I thought the entertainment staff were excellent
We could not get out the front of the hotel after some of the staff left. It was the end of the season but it was rediculous to expect people to go the long way round, along a not well lit street.

This hotel offers a perfect combination of swimming pools and beach, a small zoo and a playground, and entertainment in the evenings, just ideal for children. The restaurant offers great buffets every day (with over 100 different dishes).
There was no small refrigerator in the room and we had to ask for new soaps from the personnel, since they were not left after room cleaning. We are unaware if it is customary to leave tips at hotels in Spain. We did not experience it from others. At restaurants, it is expected that a tip of about 10% the value of what was consumed is left.
