The Hotel is based around 3 km airdistance from the center of Innsbruck, in the middle of a forest. (a care is required) The staff is extraordinary friendy. The food is traditional and really good. The winecellar is well sorted with more then 200 different wines national and international. Kids are absolutely welcome and they have plenty of place to play in- or outdoor. A smal animal park is a part of the Hotel and realy amazing for the kids
Excellent Hotel and Staff. Ideally located in the mountains and easy acess to Innsbruck. Very enjoyable stay.
We enjoy the atmosphere and the the host. For sure we will return again.
This was a traditional small Austrian guest house with its own restauraunt. The rooms had wonderful views of the mountains and fields. The owners spoke English and were vey friendly. There was plenty of choice on the menu so didn't need to go out in the evening.
The guesthouse was a mile walk from Natters tram station and uphill in parts so it was a bit tirying after a days touring but the owner gave us alift back to the tram station with ou suitcases. Smoking was allowed in the restaurant which in my opinion is selfish for the non smokers.
I chose a non smoking room, but because Smoking was allowed in one of the dining areas (which was not sealed off) the whole hotel and rooms smelt really bad from all the smoking. Although the menu stated one price for a meal, we were charged more than what the menu said at the end of our stay. I will not go back to this hotel.
The scenery was beautiful, the room was good.
too easy to hear noises/people from the bar/restaurant.
Good location, near the ski slopes. Good food, and a very different experience from staying at a large hotel. More personal.
Very nice, spoke great english. They have a petting zoo and amazing food.
This is a smoking hotel and the whole place smelled like it. Bring your own pillows because the ones they have are feather and they poke into your face!
