Pros: Friends staff Clean Location Meals
5.0 Okay
Pros: Great location. Good breakfast.
Cons: Lots of smokers throughout the hotel and made the courtyard nasty. Hidden fee to self-park in their secure parking lot ($10 every time you enter the gate).
5.0 Okay
Pros: The hotel is new and has free coffee and breakfast.
Cons: I booked the trip to visit friends and wanted a nice hotel for relaxation, however, it tended to be noisy at night. After the stay, I found scratches on rental car. The employees were helpful but not very pleasant, however valet attendants were nice.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent service. Comfortable room.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly, helpful staff
Cons: No
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location
Cons: Not enough towels placed in my room
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful decor, very spacious, with modern features
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The rooms are big and nicely decorated. We liked having a sleeper sofa, chair, and full kitchen. You could easily live in the room, it had pretty much everything. Then breakfast is excellent and has a good variety.
Cons: The bathrooms need a fan! The dishwasher in 413 was not attached to the counter and was falling over when you slid the rack out.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was fantastic. The hotel design was also very nice. The pool has a lift for individuals with mobility issues which was not something I needed, but very nice to see. There was also a small patio that looked like a great place to spend time.
Cons: The elevators were oddly slow and stuffy. When we tried to check out we couldn't find anyone staffing the front desk, but I'm sure someone would have arrived if we could have waited longer.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: It is new and the suites are spacious.
Cons: The couch and chairs in the suites are not comfortable. Also the parking lot was beyond capacity at night. This caused us to have to use the valet service. The service was comped due to the parking lot being full but did cause delays with off site parking
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was so nice and the people are super sweet
Cons: No Not at all I will be back
7.0 Good

Cons: Room had a smell Pillows were mediocre
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The free food was great! There were snacks in the evening and a wonderful breakfast spread.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We stayed at this Drury Inn on our way home to Nashville from Destin. After driving with 3 little ones (6 and under), we were very thankful not to have to go out for dinner. The kickback reception had very simple, but tasty food, and was extremely convenient. My husband was thrilled to have "ballpark nachoes," and I was able to make salads with pasta or a baked potato for the kids. I also really appreciated the glass of wine! The room smelled very clean upon opening the door. I can't say that about many hotels. Even the pricey beach home we were coming from lacked in cleanliness. But everything was very clean, the bathtub was appreciated as well. Everyone had a decent meal and good tubby before bed. The bed was decent, better than the Hampton Inn in Montgomery that we stayed in on the way down. Breakfast was good as well, and at both "meal times," the manager Christopher was present to schmooze and greet guests, which I found to be very surprising. The way he was conversing with some of the guests made me feel as though several of the people staying were frequent guests. I take that as a very good sign. We will be staying here again.
Cons: A little far off I-65, but worth it for the extra comforts.
8.2 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast and dinner included each day. Friendly staff. Inside/outside pool. Location is close to local restaurants.
Cons: The elevators are very slow for a hotel with six floors. The pool needed to be cleaned. We had to get out of the pool a few times because two groups of unaccompanied minors entered the pool and had no regard for others.

Cons: Not enough handicapped parking spots.

Pros: Very clean...staff are wonderful!! Food and drinks were great!! We will Definitely be returning to the Drury!!
Cons: We don't have any complaints at all!
8.0 Excellent
Pros: I really enjoyed the 5:30 Kickback and the beds were very comfortable.
Cons: The bathroom is quite cramped. Staff could have been a bit friendlier upon arrival.
6.5 Good
Pros: Room was clean and available when we arrived. Due to it's proximity to a major highway, try to get a room on the back side of the hotel. Highway noise from 18 wheelers at 3:00 am seemed to be a normal occurrence. Breakfast was very good, plenty of food and choices.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: everything. shout out to Cole Kidd.
Cons: nothing.
6.8 Good
Pros: The doorman was the man, the bed was crazy comfortable w/ great sheets and room service was tasty.
Cons: I felt like bc we booked on kayak for $150 instead of the standard $180 they put us in a shitty room w/ a window blocked by a huge AC -- Not trying to sound fussy but it was a Monday night we booked the room 2 hours before arriving at 7pm, the hotel definitely was not filled, so why give us the corner handicapped room on the 3rd floor without any light coming through it ya know? It was just sort of annoying.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Every single person we interacted with - from the bellhops to the concierges to the bar and restaurant staff - treated us with truly above and beyond hospitality and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. I have traveled extensively and don't think I have ever had such uniformly excellent and personalized service at a hotel. During our stay we requested to change our reservation to a larger room and extended our stay by a few days, and we ordered room service several times (really delicious and pretty reasonably priced) with some modifications for vegan diet and these requests were all accommodated very graciously. Following a most minor, really negligible, issue with a room service order we got a handwritten apology note from the general manager and voucher for complimentary drinks at the hotel bar. (The drinks were very good. The bar has a great cocktail list.) The room itself was spacious, comfortable, and and well appointed, with a nice view of downtown Birmingham. The hotel is right in the heart of downtown, convenient to many bars, restaurants, the art museum, other major buildings etc. There's a parking lot just across the street and easy street parking around, but we didn't even drive so much because there was a lot right within walking distance. I could not recommend the Redmont more highly. Will definitely stay here on any future visit.
Cons: Literally nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were very accommodating, friendly and professional. The design and decor was beautiful and my room was very tasteful. Clean and comfortable!
Cons: I have nothing bad to say about this hotel.

Pros: Nice staff in a great walkable neighborhood. Nicely decorated and the rooms / bed was comfortable
Cons: The pool was tiny and the space availability around the pool to relax was limited. We were there without our kids, but others were with kids. If your looking for luxurious, romantic weekend hotel this one will probably fall a little short Nice overall - good value, but lacks that WOW factor that would make you wanna go back

7.1 Good
Pros: The staff was very friendly, and housekeeping/guest services was responsive to our needs when we asked them directly, without going through the desk. The location was perfect for our needs; this is a beautiful area of Birmingham.
Cons: Definitely not for families. No dresser, no luggage rack, few hangers. Although we were told they had kept the luggage racks in storage after the room remodel, repeated requests for two to help reduce clutter went unheeded. The extra chairs we requested arrived a day or so later after repeated calls. The beautiful frosted bathroom door on a track was a nuisance throughout the week. A lot of noise to open and close, without actually offering any measure of privacy; design fail.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: I liked how they worked with me to find my reservation since didn't give a hotel confirmation number. But the hotel overall was very nice. Quiet, helpful, and in a good location of the town.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The place was gorgeous for the money I spent. Staff were helpful. There is a Starbucks in there!!
Cons: We reserved thru Kayak. The fine print states cannot guarantee 2 double beds. We were traveling with our older children and they had to sleep on sofa beds in each room after traveling for 12 hours via car.The Ice machine did not work on second floor. The housekeeping came and tossed sheets and blankets at us. I told her you come back and fix these sofa beds. We were tired I just wanted to jump in a bed and sleep but I was having to deal with the bed situation.

Pros: Newer hotel with nice rooms.
Cons: We had to wait over an hour for our room to be finished. Cleaning ladies were still cleaning rooms till 8pm. Trash receptacles were overflowing in the evening and the trash had still not been cleaned up the next morning. There’s a sign next to the front desk that said “if you are not satisfied in any way the nights on us”. No one ever offered to pay for my tab and I was very unsatisfied. Would NOT Recommend this place to anybody.
