The location is amazing. The hotel is right on the beach.
The service could be better. We had a very rude waitress at lunch one day however most of their employees were nice.I did not like that you had to pay for palapas and pool chairs.
Very friendly staff, beautiful facilities, very clean
Expensive food and drinks
Location and amenities
Bars. The drinks were overpriced for what was offered
It was a wonderful resort .i couldn't say enough about this resort.cleaniest , most beautiful resort I have ever been. It was truely pParadise
No there was nothing I wasn't pleased with
Food and drink prices
The pool area/outdoors beautiful landscaping and exotic animals
Great location and very modern. nice beach. Friendly staff. Palapas are huge. Must book ahead of time though.
does not have a boutique feel given the stars and price. Housekeeping staff not responsive to bathroom amenities requests. Food quality could be better.
The location and the pool . The grounds were pretty as well .
The room was very dated. It was not clean upon check in .It had no character . Decor was minimal and cheap.I didn’t feel like I was in a 4 or 4.5 Star hotelroom. It felt like I was in a two star hotel room that just happened to be located in a great
The staff were great and the location
I would have enjoyed more modern rooms
The staff was very friendly and helpful the location was great. The grounds were beautiful. We looked forward to breakfast every morning by the coi pond which had turtles and some beautiful black swans that would swim back and forth by the patio
Food was great but the menu could have had more local cuisine options
I booked a king size bed with an ocean room. Upon check in, I was told there were no more king rooms. They "upgraded" me to the concierge level. The room had two double beds. Not worth the $--- I paid for one night
