9.5 Excellent
Pros: It was good. Staff was friendly and nice. Room was nice .
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The location of the breakfast was fine, and I arrived 30 minutes after it opened. Other than the bacon being cooked perfectly, the rest of the hot breakfast was unremarkable. The potatoes were either dry, or mixed into some sort of hash that was not good. The eggs were stiff and bound together. I would advise that the staff and cook go through the line first and see how it tastes to them. The layout and beverages met expectations. I enjoyed the complimentary wine tasting!
Cons: See above.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Peacefulness during the week, relaxing on the porches, excellent food at Caroline’s.
Cons: Partying adults in the pool from 3 pm to 10 pm on Friday.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The Wine Country Inn is located in an extremely unique and very picturesque little place in Palisade, near Grand Junction; we were even able to walk by the amazing desert mountains surrounding the Inn during our stay. The staff were always extremely helpful and kind, the included breakfast and Inn's restaurant were both really lovely, and the rooms were large and beautiful. A one-of-a-kind and great experience!
Cons: The only slight complain might be that we were placed into the room located right next to the Pet room (without being told so), which was at times quite noisy.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Everything!
Cons: A little bit pricey for the middle of the week.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The patio had comfortable rocking chairs and wicker chairs and tables to sit and enjoy the view of the flowers, pool area, and mountains. The staff was helpful and courteous and each evening we received a complimentary glass of wine from one of the local vineyards. It was peaceful and quite and a lovely place that is well maintained and cared for.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Have stayed here several times. Love the setting amid the vineyards and rose bushes. The breakfast is very good as is the food at their restaurants. Wish the weather had allowed the pool to be open, have enjoyed it at other times.
Cons: No.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The property was located in a beautiful setting right in the middle of a vineyard. It was close to everything if you wanted to drive off property. It had a nice evening wine reception. The pool area was nicely tucked in among trees in the courtyard. Would definitely stay there again.

Pros: Very friendly and accommodating hosts. Room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfy and linens were wonderfully soft. Breakfast was yummy. Loved that we could access the kitchen anytime. Back decks looked lovely with picnic tables and chairs. It was very hot however do we did not use them.
Cons: Prefer a more darkening curtain. There are lots of windows.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The entrance to the rooms are from the outside, via beautiful decks. I love how private it was, the kitchen/breakfast area was large, clean and the food was excellent. Leann was amazing, she gave us all sorts of ideas of what to do in the area. We will definitely be back.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: LeeAnn, the proprietress, was very accommodating. She provided airport shuttle service plus delivered me to my meeting spot. This was a great service. LeeAnn also accommodated my food restrictions at breakfast.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Spacious, clean room with many amenities (fireplace, refrigerator, jetted tub). LeeAnn our host was wonderful, warm, and welcoming. Her breakfast pizza was outstanding as was the fresh fruit salad and homemade cinnamon coffee cake. She was very gracious in accommodating our shifting arrival schedule as well. If we’re ever back in town, we know just where to stay!
Cons: Nothing!
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was very good. It was self service and just about everything that was needed was there. It was also modified for gluten-free, which was nice.
Cons: There was nothing I would change. The hospitality and accommodations are both great.
10.0 Excellent

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Really friendly staff..great deck on the back for sitting and reading or eating.
Cons: Exceeded my expectations for the money by far
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The owner is extremely friendly!! She greeted us when we arrived and was so cheerful! She is very informative about the area, dinning, entertainment- etc. we stayed in the key room and it’s beautiful. Very spacious, has a nice jetted tub which we enjoyed. The bed is comfy. The room was clean except some trash left under the bed from previous guests. Nothing that would deter us from staying again. They do accommodate gluten allergies for breakfast- but we ate elsewhere. It’s a quiet location and has a lovely deck to enjoy coffee in the morning or an evening cocktail- hopefully the weather will be better so we can sit out there next time. We will definitely stay again!
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Thank you LeeAnn for the recommendations of activities and locations in the area and also traveling route 128 to Moab. Great to get advice from a local.
7.5 Good
Pros: The rooms were very spacious

Cons: Too old, too basic
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Drove into town with a 15’ UHaul towing a 12’ trailer. The owner was gracious enough to save us a large parking spot. Bonus...he even parked the truck for us since I was clueless about how to back it up with the attached trailer. What a nice guy!

Pros: The owner is a great guy and obviously cares about the place a lot. We were running late due to a mudslide on I-70 and he called to check on us and held the room until 2AM when we finally arrived.
Cons: Very minor issue, the soap provided didn't lather up at all.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Staff were attentive and friendly. Facilities were clean and well kept. This motel reminded me of old time motels with a single level and look. The rooms were the same way but well kept, clean, comfortable and every thing was fresh and worked. It's a room that when you walk in, you feel comfortable.

5.0 Okay
Pros: Decent location...reasonable price.
Cons: The overnight front desk clerk called and woke me up, saying there was a noise complaint about my room. (We had been asleep for an hour by that time.) The next morning, he offered no remedy/discount, and blamed a colleague for giving him the wrong room #.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room location was very quiet.
Cons: The room had it's vent too close to the bed, so the airflow on my head while sleeping was a tiny bit bothersome.
1.0 Poor
Pros: Studio layout.
Cons: People yelling down hall at all hours. Thin walls so you can hear conversations and banging both upstairs and next door. Weird lady came and tried to get into my room early morning. Loud airport behind the hotel. Very disappointed with all of the noise.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was great. Nothing bad to say about the place.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room had everything we needed and was comfortable. The property was well kept and pretty. Breakfast was great so was the pool and outdoor areas. We will definitely stay here again.
Cons: The gym could have used a few extra things like a yoga mat and a few hand weights were missing. They more than make up for that by offering a day pass for a local gym.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: It was all as it should be.
Cons: No
6.8 Good
Pros: The staff was super nice. We checked in and when I ask for a great pizza place I was told to visit a great little restaurant in the downtown area.
Cons: The pool was very cold for an indoor pool. Too cold for our baby. And the spa was super hot. Too hot for our baby. My 5 year old son didn’t care but we were hoping to go swimming as a family and it didn’t happen. Disappointed especially after I specifically looked for a hotel with a nice pool. When I told the girl at the front desk she said she’d make note of it. I asked if others complained and she said “they” have heard this before. Seems like it’s a common complaint and they don’t seem to care. The poor girl at the front desk probably has to take all these complaints and she was so nice. The parking lot and landscape are in really bad shape. It made me question this locations safety and quality. After all said and done, I wish we’d stayed in the downtown area. It’s much nicer down there.
8.8 Excellent
Cons: The breakfast was cold
8.0 Excellent
Cons: The breakfast ran out of some food and it wasn't replaced by the time we left.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Very good. Good size room. Quiet hotel. Nice breakfast.
Cons: Receptionist stood outside the entry door smoking with another person. We do not like to be exposed to cigarette smoke.
3.3 Mediocre
Pros: The first morning we were there the breakfast was great! Everything was filled and seemed to be running smoothly.
Cons: I was staying on the third floor and had some sort of beetle bug (not bed bugs) in my room. Not just one or two, there was about a dozen. The hotel was booked up, so we couldn’t be switched and there was nothing else available in the area. They were even in the extra set of linen for the pull out sofa. Our AC also wasn’t working right, so our room was pretty warm. Not a pleasant experience especially for the price of the room. Very disappointing.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The property seemed relatively new and clean. It's in a good location.

Cons: The traffic noise
6.8 Good
Cons: Online was told the room was $80, it ended up $150
9.5 Excellent
Pros: very clean and well maintained.
Cons: the only fault i felt was the noise from the freeway at times.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff no
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The friendliness of the lady at the desk, and the housekeeping staff was especially nice. The room was very clean.
8.8 Excellent
Cons: Check in was a nightmare - reservation had been put under one of the members of my family instead of me (this has never happened to me before). Woman at the desk tried the confirmation code I gave her and said it didn't work, not offering to look any further or asking any questions. Thank goodness I had an email to prove the reservation, but she was still unsatisfied. If I hadn't been so insistent, she would have probably just turned us away. After finally finding it and checking us in (a ridiculously long process where she had me put in my card 3 separate times for 3 rooms), no apologies of any kind or wishes for a good stay came from her lips. Unacceptable.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean and affordable. I feel like this is the perfect stay for people passing through. Still laying in the comfortable bed as I type this.
6.0 Good
Cons: Hot water was not hot enough.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Room was quiet, clean, and comfortable. The price was right.
Cons: Poor signage made the hotel very hard to find. I spent 20 minutes backtracking several times before I finally found the hotel. There was a strong smell of weed in the hall outside my room, although it went away later. Semi-friendly desk clerk.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was good for a budget hotel like this. There was a decent variety of breads, pastries, yogurts, hard-boiled eggs, etc. I LOVED the price for such a nice place. It was really great! I also liked that they put our family in two connecting rooms. In the past, many hotels have put us in two different rooms on different floors! So it was nice that they noticed that when we booked the rooms, they were attentive enough to realize that we would like adjoining rooms.
Cons: Even though it is a non-smoking place, our room definitely smelled like cigarettes.
6.8 Good
Pros: Good sized room
Cons: Stale smoke smell in room
7.5 Good
Cons: It was nice and quiet beds were comfortable.Staff was very pleasant. Continental breakfast, was easy, good and clean. Thank you.Ron

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Loved the bathroom shower. Room was spacious, bed comfy. Liked the closet space , with drawers included in the closet.

Pros: The check in desk agent was a bit snarky. Other than that the stay was pleasant.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Very clean, new and comfortable.
Cons: Breakfast could be better. Meat was mixed in with the potatoes, which is not great for vegetarians (I’m not a vegetarian myself, just pointing it out). Also, the trays were often empty and waited a while before being refilled.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The room was very comfortable and accommodated our family of 5 perfectly. It was convenient having the toilet separated from the shower. The pool was small but still lots of fun for our kids. Everyone slept great!
Cons: It would be nice to have a restaurant on site.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice lobby with a bar, amazing breakfast with so many options. Comfortable beds and lots of space in the rooms.

2.0 Mediocre
Pros: Room decor was modern and up to date
Cons: Very noisy!!! I could hear everyone walking down the hall and it sounded like they had a bowling ally or frat party upstairs all night!!! My toilet handle broke off at the first flush!!! No extra blankets or pillows.
6.0 Good
Pros: The location and hot tub/pool access were nice.
Cons: The staff played a bit of good cop/bad cop around a nuisance issue -elm seed bugs were rampant in the Grand Junction area when I stayed here and were coming into the room via the not-very-well-sealed windows. Offer an alternative next time.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was new.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything
Cons: Nothing
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location. Friendly staff. Comfortable beds!
Cons: The pool was out of order when we arrived and the breakfast was ‘ok’. A buffet style might have been better.

Pros: Hotel was very nice. Clean, everything worked, staff was friendly, check in/out process was quick and easy. We booked last minute for a good rate. Was very happy with our stay.
Cons: Could hear trucks on highway and wait staff in the restaurant didn't check on tables throughout the meal for refills. Restaurant visits could have gone better.
7.0 Good
Cons: a nice chair would have been really nice an office type chair is pretty uncomfortable when trying to relax with a book
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Easy check in
Cons: Breakfast at the motel was priced high
6.0 Good
Pros: The location was great.
Cons: For the price it would be nice to include a contenental breakfast.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was very friendly and helpful with the shuttle and the restaurant was very good. A little pricey for the breakfast. I paid almost 10.00 for two scrambled eggs and a glass of OJ. But other than that it was a very nice and quiet hotel.
Cons: The price of breakfast 10.00 for two scrambled eggs and a glass of OJ. They had me listed that I live in CT and I actually live in CO.
6.8 Good
Pros: Hotel was very clean, up to date decor, room was beautiful.
Cons: When the people in the room above ours took a shower, I thought here was going to be water in our room when we turned the lights back on, it sounded like an open drain right into our room. The hotel is located right next to I-70; and the road noise was horrible. There was no free breakfast buffet that we’ve come to expect from higher end hotels, the buffet we did have to pay for was horrible-all the food that was suppose to be hot was cold...
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Employees were very helpful and friendly. Very clean.

Cons: There was no elevator. After a long day of driving, no one wants to carry heavy luggage up the stairs.
7.5 Good
Pros: Got a nice clean comfortable room
Cons: I booked the BW Grande River inn thinking it would be near the Colorado River. Instead, it’s in an ugly commercial strip nowhere near the Colorado River.

Pros: Location was great, close to everything! Property was clean and room were good size!! Customer service was good, everyone very friendly.
Cons: The only thing I didn’t like was that they were setting out breakfast the night before ( food stayed out all night before breakfast, and the ladies doing it were not wearing any gloves.

9.5 Excellent
Pros: All the little details were excellent, and the little restaurant/bar was far better and offered far more than what you normally get from the business hotels. Simple but very good food selection, and very well done beer selection.
Cons: Wish restaurant/bar stayed open past ten.
6.5 Good
Pros: The bed was comfortable.
Cons: Way overpriced for size of room, breakfast was not comparable to other hotels of lesser priced. Pool was down for maintenance. I should have been told that, and would have stayed elsewhere.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: This hotel was very clean! The location was also excellent.
Cons: The bed made a V in the middle and my husband and I ended up sleeping on top of each other. We found a clean but blood stained bottom sheet on our bed at 10:30 pm, called for a new one, and it took 30 minutes to get one.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Close to restaurants and the interstate. A very nice pool and a location to walk in the morning.
Cons: None
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Spacious, clean, comfortable and quiet room. Staff were friendly and helpful
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Lemon water in the lobby. Restaurant. Room. Laundry facilities. Location. Cleanliness
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Nice rooms. Easy to get into and plenty of parking. Nice back patio on the canal. Location is convenient to the airport and the highway. Staff was friendly and helpful! My 89 year old mother requires a roll in shower, and she said this was the best one she has used, with the height and location of the controls perfect for her. That was the primary reason I chose this hotel.
Cons: Didn't like the breakfast. Prefer a breakfast bar/buffet, to the Starbucks bistro this one has. No restaurant in this one, but there were several nearby to choose from. The door closer on the handicap room my mother had, was so heavy she couldn't open the door on her own.
7.5 Good
Pros: It was close to I-70, friendly staff & nice breakfast selection.
Cons: Small counter area in Bathroom, possibly because it was Wheel Chair accessible.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was very nice and extremely reasonable. The room was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. The staff was very pleasant.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Front desk staff promptly helped check-in and was very quick to ask of any needs/help etc.., very attentive.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Property was clean.
Cons: We thought we were paying for a meal at a restaurant as part of the higher price. Instead we got a card letting g us know we could order either a cold muffin or a premade frozen breakfast sandwich from a pathetic version of a Starbucks. Also, the street leading up to the hotel was full of gravel and the person running the front desk was not helpful and didnt even tell us about the breakfast until we had spent the night. There was a sign in the lobby stating the breakfast hours, but when we went down to have breakfast they said, let me check to see if you paid the rate that includes breakfast. We did and they gave us this paper to give to the person at the snack bar and decided to pack up and leave and we went to Dennys down the street and had a real breakfast, not an unhealthy snack.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: one minute from airport. very convenient. great room. very comfortable

8.0 Excellent
Pros: I really appreciate that this hotel partners with another brand to offer more amenities like the cocktail hour. Additionally, the location of the hotel is wonderful and offering breakfast-to-go is such a bonus when leaving early for an event.
10.0 Excellent
Cons: The high step up shower. Missed the step getting out and fell against the counter top. Fortunately no injury.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Nice big room, comfy beds, nice big shower. Peaceful and clean!
Cons: So what's with the disposable dishes and cutlery at breakfast? Very disappointing. The breakfast choice was okay and good quality, but really.... paper plates and plastic cutlery? We have travelled a lot and have never had this before... only in the US! Couldn't quite believe it and what a let-down!

Pros: Breakfast and staff where very nice
6.3 Good
Pros: Location. It’s located right off a Main Street which is great for a morning coffee or evening dinner walk. Breakfast was as expected. Cucumber water was a bonus.
Cons: We had a 4 night stay. No laundry facilities on site. And the shuttle service only takes you to and from the airport. We asked for no room services the first two nights and then when we did they didn’t even bother (we took the sign down the night before and still no services by 4 the next day!). The gym area was great for a quick cardio workout.

Cons: Nothing. Everything was perfect.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything quite good
Cons: The front desk did not have our booking information. I presented a copy of the reservation, no number, they honored our booked price that I copied, could not use AAA.
9.5 Excellent
Cons: Would have been nice to have breakfast, especially considering the cost relative to nearby hotels.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Hotel location close to family that we were visiting. Lincoln tried to accommodate our family.
Cons: Air conditioning units had to be replaced and after 1 1/2 hours moved to another room with no mountain view. In the second room, the highway noise was awful and the toilet ran all night long with an annoying noise. Apparently, the hotel opened in 1984 and the rooms definitely needed brand new AC units, not repaired units, and needed brand new toilets. There was a conference and hotel management did not do their proper planning with sufficient staff, more than one cook, and enough room for guests in the restaurant. Then the food was not appropriately stocked for the breakfast buffet. Due to the conference, there also was not adequate parking for guests. In the past, Hilton has been my go to hotel brand, but this hotel did not live up to Hilton standards.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Nice rooms, comfortable bed.
Cons: We went to go have dinner down stairs and as I was waiting for my dessert to go I watch the waitress get whipped cream on her fingers and lick it off and proceed in getting my dessert to me. She didn’t even wash her hands after she touched my dessert and proceed to do another one!

10.0 Excellent
Pros: We have stayed here several times and the rooms are always very clean and comfortable. We stayed in a queen studio, the kitchen had all the necessities, although we did not use it. The bed was very comfortable and clean. There were full size bottles of J.R. Watkins shampoo, conditioner and body wash, that was really nice! It has always been quiet when we have stayed. The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. The location is good, close to tons of a hopping and many dinning choices. It’s right off the interstate and highways. The only complaint we have, is the coffee bar doesn’t have many creamer choices, but a deal breaker! Will stay again.

Pros: The breakfast was wonderful with lots of healthy food choices. The swimming pool was clean and the right temperature. The hot tub was relaxing.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean, quiet, accommodating (air conditioner made noise so they moved us to a different room).
Cons: Pool and spa were unavailable for maintenance.
6.3 Good
Pros: variety of food
Cons: more people working - seemed extremely understaffed
5.5 Okay
Cons: Room seemed old and dated...not impressed...it was called suites....no suites were there.....sheets on bed ....very mediocre ........just not thought it was like other Holiday Inn Expresses I have been in...
7.5 Good
Pros: Great breakfast. Friendly staff.
Cons: Hardest hotel to find we have ever experienced. Made phone calls to front desk after driving around for quite awhile. Had issues with our GPS, which I finally sorted out and found the place. Never would have found it without the GPS. Need to provide a much larger map on the internet printout, and tell folks to take exit 28 instead of 26. Hotel front desk folks said this was also their #1 complaint from customers. Hidden in an obscure area with poor driving direction.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great suite with a couch and separate sleeping area. Two televisions, big bathroom and perfectly sized kitchenette with coffee and tea selections, and mini fridge. Extremely comfortable - the sheets and bedding were wonderful... the best we experienced on a four day, four stop road trip.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean and comfortable stay
Cons: the pool was not available to use
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice place overall, but better breakfast offering than most.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Accommodations were fine. Very clean, good WiFi. Breakfast had a lot of variety and everything I tasted were pretty good. The fridge, microwave, and coffeemaker in the room were very handy.
Cons: I have to say though it was very noisy. If you're traveling and planning on getting up early then I doubt it will bother you much, but sleeping in at all is difficult to do.
5.8 Okay
Pros: the staff that did not work at the desk were very nice and friendly.
Cons: They charged us twice for the room and we still do not have our money back in our account. I was very disappointed in the response to the issue.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: It seemed very new and clean.
Cons: The hot tub is in dire need of repair. It probably should be closed until it's fixed. That was the only bad thing about this hotel.

6.8 Good
Pros: Good location. Nice room.
Cons: The air conditioning didn't work in one room. The maintenance woman tried fixing it twice to no avail. She also thought she left her keys in the room and knocked on my door at 11:30 at night.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Location Downtown, walking distance to Main Street shops and restaurants
Cons: Did not ever receive maid service and was there three days.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Walkable to everything downtown. Clean and modern.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: It's hard to get a real good feel for a hotel in one night but no complaints. We were showing some friends around downtown since we inherited some property on the other end of the mall. We had dinner and drinks so it was nice to close to the hotel. The beds were awesome, very comfortable and the staff was friendly.
Cons: The elevator rubber wheels made a sliding sounds when coming to a stop on the 4th floor. It sounded like the rubber wheels were trying to catch up with the elevator stopping, a little weird sounding and bothersome. You might want to check on that.
