Comfortable rooms with contemporary decor, great staff, very helpful and friendly, great value for money, breakfast was decent, great location and staff who greeted us were pleasant and helpful, easy parking, clean, comfortable beds, friendly staff, good location, clean, will stay here again, dog was able to stay at a reasonable price, easily accessible from the highway, friendly staff, good location, clean, will stay here again, allowed my dog to stay with me, close to expressway, staff was super nice, clean and comfortable, very clean with a convenient location, good value, clean and comfortable, right off freeway, convenient for overnight stay, good waffles for breakfast, everything was great, room was clean and breakfast had a lot to offer, very clean and great value, great front desk staff, the location was convenient, nice breakfast, quiet room, dog walk was closeby and accomodated us by putting us on the 1st floor, clerk was really nice, clean and spacious with a quality TV, check-in lady very nice, the location and the quietness.
Supposed to be non-smoking, room smelled of stale smoke, hard boiled eggs were not good, tub caulking could've been cleaned better, dated carpet floors and pillows were OK, our window was stained or something that made it so we couldn't see outside, they also had the heat on full blast, and it was too much upon arrival, needed an update, noise from highway, book a king suite for $10 more and avoid the noise, no hot water and tub was dirty, smoke smell outside but that's not the hotel fault, the shower has low water pressure, don't have anything, highway noise was pretty loud right outside our window, pillows were too soft, I wish we would’ve known they r in the middle of a remodel and no housekeeping services, good reviews about this hotel must be fake, the room faced the highway which I don't mind, but the seal around the window prevented the sound from coming into the room, the chrome on bathroom fixtures was rusted off, furniture had finished scratched off, terrible breakfast, breakfast was mediocre at best, all carbs that don't stay with you long before you're hungry, the hotel is aged and could use some updates and care, facilities need to be updated, breakfast needs more offerings (meats, scrambled eggs, potatoes, etc), no ice machine on the first two floors, the only ice machine was on the third floor, extremely inconvenient, the facility is showing some wear and tear, it is worn out, needs refurbishing, breakfast was ho-hum, very dirty, dirty common areas and room, sketchy location, there was no comforts in the whole hotel, breakfast was as average as any other motel, as European, I find ridiculous the amount of paper plates, disposable cutlery, and waste created for breakfast, the highway noise for rooms at the back, the room we were in was on the highway side and was a bit loud, had to pay an extra $25 for our dog and sign waivers for her, we didn't take full advantage of the breakfast, but grabbing a good coffee first thing was a bonus, we ended up leaving, the room windows were cloudy making it difficult to see through, there was paint ripping down the wall in the bathroom, housekeeping started at 7:30 and woke us and our 1 year old up, there was absolutely zero blankets in the room, when I booked I originally had 3 rooms booked, I had to cancel one a week before the reservation, I requested that the room to be together because we were with our older mothers, when we checked in we were put on different floors, when I said we requested that we be close she then got us on the same floor, we were 5 rooms apart, I guess that bets a floor apart but why book months in advance and I also called to confirm that we can be next door, you have to ask the front desk for a blanket, and they ran out when we checked in, breakfast was decent, room was clean, but thermostat was broken, no maid service, no trash service, toilet clogged, no maintenance on weekend, debris and dirt between wall & all furniture, power went out, staff acted like I was a bother when I explained my child was medically and we needed clean sheets and towels.
