Pros. Room was clean and well laid out. Air conditioning worked well and the hotel functioned well. Items worked and had no deficiencies. Service was prompt and fair with pricing. Staff was sweet and were helpful when called upon. Nice quiet location and more in the area I prefer. Nice leisurely walk to the beach or new mall just across the street. I requested a lot of things last minute laundry, airport taxi etc., room cleaning and the staff were very accommodating.
Cons. It is quite warm everywhere in the hotel except your room. Reception seemed quite dark and a little unkempt. Wifi was a little sluggish occasionally and seemed to need to redo login rather frequently. Unfortunately if someone is in the hallway you can hear noise echo in your room do to the industrial design of the hotel.
