Hotel location is perfect and view is awesome from any room. Make sure to get confirmation on room with the view as there are few rooms which do not have room. Also try to get room as close to reception as possible as mine was on the top of mountain and it was really tuff to come down and climb back with kids or old people.

Room service was good but very slow. Food was not upto the mark in both room service and at the restaurant. Being a 4 star hotel the quality of food was not good with that standard. But in total its a good hotel and ideal for long stay.

Some limitations due to location.

Excellent hospitality and value for Money. Specially their F&B team (Team leader Harish ji) rocks.

The bathrooms are big but the bathing area the glass door make it very small, ideally the glass door should be removed so customers have enough place to bath.

Ensure to confirm a room with a view, as some rooms may not offer this feature. Also, try to secure a room close to the reception to avoid inconvenience, especially for older guests or those with mobility challenges.

If you have accessibility needs, it's important to note that this hotel may not be fully handicap accessible, and Wi-Fi is only available in common areas, not in the rooms.

Some guests mentioned that the bathrooms are small, with limited space for showering, and insufficient towels provided. Consider this aspect when booking.
