6.8 Good
Pros: Location: The lodge is surrounded by acres of gorgeous landscape with a view of the Tulsa skyline, but yet is only a 20 minute drive from all attractions. Cleanliness: Our room was clean and was cleaned although we stayed only 2 nights. Facilities: Each lodge offers a common- game room with a pool table and other games. There is also a pool and in the summer months one can purchase other activities such as zip-lining tours.
Cons: Beds: Our mattress was old and dented causing us not so good nights. Staff: Since the heat/ AC in the rooms are not controlled by a thermostat in the room, guests have to call the front desk to have the temperature adjusted. The receptionist was helpful and quickly adjusted the temp. In the middle of the night, we woke up sweating - the staff had readjusted our rooms temp to 78 degrees. We phoned the receptionist again. This time the front desk clerk wasn't as nice as before and was telling us he would take care of it when he had time. We had to call the front desk a total of 5 times during our stay to have the temp. set to 68 degrees because they kept resetting it to 78. Not cool. Not a place for children: Although the lodge offers many facilities, the common room was often taken up by slightly intoxicated adults so our kid couldn't enjoy any of them. Also, our sleep and down time at the lodge was inconvenienced due to two guests having intercourse and moaning loudly. This may sound funny to some, but if you are with a child who asks you, why there are loud moaning noises coming through the air vent disrupting their sleep at night and their time at the lodge during the day, you, the parent, might find yourself in an uncomfortable situation. We called the reception about this also and were told that there is nothing they can do. When asked about an alternative room, I was advised that there was no other room forcing us to wear ear plugs while in our room. Breakfast: If you plan to go here, please be aware that breakfast is served from 8 am- 9:30 and there is no way to eat before that time. We had to eat elsewhere.

7.4 Good
Pros: Hotel has a newer updated feel. Clean, decent staff, and the location is near the mall. Lots of food options near.
Cons: The bed was horrible. I've slept on nicer beds a cheaper hotels. This mattress was broken or bend or something... there was a solid rail or something running from foot to head on the left side that made you feel as if you were trying to sleep on a 2x4.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Lots of shopping and restaurants close by. Only a few minuets from downtown. Excellent breakfast setup.
Cons: Pool needed to be skimmed
10.0 Excellent

7.3 Good
Pros: This hotel was very clean.
Cons: My wife and I booked our hotel through Kayak for our anniversary. It was a disaster trying to check in upon arrival. It took us nearly an hour to help the desk clerk understand that we didn't need to pay for our room twice because it was already paid for through Kayak. I showed the desk clerk my receipt and confirmation a dozen time, yet he insisted on swiping my card over and over. Due to this lengthy check in we were late to dinner and missed our reservation. We are extremely dissapointed.
5.7 Okay
Cons: The website said there was a continental breakfast and that was a lie. The restaurant/bar was never open. Having a small child that made it difficult when she was hungry we had to always go out to eat and she just wanted to stay in.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly helpful staff, clean comfortable room at a great price. Marriot delivers again!
Cons: Hard to find the entrance - driveway was hidden inside the mall parking lot.
3.1 Mediocre
Pros: Mostly everything was great. If a worker sees you they greet you. The bed was very comfortable and the room was great. The location is right by the mall so it's an awesome location. It is also a very quiet location.
Cons: Everywhere we looked online said there was continental breakfast however, there was not. Even when we checked in they said there was continental breakfast so we were very upset when we found out that wasn't true the next morning. The pool was small so not many people were able to get in it. There was a place where they could have a fire which would have been a great view. I get that it was hot outside but having the firepit lit outside would have looked nice.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The pool, the lounge, the back patio area, and the staff.
Cons: The sofa-bed (it made my back hurt for several days) and the hot tub (out of order).

We can help you be productive whether for work or fun at Courtyard by Marriott Tulsa Downtown.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I found the facilities to be very clean and welcoming. The entrance to the building gave you a feeling of stepping back in time, and the door greeters were quick to give you a grand entrance. Honestly, for the price for my room, I found the room to be of higher stature than many I've had in previous travels. The bed was comfortable, not a rock; the lighting was bright or dark by choice, the climate control worked the way it was supposed to work, and there was ample room for me and my other. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for quick access to downtown Tulsa and a quiet place to relax in between outings.
Cons: The only thing I didn't like wasn't even necessarily a dislike, but rather a potential downside - parking. The hotel has valet parking, but not a lot of open parking. It's not a huge shock as the building is located in downtown Tulsa. If you opt for this location, I would suggest arriving early enough to catch a parking spot on the street (on the weekend) for free parking. Otherwise plan on paying for the valet service or have a bit of a walk to get back to the hotel.
6.5 Good
Pros: This is not typical for a Marriott hotel!
Cons: First room had a broken thermostat and wet carpet from a water leak. Couldn't sleep the first night because of the thermostat issue. Second room didn't have hot water. The staff said I needed to run the water for 20 minutes because it's an old building. Unfortunately I had done that and didn't get even warm water. I don't like cold showers!
9.1 Excellent
Pros: My stay, generally, was fantastic. The staff really was the highlight of the stay (keep up the great work!)
Cons: The air conditioning in my room was a little difficult to figure out. I thought I had it set, but it got warm in my room at night.

Pros: Typical Hampton
Cons: Hamptons prices are beginning to climb a little, but great stay
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Convenience, cleanliness
Cons: Bathroom sink was clogged and the shower door broken. Went down for breakfast and there wasn't much food available with an hour to go before they were done serving. Decided to go elsewhere rather than wait even though breakfast is one of the reasons we chose to stay there. Also not happy that because we prepaid and booked through someone other than Hampton / Hilton, we do not get our Hilton Honors points which doesn't make sense since Hampton/Hilton is paid for us to stay there.

Featured amenities include a 24-hour business center, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and dry cleaning/laundry services. A roundtrip airport shuttle is complimentary (available on request).
6.5 Good
Pros: foyer, room ( when we finally got to it), boutique feel :) charming
Cons: The service was terrible. Upon arriving- the front desk told me they no longer had the king room with pullout couch that i booked available. "They "gave" it to someone else?"- I asked her. She confirmed thsat my prebooked room was not available and She blamed this on "third party" booking issues sometimes. She then offered me a lesser "double beds room" OR going down to a sister hotel- but would not even offer the $40 less rate to me for to rearrange, go get the car and travel down to the sister hotel.?! My elderly mother had to wait for 30 minutes while I discussed how this could have happened with the Front Desk Staff woman. To no avail- she said my choices were-1. you will just have to take the double bed or 2. go to the other hotel. so we chose the double bed room due to it being 38 degrees outside and the hassle for my mom. I told her i was going to put this ridiculous experience on social media. Then when we got to the double bed room ( that I did not book) because we were too tired to go to another hotel, miraculously, the Staff woman called and said- "oh- I have found a King room for you with a pull out". So we gathered our stuff with my elderly mom and moved. All this took an hour of calls and discussion with the front desk who had insisted that they did not have my king room with a pull out couch available any longer in the first place "so sorry maam, but this sometimes happens with third party bookings". It was a mess and we will not recommend this hotel to anyone due to the ridiculous poor service. although it was a delightfully decorated hotel. I was very surprised at giving my booked room to another, then not even offering for a voucher for later and suggesting i take my elderly mom, our luggage and get the car pulled around and travel to another hotel with a lesser rate but not offering to refund me the difference for the lesser rate. Secondly, insisting there was no more King room with pull out available as I had booked, and then once I explained that I was going to share this on trip advisor- miraculously, they found a room available like i had booked in the first place. So, did the Front Desk Staff woman lie to me as well? It sure seems that way. It was cold, I had my elderly mom with me so we could see the Christmas lights in Tulsa and spend time with my college age daughter, and this experience at 9 pm gave both of us a headache.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We were so very grateful to the desk clerk who took time to help us was when she was busy. I have never been in a hotel room that had so many electrical outlets for recharging all our devises. In addition to many wall outlets, most of the table lamps were fitted with recharging plugs. The bed was unusually comfortable. I usually regard a hotel's immense pile of decorator pillows as "unsleepable," but these were great.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: From the moment my car door was opened there was nothing but friendly informative staff and amazing service. Very unique Art Deco atmosphere with all modern conveniences. Excellent bar and restaurant. Must stay while in Tulsa.
6.2 Good
Pros: The location was great for what we needed. The girl at the front desk was great. Great view from the roof.
Cons: The window ledges were filthy. The windows did not open. There was an air vent out in the hall blowing horrible smelling air right on the room door so we got a face full every time we entered or left the room.

8.2 Excellent
Pros: i love that my favorite coffee place topeca is in the hotel the location is great you can walk to most of the places you want to go, the bed and pillows are extremely comfortable the staff was very helpful with anything I needed.
Cons: There was a couple spots of blood on the toilet in the bathroom and poopie crumbs that weren't flushed all the way out. I didn't make a big deal tho I just wiped it off with some sanitizer and tissue.
9.4 Excellent
Pros: Excellent staff, very friendly, will definitely be back
Cons: Stayed in a club access room. During the weekends, Friday and Saturday they don’t have the club lounge refreshments in the evening, it’s just a Sunday thru Thursday evening thing. If there is anything leftover feel free to take it sodas, water etc... but they don’t restock during the weekends. Would have been nice to know on the website before booking. The bed to me was very uncomfortable, but that’s an individuals preference. Woke up with severe back pain. Not the fault of the hotel in anyway.
7.4 Good
Pros: Location and the staff
Cons: Poor choice of food at the hotel's restaurant
9.7 Excellent
Pros: The room was amazing. A desk so I could study, a chair to kick back and relax, the lighting was great, nice view of downtown, bathroom was really nice, and shower was amazing.
Cons: The bed was really uncomfortable. Pretty hard for my taste. I hate to say anything negative because our whole experience there was wonderful and I would definitely stay there again.
5.7 Okay
Pros: location
Cons: reserved king bed, received two twins. no microwave as advertised. not very happy.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Great location, clean and comfortable rooms.
8.5 Excellent
Pros: what I liked- the inside was very nice. Beds were comfortable and the rooms had a great set up. Location was great and the curtains made the room extremely dark when closed
Cons: Didn't like - the staff wasn't as professional as they could be. The pool wasn't as nice as the pictures and was cold. the outside of the building is not attractive but the inside makes up for it.
10.0 Excellent
Cons: Not a thing
9.7 Excellent
Pros: The staff were very helpful and friendly. Everything was very clean and we had a very enjoyable time here. We even decided to stay an extra night! Overall, this is very nice hotel and we're already planning to stay here next year.
Cons: One of the staff members didn't listen when I checked in and charged something to my card that I needed to pay for in cash when we checked out. But this did not ruin our experience.
2.0 Mediocre
Cons: No hot water
5.4 Okay
Cons: We weren't allowed to check in until 6 pm and only after my husband insisted they call and check to see if a room was available. Our Smphyony tickets were for 7 pm! The attitude of the woman was disinterested. Because there was a race that weekend, we were very unimportant and treated the same. What happened to being kind and Oklahoma friendly? The room was very noisy.
5.1 Okay
Cons: Pool had no no water. Shower had no hot water.

6.2 Good
Pros: I like the that aloft knows there is a need for being "current" with updated styles; however, many times I noticed disrepair. The bar and pool are great!
Cons: I wish there had been milk available for the coffee in the lobby. I would prefer that there would be something of a Continental breakfast available, even if it's just fruit and yogurt.
7.4 Good
Pros: The deco was so funk a delic. But with that I understand you have to maintain a level of rarity. That way the place can be preserved.
Cons: Some amenities were just wild. Having to pay to park was a bit of a slice to the throat. I'm staying at your hotel... That offers parking for the people employed there. Why not just offer free parking for hotel guests. It really wasn't a big deal. The fact of it is... It was a Monday! I can see on high volume days. And it's not like there was anyone there to park the car.... The hotel needs a heartbeat.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Hotel was great. The staff was friendly, rooms were large and clean.
Cons: The location is less than ideal. There is a lot of construction in the area, making the parking lot a difficult find. Also didn't care for the $10 fee to park.
5.4 Okay
Cons: Waiting 4-5 hours for a room
8.5 Excellent
Pros: It's a hip atmosphere and it was literally next door to the Cox business center which is the reason we were in Tulsa. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were perfect. The bliss products are much better than the usual cheap soaps most hotels use.
Cons: The swimming pool was tiny and no hot tub. Finding the a parking was a bit strange but normal for downtown hotel. Sliding bathroom door had a cool look but was very heavy to open and close, they should probably find a way to make it slide easier, there was a grunt every time it opened or closed. The shower could have been bigger and might work better with a way to contain the water since its flush with the floor. The shower head was situated so that it would always point at the shower curtain and put you in one half of the shower or the other limiting your space.
6.2 Good
Pros: Room was nice
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great looking modern hotel for the price. Friendly staff well appointed rooms, and a very cool bar.
7.0 Good
Pros: The room layout.
Cons: the entire building is very dated the outdoor surroundings are dated as well the place looks like it requires a lot of renovations and cleaning up
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff the parking the shuttle and the shuttle driver, Anthony-excellent!
Cons: The staff, seemed understaffed. at times very helpful, other times, just soso. No café or restaurant.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was very clean and accessible. Luxurious without the bulky price to match. Friendly staff. Close to fun downtown spots. Will definitely stay again!

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room and its view
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Our family was in town for a convention- very accommodating staff, nice clean rooms. The cafe was excellent, evening bar was mediocre.
Cons: The property is isolated if you're walking, no restaurants, bars etc within reasonable walking distance.
7.7 Good
Pros: Property was well maintained
Cons: Only had double beds, me an my wife had to sleep separate
5.7 Okay
Pros: Hotel was as advertised, and location was convenient for our purposes.
Cons: There was some kind of youth Soccer event happening close by with either most (dozens & dozens of kids) or many of them staying at this location, because a of this their were multiple groups of kids running up and down the hallways, partying and/or running in and out of their rooms. The elevators were also always constantly busy and overcrowded because of the kids, with very long waits going up and down (17 floors?), and even forcing us at times to use the service elevators and stairs. I would have complained to the hotel mang. about this, but because of the size of the event and number of people involved I got the impression it wouldn't have made much of a difference. In the end we just stayed away from our rooms as long as possible, during our brief two night stay.
6.5 Good
Pros: Clean and updated
Cons: $10 parking didn't know about it until arrival and the $50 additional fee that was charged which was to go toward possible fees. Would have liked to know about it prior to booking.
9.1 Excellent
Pros: The view I had on the 17th floor and great pillows!
Cons: Room service breakfast wasn't great.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was great and room was very nice. Stayed on the 14th floor and the view was great. Just a very nice hotel.
Cons: Breakfast was not complimentary.
