Good entertainment options, a lot of good movies to choose. Flight was on time, we arrived before the scheduled time.

The crew seems to have some troubles between them and it was reflected in the service they offered to the passengers. Some of them were rude.

There was one particularly pretty crew member with a great laugh and she was very friendly

I flew out with the same luggage that I flew in with. They charged me $56 for it. It seemed as if they made a new rule out of the blue and included my personal bag my carry on. It wasn't that they had to be concerned about the FAA weight requirements because the flight was only about 80% full. The in-flight entertainment was limited and there was no audio... so in other words, you could not simply turn on music to go to sleep by. This is a very bare-bones airline. Also, one flight attendant was perhaps the rudest person I've ever come across. "Go talk to someone else - I'm busy." All I asked for was a fork. She was simply opening a bin at the moment.

Flying on Norwegian Air it appears one has to go online and Pre register to receive water and a small snack. If not, flight attendants rudly pass you and when pressed to explain why you can't even get water they say, "next time register". I will but not on Norwegian Air.

Throughout the long flight, the cabin crew was excellent. They were attentive and friendly. They avoided interrupting quiet time and rest time by keeping off the PA system (well done). The food was fantastic. We were lucky enough to get some business class tickets with points, and the food was amazing. Wine was excellent. This team was quite solicitous of my parent with reduced-mobility. And the bathrooms stayed clean throughout the flight. find this is often an areas where many airlines fall down. And it's too bad, because while I'm 100% sure it is no fun to clean a toilet while in flight, it is a really a big negative for the customers. Overall excellent attention to detail, with a cheerful and "can-do" crew that kept the plane "proper" throughout the flight and provided seamless service. Good stuff. Will fly again.

Even though the flight was very short, the team moved quickly through the cabin ensuring everybody had a drink and a snack. They looked quite concerned when I turned down the pretzel sandwich, so I accepted and found it quite good! Also, team made sure my parent with reduced-mobility had a good boarding and transfer experience.

As always, seats are narrow. And the "neighbors" were normal-sized. The usual struggle for elbow "air-space" occurred.

Nothing remarkable

I got up to use the bathroom and I was seated in the 10th row. When I was trying to make my way back to my seat, the beverage service had started. They were at the 12th row and after bumping into me, the flight attendant asked me to back up and wait until the beverage service was over to go back to my seat. This was a flight from Frankfurt to Zurich, only about an hour long, and I would have easily spent half of it standing up had I complied with their request. I had to be pushy and ask them to just back up the cart 2 feet so I could get to my seat, which only took them 5 seconds. This was a very rude, illogical, and unreasonable request from the Swiss Air crew.

Again, no aisle seat for SkyTeam Gold member. Also, my baggage was lost. First bag arrived a day late, second after I had left Billund and it was six days before the bag with my clothes reached me. I was told I will have 100 euro credit for clothing, but in the winter and for 6 days, this was not even close to the amount I needed for clothing and necessities, to have my time here.

The cabin crew were pretty good. That's about all that was good.

I paid almost $400 for upgraded seats. When I got to the airport-- no seats-- both ways!! i didn't even have regular seat assignments. I had to choose from the last few seats available. The ticket agent, the gate agent and the cabin crew all did nothing to make up for the fact that their system screwed up and stuck me in a cramped coach seat in the back of the plane for 11 hours-- TWICE! Beyond that, KLM must have one of the oldest fleets in the sky. Both ways LAX->AMS->LAX, I was on a 30-35 year old 747 with no wifi, no power and a ten-year-old entertainment system. Never again.

The crew had their general Dutch aloofness on form. Chatted to one of the stewardesses in Dutch up until she saw I had a British passport then she decided she could only speak English to me.

Generally like Lufthansa service - have been flying the airline for 15 years+ Pilots are always excellent

Every flight (to and from India) seems to have the chicken option run out. Why not order accordingly? Had a bad seating experience. LH.com showed that I had completed the boarding process. But when I went to the counter, my seat was changed without my consent (to a worse seat), and I was told that the online process wasn't complete!! Then the website should say accordingly. It's really annoying when this happens. I think the ground crew in New Delhi duped me. At one point, my call button for my meal was ignored for ~30 minutes on the plane. And then I was told there was no more chicken, and handed a veggie wrap. One wonders whether I could have gotten chicken 30 minutes ago!

The flight attendant was one of the best that we have ever had on this flight. Since we were a late afternoon flight out of O'Hare we did had a departure delay. But the flight attendant served us drinks and snacks while on the ground. And after we took off he came around again and offered us more drinks and snacks. As we departed the plane he even offered us snacks to take with us.

seats are very uncomfortable I know they can make a plane with a wide enough aisle so that you don't get hit in the arm every time the cart or anyone goes past you. why can I ride a twin otter and not need a seat belt extender and need one on American? On the return on the Airbus, the seats were a little more comfortable, but still need seatbelt extender.

We boarded on time and we departed on time. We got into Chicago 30 minutes early. We recently acquired a AA credit card and we got 2 checked bags free and priority boarding (Group 5). In today's world your need priority boarding of some sort on AA or you risk not being able to store you bags in the overhead and may have to get it checked free to your final destination. Also, one of our checked bags had a painting in it that we purchased and the bag and painting arrived unharmed. Good job by AA baggage handlers.

Cramped seating. Airlines seem to be moving seats closer together to be able to hold more passengers.

We were not told we would have to land the air craft in Canada to refuel until we were taking off. This caused us to miss our connecting flight in Iceland and turned what should have been a 1 hour layover into a 24+ hour nightmare. Crew was always friendly

They don't offer complimentary water on a 7 hour international flight. This should be illegal. The man who checked me in at Berlin airport was offensive and uncooperative. Baggage fees are so exorbitant that they essentially cancel out the fare savings, and then you still have to pay for everything. Every leg of every flight was delayed due to poor scheduling from the airline. Both times transferring through Iceland I had to sprint with my roller bag through the airport to make my connection to my next WOW flight. I fly 20-30 times a year and my travel day back to Chicago from Berlin was literally the worst flight experience I've ever had. I will never, EVER fly WOW again.

We took of and landed on time.

We hit significant turbulence. The captain did nothing to reassure us and did not even instruct us to remain in our seats with seat belts fastened. Extremely unprofessional and uncaring. Very old plane with screens for movies overhead in the aisles every 10 or 12 rows. First movie was a Disney cartoon for children. Second was a movie that was for adolescent girls. Then we had a terrible cable tv show. Finally they put on "American Hustle" which was about 10 minutes from the end when we landed. Did they give any thought at all to this? Plane was extremely crowded. Very little leg room. I booked this flight on Finnair after checking their ontime and safety record. The carrier was American. I think you should know who the carrier is BEFORE you book and pay for the flight. There are some airlines I prefer not to use and there are some airlines that I would NEVER use. This is a really serious lack of relevent information.

We were delayed several hours and were never told why. Mostly there were no Aeroflot staff at the gate to ask. When there was, they said they couldn't help us because our flight was a codeshare with FinnAir. At the last minute they switched gates, sending us all scurrying.

The flight wasn’t full, so I sat in my own row,?which offered spare leg room (I’m 6’2”). Time to fix the leg room issue on Rouge flights — it’s 2018.

Crew seemed uninterested in general. On phones in back while people struggling to find luggage space. Coffee cups and plastic utensils, etc, stored in overhead bins so people at the back had to search for carry-on space elsewhere, again, without assistance from on board crew. Offered service only once and many were sleeping so didn’t get anything. The overall check-in process could be easier, as the app doesn’t always work as it should.

The flight from Toronto to Boston is extremely short, about an hour. I don’t feel as though I can rate the food since I didn’t buy any, it just doesn’t give me an option to not rate it. It was a completely full flight. It was as comfortable as can be. It’s a smaller plane so you feel everything but the captains were good flyers.

I’m not sure if this is something I can really complain about but I wish the flight attendants would’ve spoken a bit lower. For a plane where half of the people there had missed their connecting flight and were put on a 6:30 am flight, I don’t think we wanted to hear about their detailed personal lives.

Overall.. It was Ok exept for the boarding experience described bellow.

I bought the tickets through a third party website. Therefore, our seats were not assigned until the last minute, and once they were assigned, they were published in a screen with our initials. This practice was discriminatory and violateed our rights for privacy, We even felt that it could put our security in risk. I believe that one thing is not to allow clients to choose seats in advace because they bought the ticket through a third party website, and another thing is to discriminate an treat those clients as "second class" people. When I asked the person in the counter for the reasons behind this practice, she could only say it was Delta's policy to do it that way. In that sense I was very surprised with the practice because i bought an Airfrance ticket (not a Delta one) and I had travelled before in both airlines (Airfrance and Delta) and I had never experienced a situation like the one described. I strongly believe that Delta needs to review this practice.

Customer Service was horrid except for last attendant. At one point one rep sent us running out of a secured area to retrieve our luggage and then go to British Airways for connection. We had 45 minutes in front of BA ticket rep to get us on BA182 and they took so long we missed the boarding due to reps slow processing to issue ticket. Then we were stuck outside of secured area.

We left Chicago close to 6 hours late and they didn't bother to put anyones luggage onboard. So we arrive close to 6 hours late and no luggage so we have to wait in line to fill out paperwork to have our luggage located/delivered along with everybody else who had checked baggage. I have to rate British Airways as a 10 out of 10 in almost all categories...comfort of the plane, food and service, boarding, notifications, crew, etc. In particular, the long haul flight from London to Seattle everything was truly top notch!

Their baggage handlers damaged several parts on my checked-in luggage...three zipper pulls and one clasp. What are they doing with the bags? How can they damage so many things in one fell swoop? This is a good quality Atlantic suitcase. Also, on the short flights, in this case Madrid to London, they are now charging for EVERYTHING...even water and coffee. They said it was a new policy as of 1/1/2018.

On Tuesday, November 1st, 2017, a girlfriend and I flew from Newark, NJ to Barcelona, Spain on an Economy flight. I have flown both internationally and economy before, but I have never been on a flight, especially a 7 hour international flight, where I wasn't even offered water! The crew didn't even make eye contact if you didn't purchase an upgraded flight. I didn't expect a meal flying overnight, but I've received pretzels and a soft drink on 45 minute flights! How is that we received meals and drinks, and the proper hospitality on the return flight, also without purchasing the upgrade? Maybe it was because the return flight was operated by Hi Fly. Norwegian needs a lesson from Hi Fly on how to treat their customers! I will never fly with Norwegian again, and will share my experience with anyone contemplating flying with this carrier. Shame on you, Norwegian!!!

This is the worst airline you would ever travel. I dont even know how they still in busines, well i do know and is because all the fees they charge.. i picked this airline because i though i was getting a good price to barcelona and end up paying almos double.. firts the service at the check in was terrible had incompetent people working and not willing to provide customer service.. they made me paid one checking in back in a such of long flight from new york to barcelona.. only allowing people to have a carry on.. which a lot airline do that, but not to euro cuz the amount of hr. Second they only allow 20kg per bag and not willing to combine the kg between carry on and checking.. and the answer for the manager "go to hudson news and buy a new bag and pay for it or you can just travel" then i found out that they dont bring no even water.. just imagine to be on airplane for 8 hr without even drinking water because they want you to pay for everything.. i would surprise me for them to ask me for money to use the bathroom. We all know what airlines bring for food and i dont think it was worth to pay $50 dollar for that food.. i have travel to barcelona and all euro plenty time and use tap portugal, kml, delta, airfrance, and so far this is the worst airline you will ever pick.. third seats are very unconfortible and have not enough space for such a long trip. Every time you call customer service to even ask a question they are they dont care.. i would love my money back.. i usually dont write review about thing but i said to myself i have to let people know so they aware of what they will be getting into.. so litteraly i end up paying 600 plus everything else i use on this airline.. what this people do is an abuse.. i asked for water and theh told my ticket didnt include water and i had to pay for it.. no even a glass.. i would understand if it was a short flight for few hrs.. but imagine 8 hr when at the airport dont allow you to bring any liquid..

Entertainment options were the only good thing about this flight.

On Tuesday, November 1st, 2017, a girlfriend and I flew from Newark, NJ to Barcelona, Spain on an Economy flight. I have flown both internationally and economy before, but I have never been on a flight, especially a 7 hour international flight, where I wasn't even offered water! The crew didn't even make eye contact if you didn't purchase an upgraded flight. I didn't expect a meal flying overnight, but I've received pretzels and a soft drink on 45 minute flights! How is that we received meals and drinks, and the proper hospitality on the return flight, also without purchasing the upgrade? Maybe it was because the return flight was operated by Hi Fly. Norwegian needs a lesson from Hi Fly on how to treat their customers! I will never fly with Norwegian again, and will share my experience with anyone contemplating flying with this carrier. Shame on you, Norwegian!!!

Entertainment and movies

The flight was inattentive and the staff didn't look like they cared. Inattentive staff and the plane looked so worn down that it looked like it may break anytime.

Good entertainment options, a lot of good movies to choose. Flight was on time, we arrived before the scheduled time.

The crew seems to have some troubles between them and it was reflected in the service they offered to the passengers. Some of them were rude.

There was one particularly pretty crew member with a great laugh and she was very friendly

I flew out with the same luggage that I flew in with. They charged me $56 for it. It seemed as if they made a new rule out of the blue and included my personal bag my carry on. It wasn't that they had to be concerned about the FAA weight requirements because the flight was only about 80% full. The in-flight entertainment was limited and there was no audio... so in other words, you could not simply turn on music to go to sleep by. This is a very bare-bones airline. Also, one flight attendant was perhaps the rudest person I've ever come across. "Go talk to someone else - I'm busy." All I asked for was a fork. She was simply opening a bin at the moment.

Roomy seats up front. Built for tall people.

My wife is 5'4" tall. She had a hard time getting comfortable because the seat "cut" into her calves. She ended up being able to modify by putting her carry on suitcase under her feet
