Cons. My door never locked, shower was not working properly, and requested room service, and they never came
Pros. The hotel design, rooms, and wait staff were great. In the surrounding area there are many mom and pop eateries like Billy's Diner- the breakfast was delicious and inexpensive. Mountain Pizza and Alfredo's Pizza was outstanding. Close to the shopping Outlets. Valet parking was included. We went during the 4th of July, the fireworks show were phenomenal. Our goal was a quick getaway to rest and relax, we stayed in our rooms most of the time. If the hotel would have had more activities to offer for non-gamblers, we would have been interested, but we don't gamble but was open to staying here to see what else the hotel had to offer.
Cons. Limited pool hours. a very big disappointment. The pool only stays open until 7 during the weekday, later on the weekends because they have pool parties. Food too expensive and not good, We were a bit disappointed in Guy's restaurant. No microwave or refrigerator in the rooms. So you could not take leftovers back to your room or keep sodas or water cold. The goal of the Hotel, because this is not a resort, was to keep you gambling and in the casino and spending money at their expensive restaurants.

My room was dirty and had bed bugs ! plus I had a very unpleasant time it was boring nothing to do unless you go there to gamble or play gulf .Not suitable for a family with small children you have to be escorted everywhere the restaurants are located in the casino and you can't enter unless someone escorts you to and from,so that becomes very annoying
