons: Little spendy, but a cool place none the less.
Pros: I can still remember my last stay.
Cons: Staff was not friendly.
Pros: Loved the elevator! Loved the old music playing! The staff was friendly and attentive. Great valet service. Restaurant was yummy. And the Corner Bar had a nice selection of good beer.
Cons: Didn't find any fault.
Pros: Loved the turn-of-the-century decor - stained glass ceiling in the lobby, original 1900's caged, operated-by-a-person elevator, fireplace in lobby, original safe behind the front desk etc.
Loved the location right in the middle of downtown Boulder with access to shopping, restaurants and the beautiful trail beside Boulder creek.
Staff were delightful - as the hotel wasn't full, they upgraded us to a suite, so the 3 of us had both a living room and a bedroom in the historic side of the hotel. Perfect.
Enjoyed a perfect dinner in the hotel restaurant.
Cons: Had to eat breakfast at the airport. There was a coffee pot in the room, but not really a convenient place to grab a quick breakfast. It would be great if there were a coffee shop either in the hotel or next door.
Some of the antique furniture in the room really needed to be re-upholstered. But the feeling was very turn-of-the-20th-century.
Pros: This place is awesome - Closest lodging to the Boulder Downtown and more than accommodating. Would recommend for Business or Pleasure stays.
Meticulously restored to its original turn-of-the-century grandeur with newly remodeled rooms, the Hotel Boulderado is located in the heart of downtown Boulder.
At Bradley Boulder Inn, you'll be within a 10-minute drive of Folsom Field and University of Colorado-Boulder. Guests can enjoy the health club, and hiking/biking trails, mountain biking, and cross-country skiing are nearby. Rooms offer up nice touches like Egyptian cotton sheets and premium bedding, along with flat-screen TVs and DVD players.
Pros: Friendly staff, very clean rooms, loved the layout of the rooms and how big they were, had a beautiful view of the mountains, comfortable bed, overall very pleased!
Cons: There really wasn't anything we didn't like, even the parking was reasonable
Pros: Friendly staff. Good location in central Boulder.
Cons: Walls were a little thin.
Pros: Newly built, very well designed room
Sectional sofa, have guests without making them sit on a bed.
Lots of shared space on the ground floor
Proper DirectTV with Program Guide & 10 free premium channels
Whole Foods 1/4 mi away
Twinings Tea in-room
Cons: $10/day parking.
A couple of quick train passes overnight (earplugs on the nightstand, but I didn't need them).
With 150 guest rooms and 4,963 square feet of flexible meeting and event space, the Hyatt Place Boulder can cater to a wide range of needs. The Hyatt Place Boulder/Pearl Street provides ideal accommodations for anyone visiting Boulder.
Cons: the location was a little strange but wasn't altogether inconvenient.
Pros: Location, quality of staff and breakfast.
Pros: Large Room
Cons: Adjacent to highway and train tracks (lots of noise)
Room was clean and well and well appointed. Staff was always very friendly and as helpful as their expertise allowed,
Pros: More than a hotel room in an area convenient to our business in Boulder.
Cons: Could not connect to internet on IOS devices. Called tech support, no go. Was awakened more than once each night by train whistle. Was not advised about train crossing disturbances.
Pros: Clean, friendly staff, right off foothills hwy Nice breakfast spread Grounds nicely maintained
Cons: Loud a/c in the room
Pros: The breakfast was excellent
Cons: My room backed up to a highway and the traffic noise was very loud. The room smelled of smoke from a previous occupant.
The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Pros: The room was very clean and comfortable. I liked the back patio area the room had as well.
Cons: It was not close to anything in particular, so the location was a bit inconvenient.
Pros: Great atmosphere, courteous Staff and well designed campus.
Great service, great price, great room.
Pros: The modern look and open studio set up as well as the private entrance.
Cons: Not that I can think of.
Pros: The grounds were beautiful and the staff very pleasant. It was nice and quite setting - tucked back from the main roads.

Cons: We were first on the wait list for an additional day when someone called in requesting three days ---so they put this person in ahead of us. We of course moved to a more user-friendly hotel. Hampton Inn had the nerve to call us the following day to invite us back! We thought this policy was certainly a poor choice and especially since we could have requested any amount of time and then cancelled what we didn't want to use! Also, our room was very small and a bit overpriced.
Cons: The location is a little out if the way.

Pros: It was actually clean. The staff were helpful and courteous. It was an amazing stay.
Cons: The only problem I had was that they didn't have whole milk, that is literally all I have negative to say.
Pros: Nice room, fairly priced, decent location, close enough to downtown Boulder and other things, plenty of parking, nice staff
Cons: TV was in a weird spot in relation to the bed but that was not a big deal, didn't spend much time in the room
Pros: Great hotel. Rooms and hotel were very clean.
Pros: The room was nice
Cons: Calling a cafe a restaurant is quite a stretch. I chose this property because you said it had a restaurant. It had a cafe with microwaved sandwiches
Pros: Location was fantastic, close to everything I needed.
Cons: I wish we could have had a breakfast included. It usually is with most 3* hotels.
Pros: the bed was very comfortable and the location was great
Cons: the shampoo and conditioner were cheap and hard to use
Cons: The location was not great and it doesn't have a restaurant
Pros: The location. It was close to the places we were visiting.
Cons: No, it was convenient
Pros: the room had a small balcony and patio chairs to enjoy some fresh air. Ours overlooked the interior courtyard & it felt safe. We also liked the swimming pool & hot tub. We stayed on a week night, so had the pool to ourselves.
Cons: The hotel is plunk in the middle of an office park, suitable for business travelers, complete with generic breakfast options. Aside from the personable staff, this property really needs personality. Room layouts crave a pragmatic redesign.
Pros: the bed
Pros: Clean, reasonably priced, very friendly and courteous staff.
Pros: The location was great. Pool area was modern and clean. Staff was very helpful and courteous.
Cons: Rooms were a little on the small side for bathroom and vanity. For our King room other room was adequate. Double queen might have been small if the same size room. Just an older design hotel, which means smaller space. Nicely maintained, though.

Cons: Structure falling apart, tremendous amount of deferred maintenance. Exceptionally down in the dumps attitudes from most of staff. Average food at best for a B&B. Killed plenty of flies and spiders but I left the webs in the corners. Pretty sad.
Pros: The inn was charming, the owners very friendly and personable.
Lack of elevator access to second floor for luggage

Pros: Location. On bus line and Pearl St not far away.
Cons: Not many options food-wise near by.
Pros: The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good.
Pros: Clean, quiet and comfortable beds
Cons: I love good coffee. Definitely was not good coffee.
Pros: Clean, comfortable, quiet. Great staff. Nice breakfast
Cons: We visited the area to attend a graduation and thought the hotel was in Boulder, Colorado. The hotel is just outside the Boulder city limits, and farther from the University than we thought.
Pros: Clean room
Cons: it was half block from homeless shelter and there were numerous several uncomfortable situations but i guess you would expect that from those with mental ilnesd
Pros: Nice sized room. Nice staff.
Pros: The hotel was clean, staff was courteous. Breakfast was good. Popcorn and cookies was a nice touch.
Pros: The staff were nice

Pros: Location was convenient.
Cons: Hotel seemed a little old, but being remodeled. There was a bunch of carpet in the parking lot.
Pros: Nice breakfast. Easy location just outside of the city made it easy to get around. The popcorn at 4 and cookies at 7 were a nice touch.
Cons: The pillows werected mushy and soft and some of the common areas needed updating.
Cons: AC was noisey

Pros: Good location. Price good. Mildew smell in carpet detracted. Spa area dirty and needs upgrade.
Pros: I liked where it was and the room was comfortable
Cons: Price and inconvenience
Pros: I like how clean and moderniZed it all was, however I wanted a room with a view and they gave us a room with a view of the construction site next door. The breakfast was amazing and hot!
Pros: The location was convenient to my son's apt. The hot tub is big although the jets were erratic....
Cons: The breakfast was awful--carbs & cardboard. Terrible lighting in the vanity area.

Pros: Staff was efficient and accommodated my request for a quiet room. Room was comfortable, though initially overheated. Location excellent: close to Pearl St, university, and offices.
Cons: Very poor quality breakfast. Parking lot was partially covered in ice (dangerously so) because of drainage problem.
Pros: Great location, large, clean room. Good TV with HBO included.
Cons: The guests above us kept my wife awake just by walking around in their room. An upper room might be a better choice for light sleepers (there are two floors). The toilet and shower are in a separate room, with two sinks outside. The area with the sinks does not have a door separating it from the rest of the room, which makes it hard to use at night without turning on a light.
Basecamp Boulder is the ideal lodging option for the adventurous traveler: respectful of your budget, yet offering unique, upscale amenities. Basecamp Boulder is your Rocky Mountain oasis! Renovated in 2016, enjoy Downtown Boulder's newest hotel, just minutes from Pearl Street Mall and the University of Colorado at Boulder.
Cons: Room service trays littered the hallway constantly - our neighbor's tray, including uneaten foods, was there uncovered for days.
There was a large area of stained carpet in the room. The coffee/tea tray contained paper litter from previous guest and was not fully stocked. The sheets were less soft than at similar hotels.
Pros: Boulder Marriott is in a great location. Rooms were clean, facilities are very nice.
Cons: My only gripe is for the money I paid they wanted to charge me $12-16 for WiFi access. Really? You get free WiFi at cheaper locations and a free breakfast. Felt like I was being nicklel and dimed for basic amenities.
Cons: I arrived at 11 p.m. due to flight delays and the hotel and given my room away after they had already charged my credit card. It was Admit weekend at CU-Boulder and approximately 4,000 students and families were in town so all hotels were sold out. NO ONE at the hotel attempted to contact me via text, email or phone to alert me that my room was given away to an existing guest that decided to extend their stay. Imagine...arriving in a strange city with your 18 year-old and no place to stay...extremely disappointing.
Pros: The staff are very attentive with good knowledge of the area. The room is clean as expected of any Marriott.

Pros: everything was absolutely wonderful! the owners were kind and accommodating! the blanket on the bed was the most comfortable ever! they made sure we had space for a family of 6 we had a room with two queen beds and a pullout couch and still had room in the room! the breakfast in the morning was absolutely wonderful. it snowed so the playground was covered with snow which was great for the kids they got to play in the snow. they had a wonderful library with great books for the kids.
Cons: the only downfall was that we didn't get to stay long enough it was only an overnight trip we will definitely be back.
When you stay at Boulder Twin Lakes Inn, you'll be within a 15-minute drive of Folsom Field. Guests can enjoy the spa tub, and hiking/biking trails, kayaking, and downhill skiing are nearby. Rooms feature conveniences like kitchenettes, along with flat-screen TVs and free WiFi.
Pros: Room was big.it was very close to downtown and the park with the Flat iron mountains. Staff was very nice and helpful.
Cons: The bathroom was not clean. There was a loud, constant noise out of the drain in the tub. There was lots of road construction getting to and from the hotel.
Pros: Had to stay here several times while looking for a place to live in Boulder.. The staff was awesome and the hotel is very flexible, i.e. they let us cancel reservations up to the last minute and check out late no problem. The continental breakfast and pool / hot tub are great here too. Definitely the best valued hotel in Boulder.
Pros: The pool was amazing. We also loved the lounge and Cory, the bartender, was so friendly and provided great service and a lot of laughs.
Cons: The bed was uncomfortable but otherwise the room was in good condition.
Pros: The location is within walking distance of one of oulder's most iconic bars, The Dark Horse. While the building itself is in need of an update, the continental breakfasts, free jazz performances, and indoor pool were all great perks that shouldn't' be overlooked.
Cons: The keycards get deactivated very easily due to how they're made. I had to switch them out a few times during my stay. Other than that, the hotel is in need of a remodel. The building design is a bit of a maze & a lot of the older carpet & design is just outdated & gives off an old business park type of vibe. But overall the hotel was good for an extended trip on a budget.

In addition blues and greens restaurant featuring full bar is open for breakfast lunch and dinner concierge can arrange most any sports related activity complimentary continental breakfast newspaper parking local calls coffee tea
Pros: It is an older hotel and they are refurbishing the entire hotel over time, so there are many things in individual rooms that look tired. Overall though, the beds are comfortable and clean. If you don't plan to spend your vacation in the room, it's a deal.
Pros: Cool vintage decor. More to offer than you would think. Attached salon, large fitness centers, meeting room. Very nice and friendly staff.
Cons: Hairdryer on room didn't work. Found a couple spiders.
Cons: Very dirty, everything is worn out and dated. Extremely overpriced for what you get.
Pros: Proximity to CU Boulder
Cons: Smell of Marijuana on the 3rd Floor
Pros: Free breakfast was better than expected. Little chocolate donuts, pancake machine.
Cons: Hot water in room 134 was barely lukewarm. Hotel not kept up like it used to be.
Pros: Good location.
Cons: Reeked like Marijauna in the halls, and the room was musky. There were hairs on the bath towels and walls of the showers. The sheets were at least clean, but I'm not to sure about the comforters.....
When all you need is a solid deal on a simple stay, the Rodeway Inn and Suites Boulder Broker hotel in Boulder, CO is just what you are looking for. Rooms come equipped with a flat-screen TV, coffee maker, iron and ironing board. Also, earn rewards including free nights and gift cards with our Choice Privileges Rewards program.
Cons: Tub drain was open "no screen" (could drop shampoo cap into it.)
Front entrance could use maintenance. Not handicap accessible; could use handsfree or automated option.
Hallways hot n stuffy; carpet worn out
Pros: You need a sign out front so guests can easily find the hotel.
Pros: Good location
Cons: Staff was not friendly --cursing during the transaction, charged my credit card twice, lied to us about hotel having wifi
Pros: We had a western facing room on the top floor (4) that had an excellent view of the mountains. The room was clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable. The water pressure in shower was nice. Refrigerator, coffee pot, microwave, iron and ironing board were included. The hotel had had some very obvious upgrades/painting prior to our stay (new paint, new light fixture in bathroom). Our stay was quiet and uneventful. It was a close drive to major restaurant and shopping venues and only an hour or so to and from Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park. The continental breakfast was decent, but not fantastic. The pool was small, but pretty. We didn't have time to swim, though. There was a laundromat on site. There were 5 or 6 carports for guests if you got there early enough.
Cons: Some things still needed a bit of an upgrade. Mirror was showing age at the base. Gunky caulk was used to reattach the vinyl in front of the vanity in the bath. Also, in the bath, the vent fan had either not been replaced or had been replaced with a cheap jet engine (very loud). Hallways and lobby weren't air-conditioned. There was only one entrance to hotel.
Pros: There wasn't much to like except the view of the Rockies from the western facing rooms.
Cons: I checked into the hotel in order to get off the road and get some work done, however there was no internet right from the beginning on my stay. The receptionist said that they were working on it, but it didn't seem like a big concern. It never came back on. The shower was clogged and a bit dirty. The location is a long walk from groceries or nightlife.
Pros: Nice hotel good breakfast!
Cons: No HBO a little pricey!
Pros: The pillows
Cons: The lady at the front desk thought the only restaurant around was subway.
Pros: This hotel was comfortable, clean, and quiet for the lowest price we could find in Boulder. Also, the hotel restaurant was very convenient for breakfast.
We like fancy hotels as much as anybody, but you can't beat the value if you are trying to save a few bucks.
Cons: There is not much we didn't like. Some might say the decor is dated, but it really does not matter when you are sleeping.
