I loved the location. We were close to everything. Loved it.
The bed was not comfortable. Maybe they should change the mattress out. Other than that it was perfect.
Not a resort
Location is nice
Internet issues for a day and got an email to contact internet provider ourselves. Laundry card reader broken for whole stay. Room cleaning is not included. Rooms have stale smell. Basically an apartment for rent, and expensive one for that. Staff is good but services are mediocre.
Very good place for stay
This was our second time, and everything was very good. We know the Orlando n' Lake Buena Viste area very good, and for us the Resort is perfect.
Not enough parking spots.
The pools were great
The bathroom needs serious work. They had towels hiding gaping holes on the bath tub, the tub itself was falling apart the paint was literally chipping at your feet while showering. They put us in the wrong room on the third floor with no elevator and didn't offer to help move any of our stuff. They were doing construction on the roof of our building from 9:30am until 3pm banging loudly without letting any of the guests know this was happening in our building ahead of time. I was supposed to get a late check out only to be woken up before 9am by a housekeeper banging on my door than proceeding to walk in the room. Another housekeeper came again at 10am even though I told the first one I had a noon check out. No one offered to do anything for all the inconveniences so we will never stay here again.
Great hotel staff nice rooms clean
I love the clean rooms as well as the grounds very clean nice staff great for kids lots of activities for the kids close to disney and downtown Disney area is great lots of food and shopping . It's also great for adults very relaxing felt very safe .
Lots of activities for kids. Our daughter enjoyed the pool and mini golf course most of all. Also, the light in the master bedroom blew and maintenance quickly came to change it out without a problem.
The furniture in the room looked and smelled old and dusty. Kitchen, from the outside looked nice, but once I opened cabinets and drawers I realized there were dust, webs, and tiny spiders on utensils and and other dishes.
Room was great. Tons of amenities
some staff great and some staff rude.
It was great to have the kitchen and all the dishes. The washer and dryer were also useful. We didn't have time to enjoy the pools, but they looked great. There were a lot of other amenities, like shuffle board and playgrounds, that we didn't have a chance to use.
If you get back to your room after dinner, you will have to park in other areas of the complex. The check out time was too early.
The room was excellent and beyond our expectations. Great location and good value for money
There wasn't a room cleaning service provided during the stay probably because it was an apartment suite equipped with all amenities and more meant for extended stays
