Cons: reserved a non-smoking room 3m ago. Gave us a smoking room that was disgusting in smell and had bugs crawling in the AC unit. No apology, no other options offered. An awful late night experience.
5.1 Okay
Pros: The staff was friendly and accomating. They worked with us to correct any issues and went out of the way to make us feel welcome. At breakfast they were attentive and hands on. The breakfast itself was top notch and delicious.
Cons: We were give a dirty room at check in. It smelled and the bed was not made. When we, quickly and apologetically, got into our new room there was no toilet paper and cobwebs in the corner.
4.0 Okay
Cons: The heating unit in the room was very loud and woke me up several times during the night. It sounded like someone was tapping on the window every time it started up and when it would shut off. The hotel room was very outdated and dark even with every light on.
4.8 Okay
Cons: I killed close to 10 roaches in the room.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: The staff was friendly.
6.2 Good
Pros: Staff very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast EXCELLENT choices and variety. Great way to begin each day with breakfast included. Did use exercise room ... treadmill while watching tv.
Cons: Bathroom floors were rather dirty.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The staff was great. Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was very good -- much more than I expected.
Cons: people in the room next to us had a yappy dog, and they apparently went out for the evening and left it in the room. Walls are pretty thin, because I could hear them talking when they got back -- very late.
2.8 Mediocre
Cons: First room the heating was not working. Room was dirty. They gave me another room also very dirty and this time with roaches in the bathroom. Don’t stay here, not worth the money.
6.2 Good
Pros: Staff was very nice and the breakfast was good
Cons: First room smelled of smoke even though it was a smoke free room. The staff found us another room which smelled better, but was very dusty. I noticed other guest standing in their doorway smoking in a smoke free room. That defeats the purpose of a smoke free room, the smell gets in the room from their clothing and by blowing back in the room. I hope y'all can fix this problem.
