Some of the advantages we can point out are: it is surely value for money when it comes to location, having good internet, shared kitchen, tea and coffee. But surely nothing else. Will never come back.
It was the first time i had more negative feelings about the hotel than positive. We have arrived at 7am and wanted to keep our luggage in the hotel before checking in. Hotel's website clearly stated that reception is supposed to work 24/7, despite that we were waiting to enter the building for 40 minutes. Nobody was answering on a phone call or a doorbell. In the end, a sleepy lady opened a door, not even asking us who we are. It looked like she just continued sleeping since we were waiting for another 15 minutes to let her know we wanted to keep our luggage. Again, ringing the reception bell didnt help. During 4 nights stay our room was never cleaned, even though we asked for it. Nevertheless, once cleaning lady was trying to enter the room without even knocking. Room didnt have a "dont disturb" plate. Regarding the bathroom. Might be we were a bit unlucky but water was not leaving fast enough, so it was collecting on the bottom of the shower, on the floor. Also, pump was very noisy, so that you could have heard it from the room. In general, staff behavior was not as expected, once they started to do manicure in the kitchen with all the smells around and chemicals.
centered and the staff was nice
the entrance is in a bad place...in my first room everything was broken so i ask to change..in the second room the blancket was small and a lot of signs on the wall (one sign of blood)one day at 11 no more water the place is poor no place for breakfast only a room to take a coffee but is the same room where the woman at reception sleeps in the night...so i will not come back
The location is best. It is located 3 mins walk to 2 metro stations and very close to everywhere, Nevsky prospekt station, bus stop to Peterhof and Catherine Palace. A 24 hrs supermarket is right downstairs. Coffee shops, fastfood and restaurants are around. When you first enter the building the interior will shock you a bit but the inside will impress you. It is a totally different world. No english is communicated but there has been no problem so far. The reception ladies are superb. Remember it is on the second floor and there is no elevator.
Comfortable bed and good location
Bathroom - a very loud pump located under the toilet. It's not a 3-star hotel and it's hard to say that this is a hotel at all. Staff like to talk with each other loudly in the morning (about previous guests and how they stayed here). Soundproofing doesn't exist in the rooms, because drywall walls are completely empty inside. This ”hotel” is an old flat, typically flat, in the center of the city. About cleaning in the room. The bed linen and towels haven't been changed during my stay, packs of shampoo and shower gel haven't been added too. The bed wasn't made for me during the stay.
