Room was clean
Had to pay extra $20 to have two beds instead of one king, manager wasn't ready at all lower or wave this fee
Fairly new hotel
Extra charges for bed selection, very, very poor breakfast choices, toilet ran all of the time, shower pipe coming out of the wall very loose, has to be leaking in the wall
Very surprised that the motel was newer and really a good experience.
Absolutely nothing. Other than the rooms being modern.
The staff, service, experience, EVERYTHING!! Hands down, the most horrid hotel experience I've ever had.
Nice older motel in the middle of nowhere
nothing. 25% TAX
The staff was very friendly and the mattress was a lot softer than other hotels we stayed at on our trip.
Arrived late on a Saturday Night. Gentleman at the counter was extremely friendly and easy to chat with. Small talk for a few minute before he smiles and says 'I have something for you....' after disappearing for a few seconds, he reemerges with a couple ice cold Coors Light! Each year, I spend 40 - 50 nights in a hotel and have never received the type of service i found in Muleshoe, Texas! Yes the beer helped BUT it was an impressive experience across the board!
Cost savings over Clovis, NM
Ice machine not working. Had to go to front desk.
Inside entrance and breakfast
They charged me @0.00 more per night to get 2 beds, rather than 1 bed. I made reservations for 2 queen beds. Also, the tv was not working, light in bathroom was partly out. The ice machine was unplugged.
It was a clean room. I would stay there again.
Very clean room and public spaces, great staff
seems like the walls needed more insulation, could hear folks talking
The room was clean and spacious. Fridge and coffee maker. All the rooms open to an interior corridor.
We were quoted a price of $10.00 over the phone for a roll away bed. Then, we we got there they wanted $15.00. We just skipped it and used our blow up bed for my daughter. Seems less than ethical. Get to breakfast early! They ran out of bananas.
