10.0 Excellent
Pros: After a long flight and then a car journey from Munich Airport it was most appreciated to be met by Thomas and shown the apartment and given helpful tips regarding restaurants in the area. The apartment was lovely; centrally located in the old town, close to everything you could possibly want or need. The apartment is very comfortable with two large bedrooms and a kitchen/dining room. The bathroom is bright with a great shower. I highly recommend this accommodation.
Cons: Nil

Pros: This was my second long stay at the Domresidenz and I can't wait to go back! The Domresidenz offers very comfortable and spacious accommodations in an excellent location. Walking distance to everything in the city center as well as the main train station and bus stations. The kitchen provides everything you need if you want to eat a meal "at home". And there is a grocery around the corner.

9.6 Excellent
Pros: The comfortableness, cleanliness and decoration.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Unusual little hotel, but it was great. Communication was the best I have ever experienced.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The rooms felt new and the decor was tasteful, the coffee machine was a nice touch. Staff were very helpful and informative. There is a good bar next door to the hotel and breakfast is served there each morning.
Cons: Access to the rooms is via two flights of stairs, it didn’t bother us but may be a problem for some people.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The location The big room The fact that Adam (the host) has provided all the needed information even though we arrived late at the property. Everything was exactly as transmitted by Adam.
Cons: We booked only one night and during our stay in Regensburg was very hot. The property doesn't have a climate/air conditioning system and during the night was quite hot in the room. In the situations when is very hot this might be an issue, otherwise I don't think is a problem.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location by old town Regensburg Bed was super comfortable Staff was incredibly helpful - allowed me to leave my bag due to afternoon appointments and recommended great dinner locations Walking distance to main train station
Cons: Nothing

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything — the genial host, the capsule coffee maker, the large rooms (including a free upgrade), the location, the large number of Cable TV channels — we were even able to watch a Rugby World Cup match! A great boutique hotel.
Cons: Nothing not to like.
10.0 Excellent
Cons: There was quite a noisy party on the other side of the street. But now that you know, you can bring earpods. I'm sure the friendly owner will provide some :)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very comfortable bed! Great architecture! Perfect parking in public garage across the street at Petershof.
Cons: Just a warning that it does not have an elevator. So don‘t bring all your stuff;-)

Pros: Location, clean and big room, good tv and internet connection
Cons: No breakfast.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The room and bathroom were broad and clean. I enjoyed the view from the window. Also the owner was very friendly.
Homey! Hotel - Regensburg - Building
3
9.4 Excellent (308 reviews)
Overview Reviews
Located in Pentling, Homey! Hotel is in a rural location, a 5-minute drive from University of Regensburg and 9 minutes from Regensburg Cathedral. Featured amenities include complimentary newspapers in the lobby, dry cleaning/laundry services, and multilingual staff. Free self parking is available onsite.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: We stayed just one night for the business trip, however, this hotel represents everything you are looking for few-nights stay. Clean room, comfortable bed, easy to access, available parking. + Breakfast above the high standards! lot of home-made items.
Cons: There is actually nothing to improve. Of course, it's not in the nicest area, but that is the price of having a hotel close to the highway.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely little hotel! Rented a double room and stayed for one night while passing through Germany. We were greeted by a very pleasant receptionist who kindly showed us around the hotel and provided traveller tips about the town of Regensburg. The room was very modern, bright and comfortable, not to mention immaculately clean. There is free parking in front of the building with an electrical charging station. We particularly enjoyed breakfast. As soon as we entered the breakfast area, we were greeted by a selection of foods/drinks and offered freshly prepared eggs (sunny side up, omelette, scrambled, boiled, with ham and/or herbs). Everything we had was fresh and delicious. All in all, a lovely experience. If we happen to pass by Regensburg again, we will definitely stay here again.
Cons: Nothing worth mentioning.
6.3 Good
Pros: Hotel location near highway – but far enough to be quiet It is surrounded by supermarkets, which can be good if you need to buy some food, drinks, etc. Reception lady was really nice to us, helpful, polite Free parking spots Good breakfast, not exceptional, but good as one could expect from 3* hotel Hotel is new – modern design of rooms Hotel is really clean
Cons: Cooled floor is maybe “healthier” but not working as real A/C. And no, room temperature is not 6 degrees below outside temperature. Shower – this was really stupid. Shower doesn’t have door, so you spill out heavy amount of water everywhere, everytime you take shower The bathroom has poor ventilation as well. So, what happens when you combine all these things above? Your stay changes to visit of jungle forest – high temperature, high humidity and you are not able to do anything about it. And, for goodness’ sake, why the room-TV switches on, every time you insert room card to reader.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean, new facilities, nice staff, delicious breakfast!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Just perfect - as always!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great room with comfy bad and big bathroom.
Cons: I would appreciate electric kettle in the room.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Everything was perfect regarding hotel, comfort, cleanness, staff...
Cons: little far from the city center but a good rail system works, just be careful with Taxi central if you need as they sending taxies after 20-30mins.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The cleanliness of the whole establishment was simply outstanding, the decor was excellent, the owner and I guess other family members were in personal attendance all the time and were hands on to ensure all guests were happy with their stay. If I have reason to return to that area again there will be no question as to where I will stay. Very highly recommended - and I’m no easy guy to satisfy. The only single improvement I could have wished for would be facilities to make a cup of tea in my room - but hey I’m English and addicted to the stuff! The whole area of this part of Bavaria is delightful and the food and people are a treat as is the scenery.
Cons: Just the ability to make a cup of tea or coffee in my room, but for a few days I survived this small loss without permanent damage.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Just perfect, as always
9.6 Excellent
Pros: New, Clean and very friendly staff.
Cons: ----
Green Spirit Hotel - Regensburg - Building
4
9.2 Excellent (956 reviews)
Overview Reviews
With a stay at Green Spirit Hotel in Regensburg, you'll be within a 10-minute drive of Regensburg Cathedral and Oskar Schindler House. Featured amenities include dry cleaning/laundry services, multilingual staff, and luggage storage. Limited parking is available onsite.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Stylish rooms, comfortable bathroom, own underground parking, about 10 minutes walk to the old town. Lovely girl at the reception.
Cons: Very soft pillows ((( Breakfast at the hotel is too simple and cost 10 euros per person, the next day we had breakfast together in the city much tastier for the same price.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Great location with underground parking. Gentle wander to the main bridge.
Cons: We were a ground floor room opening onto the garden (which was a calm oasis) but we did have a few ants in the room which I didn’t like but it wasn’t too bad and the staff said they’d look when we mentioned it on check-out.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: It was such a relaxing place, from the fresh white linens, the simple and artistic decor, and the lovely garden. It was my favorite hotel in all of Germany that we stayed in. I got the best night’s sleep on the mattresses (I think they were latex). I liked that you could get drinks in the garden, and the breakfast was tasty.
Cons: My parents didn’t like their room as much and said they couldn’t get any ventilation. They were on the ground floor. I didn’t see it but I guess I highly recommend the second floor rooms then because my room was great! It even felt like it had AC even if it didn’t.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Adventurous conversion of old buildings; and an immense bedroom. Excellent breakfast. An interesting 10 minutes walk, over a busy canal lock, to the historic Altstadt.
Cons: Our room was strangely empty, and had several idiosyncratic design touches which may or may not be to your taste. A dull walk back at night to the main entrance, along a busy road (but no rooms face that road)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I say wonderful!! Really helpful staff. Family owned and run hotel with wonderfully furnished rooms, reception and gorgeous garden! Parking at the garage just below hotel.Breakfast very nice.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Town search
Cons: All good
6.7 Good
Pros: nice, modern and clean, walking distance from downtown.
Cons: room we had was very small, little bit frustrating when raining outside . impossible to stay without parking garage, so it is a must to pay one
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Our spacious family room had a separate room for the kids (pics 14, 16, 38, 52). The room and the hotel was artfully decorated and it was a joy to be there. We didn’t use the large garden space but it looked lovely and relaxing with art pieces, sculptures and outdoor furniture. It was a short walk into town by the stone bridge where you pass bakeries, cafes, pubs and restaurants. We had a lovely meal along the river at the Spital Brewery. The hotel was perfectly located for us to continue our journey east. We would definitely return to this hotel and Regensburg is a beautiful little town to explore.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: We arrived for an overnight stop at Hotel Goldenes Kreuz. The hotel is very centrally located in the beautiful town of Regensburg and finding it was a little tricky but the owner talked us in via the phone. I was travelling with my husband and two young children and the family room we booked was huge and amazing! We were only at the hotel for about 12 hours, but it was very comfortable, very conveniently located and the breakfast that was included also very good. It was a shame we were only stopping overnight!
Cons: Nothing

9.2 Excellent
Pros: Room size was outstanding, full of character. Very central to this beautiful town. Staff friendly Breakfast was excellent, nothing was too much trouble.

Pros: Perfect spot for a night or two in Regensburg.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location near the Dome.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location fantastic, easy walk to the train station and right in the old town. Office easily accessible to get key for the apartment, and friendly efficient staff. Apartment very comfortable and new, even if room slightly on the small side. Small kitchenette and fridge great. Lift access to the second floor a bonus
Cons: Room needs a fan, as weather really hot, and due to central location, quite noisy at night, so if windows not open , too hot to sleep, but then get noise from the square below if windows open!
7.1 Good
Pros: Apartment was nice and clean, location is right at the sightseeing downtown.
Cons: We came a bit late, after 7 pm, as they don't have an office, you have to ask for the entrance code at the next door restaurant, whose staff wasn't as hospitable as we expected, but at the end everything worked out. Maybe a message warning of this could have worked. In the morning of our stay, there were trucks working with engines running from 6 am. Avoid plaza-facing apartment if you mind noise in the morning.
2.5 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing
Cons: This sucked.they lied about everything.location was terrible.they blamed everything on booking.com.dont go there.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: - Very polite and thoughtful service staff - Room is always clear - Exeptional location (St. Peter Dom is right the corner) - A bunch of cafes and markets around - The price for such place is fairly low
Cons: - There is the cafe beside the hotel and sometimes people from it go outside and it becomes quite loud (though it takes place rarely)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Liked the facilities in the appartment. The hotel was well situated in the centre of the city.
Cons: All OK
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The view from the room, easy access and staff lady.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: location
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff, awesome location, and perfect room! Central to tons of great site-seeing and restaurants too!
Cons: My room backed up to a restaurant, which was not a big deal. I just really wanted to leave my window open but smoke was wafting in from smokers outside the restaurant (or maybe staff???). Other than that, the room was perfect.

Cons: Nothing
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Comfortable beds and close to downtown.
Cons: Didn’t accept my AMEX even though they claim they do on booking.com
7.1 Good
Cons: The breakfast charge was expensive for the quality of the breakfast as was the charge to pay to park our car overnight.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The room which was actually an appartment was very spacious. If you take the room with 4 guests, the price is good. The hotel is located in 5 min distance from the historic center of Regensburg. Breakfast is buffet style of excellent quality.
Cons: Parking at 4 min walking distance, but free.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: I choose this hotel because I saw the their cool style on the booking.com page and it was really worth of it. Beside this I totally liked the breakfast with fantastic croissants, good qualitiy cheese etc. Additionally I want to remark the area -- I have been there for a business trip and the area around the hotel was so silent! Great after a long day!
Cons: It was very warm in the room, and I think there is no aircondtion for the summer. But maybe it was only the kind of mid-season (September) when I came there. There is nothing really bad I can tell. -- just go there and enjoy!
9.2 Excellent
Cons: air conditioning system did not work as well

Cons: Nothing it was perfect!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Each room is individually decorated with careful attention to detail and quality. The rooms as very generous in size. Breakfast, which could be chosen from the a la carte menu, was excellent. Fantastic location in the heart of Regensburg. Would definitely stay again.
Cons: Service at breakfast could have been a bit more attentive but this was the only detail that wasn't 100% up to par.
7.5 Good
Pros: Charming prime location with a character.
Cons: Extremely inconvenient access to the hotel by car. Driving over the crowded. pedestrian areas. Hotel is assigning its guests to the public parking which is 10 mins away. No air conditioning in the room. Sleeping with open windows is challenging: streets are noisy til late and from 6 AM.

Pros: Friendly, welcoming owners; safe bike storage
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Centrally and conveniently located, this boutique hotel offers truly luxurious rooms with a lot of character. Staff went out of their way to fulfill my specific requirements. In addition, there was air conditioning in the room: a life saver in the heatwave.
Cons: Just worth mentioning the rooms are spread over three floors, only accessible through a spiral staircase.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Lovely breakfast served well. Characterful room in the rafters of the old building. Location is perfect - easy walk with luggage from the Hauptbahnhof and then an easy walk into the Altstadt (old town) from your perfect base.
Cons: The spiral stairs were a small struggle but we knew that from the website and it was fine. Some street noise at night but, again, this was hardly and issue.

7.9 Good
Pros: Location was very close to all the major sites in Regensburg. Breakfast was great, the staff was super nice and even parking was close and secure.
Cons: Regensburg is a college town so the partying was loud and long overnight which was kind of a bummer. But the hotel did provide earplugs for sleeping to help block out the noise.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Cute place, good location, lovely host and a delicious breakfast!!
Cons: Would have liked a mini-fridge in the room, other than that, no complaints!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic rooms in great location. Loved the bathroom and the equipment of the room. Everything I needed was there, including kettle, teas and a great mini bar choice for the late arrival. Lovely details to the interior design and a festive spirit.
Cons: The breakfast buffet is a little on the small side and the choice could be bigger and there should be more room dedicated to the buffet in the breakfast room which would make the whole experience perfect.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great size room also good bathroom. The staff where really friendly and helpful. Wish we could stay longer.

9.2 Excellent
Pros: Good hotel with nice decoration at the old town. Location very good, close to the cathedral and the river, as well as many ancient streets with shops and restaurants. The room was of a nice size but only with 2 windows up close to the ceiling, however very quiet and with enough light. Nice staff, good wifi and a good breakfast. It is not far either from the Danube river or the train station.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: central location (in the old city of Regensburg), hearty breakfast. my room was in a separate tower - very good for privacy
Cons: a bit noisy due to narrow streets of old town.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely welcome on arrival, great facilities, cleanliness and room was very comfortable!
Cons: Nothing at all!
7.5 Good
Pros: The location was within easy walking distance to everything.
Cons: The older section of the hotel was quaint but needs upgrades for accessibility and safety. The bathtub was very difficult to get in and out of. There was no air conditioning in the room, which would have been impossible in warmer temperatures. The windows could be opened, but that resulted in a lot of light and noise and difficulty sleeping.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location, cute hotel. Everything was perfect and great breakfast too.
Cons: nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location - right in the heart of the city, by the main city "platz". This is an excellent, clean facility. Very good buffet breakfast with wide food selection. If in Regensburg we would stray here again. Highly recommended.
Cons: This is not intended to be a negative but merely as a "heads up" to potential guests.. It appeared to us that you could not drive up right to the front door - well we did not attempt it. We had to move our suitcases along the cobblestone lane for a distance of about 100 m.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great hotel and great location. Nice rooms, exceptional service and great breakfast. Locations was central to everything! Definitely recommend!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: very central location in Regensburg, comfortable room and bathroom, good variety breakfast
Cons: double bed with two seperate mattresses, not reachable by car
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was very nice and brought out champagne for my birthday
Cons: Hotel had no negatives
6.3 Good
Pros: Central location, comfortable bed, good bike storage.
Cons: Breakfast was substandard for a 4 star property. (Several wurst floating in water, scrambled egg like rubble, limited bread choices and only one pastry being croissants.) One also does expect some bathroom toiletries eg shampoo and conditioner not the all in one rather slimy body and hair wash. Staff in the breakfast room were pleasant but need training in regard to making less noise when clearing or setting tables.

Cons: The rooms are very old fashioned. Requested coffee machines for both rooms ahead of time and this was confirmed and no where to be found. The receptionist upon checking out blamed us for not asking again instead of apologizing. Very unfriendly staff. Breakfast had very little to offer.

7.9 Good
Pros: Very central, very private, very clean. Comfy beds, lots of space.
Cons: For me it was more like an airbnb without kitchen. No staff at the hotel,no welcome note with any info, dated room decor. No breakfast in price (my fault for not noticing).Overpriced and unfriendly cafe next door gets the breakfast business-avoid the cafe next door, even the locals came up to us saying the place is known for bad service.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful room, the fire suite. Spacious and nicely decorated
Cons: Arrived one hour before 2pm check in time. You have to get key at cafe next door and they wouldn’t give us key till 2:00. Not sure if room was done or not but I don’t think they would have given the key either way
7.0 Good
Pros: Excellent location, boutique-type, wonderful breakfast in bar next door.
Cons: It was noisy as it faced a trafficked square and check-in instructions could have been clearer.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The location was great and the room was large a d comfortable. The staff at the cafe were friendly and everything was very organised.
6.7 Good
Pros: not have.
Cons: Was difficult to obtain my invoice with correct Company datas!
7.9 Good
Cons: Excellent location in the middle of Old Town, very convenient to get around. Only that the door heads are low, so we bumped my heads a few times.
5.4 Okay
Cons: Not very cooperative - when requesting a cancellation charged the full amount
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The owner was very helpful when I called and all necessary information was provided prior to my arrival. The arrangements were absolutely fine. The room was very tastefully decorated, clean and tidy. Personally for me, the location of the hotel was perfect.
Cons: Nothing.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Very roomy. Excellent location. Owner showed up in a few minutes when we had a problem with the TV. The maid carried our suitcases up the stairs.
Cons: Just a little strangely decorated. Could have used a comfortable chair.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The big room, it was clean and comfortable.
Cons: Can’t think of anything
7.0 Good
Pros: Great location righ in the old town, the Fire room was designed lovingly with lots of gold and red and the bed was very comfortable, loved the little dining room and great views out over the square! Bathroom was compact but had a good shower. The cafe downstairs (which runs the hotel) is very friendly and a popular place. Hearty breakfast with unusual combinations of ham, cheese, scrambled eggs, fruit and salad. Choose from about 10 options on a list, and a huge basket of bread with endless refills of tea or coffee, could sit in there all day!
Cons: Shame there is no tea making facilites in the room itself and no safe. Also the Fire room doesn't have a wardrobe which is a bit wierd, just some hooks and hangers on the wall, although there is loads of space in there. (the Air room has one). Be careful of the light switches, the plastic covers tend to fall off the wall if you press the bottom edge, (the trick is to hold it at the top edge for 2 secs). Other than a few impractical elements, which are obviously due to the design being more important than actual functionality, it was very luxurious and romantic!

8.3 Excellent
Pros: We arrived here after a long hot ride on our bike. There was parking right off the main road at the side of the hotel but they also have parking around the back where there is a beer garden. We was checked in quickly and told where are room was on the ground floor. I was a bit confused when we went in the room as there was 3 empty bottles left on the unit. We thought we were in the wrong room at first but I guess the cleaner must have put them on the side and forgot them. Not what you want when you arrive. The rest of the room was clean and spotless. The head on the shower was a bit wonky and a bit of a pain but we were only there over night. You cant leave the windows open here due to the road noise but once closed you can hardly hear anything. The room could have done with air con as it was a very hot night but they did provide a fan. The bed was large and comfy and considering the heat we slept ok. Breakfast was alright and the coffee was good. It was nice to sit out in the beer garden with a nice cold beer and relax. The hotel is maybe a 10 minute walk into the old town. Overall is was a good place to stay.
Cons: I wasn't impressed at finding someone else's empty bottles in the room.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We originally planned to stay at Hotel Luis for two nights only, however the friendly, generous and kind staff of Hotel Luis and the excellent room lead us to stay an extra night - we could have stayed longer! Well hopefully be back soon.

Pros: The bed and linen! First rate, clean and comfortable room friendly staff, I will be back! Close to town and great pizzeria across the road.
7.9 Good
Cons: Very silent in the night, not in the morning. I was in the front of the building, so in the morning there was a lot of noise from the street.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Stayed on route as a stopover, really interesting hotel with a great relaxed feel, breakfast was amazing, room large and comfortable, we also had dinner in their restaurant across the road which was delicious and had a great atmosphere, walking distance to main places of interest

9.6 Excellent
Pros: Excellent parking, lovely clean fresh rooms, the staff were helpful and friendly, very good breakfast selection. Short walk into old town with a variety of shops, bars and restaurants. We preferred to walk into town via main road due to no lighting at night in the park, it also had small groups of people gathered drinking, although they seemed harmless.
Cons: Poor wifi, intermittent reception.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Clean rooms and comfy bed. Large space and awesome staff! Minimalistic facilities and simple but good breakfast:) Super quiet!!
Cons: Price is slightly steep~~
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The staff were very friendly and helpful. One woman allowed us to store our bag there until check-in time, as we arrived in the morning. She also offered to call us when our room was as ready, very thoughtful! Breakfast was great as well.
Cons: The only thing we didn’t like (and this is very minor) was when the two single beds were pushed together, one was higher than the other which made an uncomfortable gap.
7.5 Good
Pros: The breakfast was ok. The staff was really friendly and helpful. There was a lift.
Cons: The pillows were very uncomfortable.
7.9 Good
Pros: Everything was great. People were so kind. Garage was ok. In a few words: good job guys!!

9.6 Excellent
Pros: Very nice, clean, and quiet. Would recommend to anyone.
6.7 Good
Pros: The location was pretty good on the edge of the Old Town. The breakfast was good.
Cons: We found the Hotel a little austere. The staff were clipped and efficient but interactions very brief. The room was a good size and clean but colourless and functional. The same with the hallways. It was also quite expensive we thought for what it was. It might have been because we only booked the week before though.

Pros: Nice, clean room. Good restaurant in the object. Nice staff. You can smell when they are brewing wort in the brewery (if you like ;)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Stayed only one night, but its a one of the best hotels we stayed ever. They have a very nice looking restaurant (we didnt visit it). There is also a bowling in adjacent place. Open on-site car parking was included in price. Room was very comfortable, very nice and spacy. The stuff was incredibly helpful and friendly. We had to check-out early because of our flight, so they even suggested to prepare the breakfest earlier for us. Breakfast itself was very good. Location was ok for us, it took us 20min walk to the city center. Easy to find. Highly recommended!!!
Cons: N/A
7.9 Good
Pros: Air condition in the rooms would be great. Really hot when hot outside.
Cons: Really kind staff, everything nice
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Staff was really nice and a hotel is close to the bus station. Decoration in the restaurant was beautiful. The room was spacious and bright.
Cons: Every time I come to the room I have to log into the Internet. One soap was not enough for 2 guests. Maybe it would have been nice if there was more options for the breakfast like croissants or scrambled eggs. It would have also been nice if we had a small fridge in the room.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Bischofshof Braustuben was our hotel for several nights in Regensburg Germany in late September. The staff was very helpful and friendly, even going out of their way to assist us with directions and early entry to the room. The room was comfortable and quiet. The location is on the edge of a beautiful neighborhood and an easy 15 minute walk to the center of a wonderful city with many amenities. We ate one of the best meals we had in Germany in the beer garden at the restaurant. We had the Friday special which was a local fish and tried the "Crazy" Cordon Bleu as well. Both were very delicious, well prepared and served quickly. One of the plates had the freshest, tastiest green beans and the green salad was excellent. We opted for the breakfast buffet each morning (additional charge) and it was hot and in the style of the region. We REALLY enjoyed the dark beer brewed literally next door.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The size and configuration of the room were wonderful, comforters and high-quality sheets delightful. I was happy to be in a real local hotel, rather than a nondescript multinational hotel.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great breakfast, comfortable beds, great location
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was wonderful and the staff exceptionally nice. We arrived on a Monday and unfortunately the Beer Garden next door was closed that evening.

8.3 Excellent

5.8 Okay
Pros: The breakfast was good and the bed very comfy.
Cons: I had to walk probably a kilometer in order to get into the room. Although I like the idea that the hotel had like a shopping mall for souvenirs, it wasn;t very comfortable to get my luggage to the room.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: This is slightly out of town Spa Hotel. A short walk downhill from No 1 bus stand. The best spa I've been in. You must stay here if this is important feature of your stay. I stayed in adjoining building but there is basement path to the spa. Great sauna and steambath rooms plus small heated pool. Garden has chair beds. The staff wear traditional Bavarian tops and skirts. Decor is historic and exquisite
Cons: No lift in Landhaus residence. OK if you dont have heavy suitcase. Despite the location, reacheable by bus journey from Albertstrasse. Not many busses after 21:30. Breakfast is better than basic but could do with more fish. There should be more English channels on the TV.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Spa and staff were very nice.
Cons: Was very hot and there was no AC or fan, but we couldn’t open the windows due to people yelling outside.
10.0 Excellent

Pros: The hotel had a nice big room with nice, old furniture. The hotel was nice, but very difficult to access by car, then you have to park your car away from the hotel.
Cons: The hotel was difficult to get to by car - limited access. We ended up carrying our luggage to the car in the car park when we left as that was easier then trying to drive the car to the hotel again. There was no lift, but the man carried our luggage up to our room.
9.2 Excellent

Pros: A jewel in the heart of Regensburg Altstadt. Walk everywhere. Lovely and lively wine bar. Comfortable bed in large room with the best shower! superb breakfast. Staff was very accommodating and helpful. Very hip, intimate and tasteful in every way.
Cons: We liked everything, but guests should know there is no elevator (we were four floors up). Staff is quick to assist with luggage. Hotel is in a pedestrian-only zone (much of Altstadt) but public parking is only 200 meters away.

Cons: You have to be fit to carry your luggage up to the 4th floor.
4.2 Okay
Pros: Nice style
Cons: We could not sleep, the rooms are just over two night bars, a music and noise till the middle of the night. They provide an ears protection on the pillow, but it did not help. An irritation instead of the rest and headache next morning. Very small , the reception does’t work in the evening, differently not 4 stars hotel

9.6 Excellent
Pros: Great location; large room and air conditioning!

7.1 Good
Pros: Good location
Cons: Would like to have checked out at 12
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the townand in the courtyard of the hotel is a beer garden which is very convenient. The staff was excellent and if you need anything, ask Kaylen Leo in guest services. She goes above and beyond to help with whatever you need. For instance, when the taxi she called was obviously not going to come, she walked with us to the train station so that she could negotiate the ride we needed at the taxi drivers there. She has an excellent career ahead of her in hotel management and customer service!
Cons: There is currently some construction outside but that just means it will only get better

6.3 Good
Pros: Location in a way good in the old town. Very good breakfast and nice staff there :)
Cons: The receptionist who check me in was unfriendly and almost rude! The location in the middle of downtown makes the hotel very noisy. You cannot keep the window open at night. But its not only the outside nosiness since this is an old hotel you can hear everything from the corridor. Book this hotel if you can speak German (you get much better service) and if you are not sensitive sleeper.
7.5 Good
Pros: Once we got the car sorted the location was good
Cons: Location was not easy to get to when you had a car. The pillows were terrible
6.7 Good
Pros: Location
Cons: A lot of stairs, up and down the corridors... bathroom very tight. Location good for pedestrian center access yet parking 1/4 mile away... doable yet newcomers should be aware.
6.3 Good
Pros: Location
Cons: There was no aircon in the hotel. Too warm to sleep in the room. My room was next to the lift. When people came back very late, i can hear the big noise in the corridor. Very annoying!
7.1 Good
Cons: The bread was not fresh; breakfast could have been better for the price we paid.
7.9 Good
Pros: Interior design of the hotel was fine, the room was clean and the staff was very helpful. Apart from that the hotel has a very good location in the old town, ca. 200m from the underground garage at the Bismarck square.
Cons: The lack of a safe in the room. There was no a single iron in the whole hotel. The breakfast was not really sophisticated but it fullfilled the essential needs, which is hunger.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: We stayed at the middle building of the hotel. The hotel consists of three buildings connected together. The middle part was nice...but maybe we would like to stay at the third part..I think is the older part of the hotel? I LOVED the bed night lights. Best of any hotel I have ever being. You can read without bothering the person sleeping with. Breakfast was good. The location excellent.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The location
Cons: There were no tea and coffee making facilities
5.8 Okay
Cons: I've chosen this hotel online just because offers free car park on site suddenly it was so frustrating to understand there is no car park at the hotel. I had to drive around late in the evening with my family until i find public car park.
