The pool was amazing! The property offered great value for money with a fantastic location. The facilities were top-notch, particularly the private beachfront was 2mins walk from hotel building. The rooms are clean, and spacious. The surroundings give guests a peaceful vibe. Large grounds; several pools.; beachfront; sea and island views; the usual choices of Asian and Western dishes for breakfast; staff responded quickly to requests. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of variety to choose from. The staff were very friendly and professional. Very peaceful environment. Enjoyed stay so much extended by extra 2 nights. Nice beachfront room. Right next to Alexa Beach club. Walkable distance to Restaurants. Windsurf. I'm impressed with how well they maintain the resort given the space. The is resort located on private beach so you can enjoy the beach anytime. There are 4 pools and lots of gardens which give you relax atmosphere. There is Alexa beach club near by and hotel guest gets 10% off food. Otherwise, there is lots of restaurants along the beach (but no discount). We paid the same amount we would have to pay to stay in building hotels in Pattaya far away from the beach. We are happy with our stay. Everything was exceptional. Breakfast, Beach, Swimming Pool were outstanding. Friendly staff and good location. Overall a very satisfactory stay. Location is very good with private beach.
It's very old hotel. Many many mosquitoes in room. I don't like a double bed! Facilities kinda old and dirty but ok as good location. The aircon was not cool enough. If I were staying longer I would have asked for it to be fixed or adjusted. It was ok. If you want beach/resort near by some beach resto , this is the place you can consider. if its well maintained like the lights, cleanliness at their pools and garden and maybe make the place lively again, it will have an excellent review. Food Per Se was great for value by the way. The place has a bit of a "classic" decor to it. Would not recommend to stay here if you are driving with many cars as parking space can be an issue. Still, the staff is very welcoming. The room is nice and clean, worthy of the price. Dirty 1. I found cockroaches in my room. Not a small but big one. 2. Beach very dirty not clean like beside beach Not feel safe 1. Pool have no life guard, no service at all (even the pool towel no provided) 2. Night time very dark 3. Between building is public road with no security at sight. No beach vibes, just a laid back hotel. Three swimming pool but no vibes. No lunch or dinner and breakfast had on bacon and was open to flies and insects. The hotel must be very elegant when it was built. Now the hotel needs lot renovations. The room, we stayed, has so many little things that is not working. Loud noise from the air conditioning meant couldn't have it on at night. I booked in the most expensive option (villa type), however it was very far from the swimming pool and restaurant, so I downgraded the option after arrival, no refund was given. Not much option in the restaurant during the buffet breakfast. I had an issue with the AC and wifi, but the incharge staff were professional in dealing with it, they changed my room on the spot. Room: - Well-decorated and furnished room. - Wifi is not usable at all. - Shower has a very low pressure, and water overflow from the bathtub due to bad design. Called the front and they help out very well. Hotel: - Good breakfast, plenty of choices. - Very relaxing atmosphere when there is no music from Alexa beach club. - Loud noise from Alexa beach club at the beach area the whole afternoon. We stayed at the Deluxe area. Windows in the room are thick, but still could hear the beat of the music at times till ~9pm. We stayed during the long holiday in Thailand. While nearby restaurants are full of tourists without those loud musics, but no or very few customers at the Alexa Beach Club. Do not understand why the management still get this thing going. Maybe it is time to reconsider whether to go with; family-oriented quiet & relaxing resort VS party-craving noisy resort. The middle ground of this might be to hold a party at the beach, once or twice a month (e.g. every 1st/3rd Friday or Saturday of the month), and improve/promote the restaurants to draw more tourists/customers. Overall: - Very good hotel. - Small issues here and there, which probably can be solved with better management and more staff. Air condition in my room is noisy. There is a most beautiful swiming pool in Alexza club but they turn on the music too loud so we coundn’t swim long. a bit worn out. could have been more staffs at breakfast place and pool area to serve guests. Water pressure at room could have been better. quite far from city. Check-in is quite late and not modern, still using the manual system, if it can be improved, it would be very good. This is not a 4 stars resorts hotel. check-in was unprofessional, staff seemed irritated with her other stuffs, her table was such a mess. it should have been organized and keep front desk presentable. The area seemed like an abandoned hotel almost. Garden needed attention to keep nice, tidy and clean and healthy green. Garbage on the way to the room. The room was spacious with sea view but not clean since I could feel the sand on the floor - entirely our stay. Pretty loud air-con. My friend had to use ear plug to get sleep. There was no hot water. Breakfast was simple. The room and furniture needed upgraded. Otherwise room to sell half price. Night shift reception employee was very rude and unprofessional. They behaved very badly and uncooperative. Even, didn’t welcoming us. Very far from central London. Main Pool was warm. Bad service. Nonchalant staff when checking in. Not very helpful. room was quite shabby and run down, needs a bit of TLC. Had a real stale smell and bathroom didn’t smell clean (maybe dirty pipes). there were a lot of soi dogs running around the hotel and pool, they didn’t seem aggressive but it was enough to have us constantly on edge when we had a baby by the pool. The location of this resort, near some really great beach front restaurants in far enough away from Pattaya is enough to make it worth the money by itself. But they recently added a nice new beach club pool, which is pretty sweet. Some of the hotel is looking old and unused now, which is sad, but overall, it’s a great value! no rides near the vicinity, waiting time ~2hrs @ peak hours of visitors. some staff can be perceived as rude @ restaurant (or is it just Thai culture, the way they talk?) at the reception, one staff even lied. telling me a ride was coming when there was none. until I reached out to another staff.
