Pros (+) The location is great, very close to ski rental shop we use and on the far end of Pinetop closest to Sunrise. Rooms are clean and functional.

Cons (-) This could have been a home run but it totally struck out on the most important element--sleep! I have never been in a more uncomfortable bed in my life. I would have been better off sleeping on the floor. If you like sleeping on concrete slabs with 2 by 8s for pillows, this is the place for you. I tossed and turned all night and got up more tired than when I went to bed. I cannot emphasize enough...

Pros (+) A very welcome respite from the heat of the Phx valley. The staff was wonderful. Room was spacious and very comfortable.
