Everything fine. Good, comfortable hotel, good value for money.

Not a great location - in the middle of an industrial estate, retail park area - but easy enough to walk into town and there are regular buses.

Very friendly and helpful staff, nice clean and large sized rooms, very decent breakfast.

No complaints at all.

Absolutely happy with this stay, high quality service, nice and big rooms, not far from historical center. We were pleasantly surprised to get such a good conditions for such a little money!!!

Everything was great, as expected from a property of this calibre. Good value for money.

Shower was a little low pressure, but other than that very comfortable.

Location is good for those traveling by car. Breakfast was good.

No soundproof in the room: one can hear almost everything that is going on around.

We asked housekeeping staff if we could swap soft pillows for firm pillows and thankfully it was no problem and the pillows were brilliant.

At check in we would have appreciated knowing about the bus that goes to the historic centre.We walked!!This information should be given . Also would have appreciated knowing there was a shopping mall close by and the opening hours. We discovered these details ourselves after 2 days .

Comfortable hotel with all kinds of facilities (restaurant, swimming pool) and very welcoming and friendly staff. Very good choice to visit Salamanca or to make a pitstop.

Nothing really. It was not an issue for me since we were not visiting Salamanca, but it is not in the center of the city. Therefore, if you're planning to walk around the center of Salamanca you may need to figure out the transportation (I think the hotel arranges a shuttle bus).

Food in restaurant & bar were of a very high standard.

Reasonable sized room with large double bed. Small well equipped bathroom. Very clean and tidy. Location for us was ideal with a bus service every 10 minutes direct to the heart of the city.

There were not enough beds at the pool and we didn't find towels there. Restaurant Arcadia was offering only menus and not individual dishes. Parking lot is relatively small.

hard to get room to cool down as air conditioner was shut down for the winter

For us the Hotel location is much better than travelling into the city centre. Over the years it has altered and we find it takes far longer to get in and out

There is the most beautiful Dining Room, but unfortunately the menus don't tend to vary.

A bit of a walk to the centre of town

Fabulous to have a swim at the end of the day and relax with everything you need on site. As we were driving the location had great parking and walking distance to Salamanca was easy

For us the location was great, great staff, food and facilities. One of the reasons we booked this over other hotels was that it had a garage and with us being on motorbikes was ideal.

The only thing that may put people off is that it's about 30 minute walk into Salamanca.

The pool is the hotel's best facility, after a long hot drive it was bliss to get into a large, deep, cool pool. Breakfast was good and plentiful.

Very large room, superbly clean, super-comfy bed, family-friendly, protected parking. Our kids LOVED the pool and the breakfast. We never wanted to leave!

Possibility to bring pets would be lovely, but I also understand why hotels choose not to offer this based on past bad experiences with CLUELESS pet owners at our own very small property.

Evening meal was a little light on how much you got .quote not enough chipps .the sat nav did not take us to the correct location had to find hotel by asking people.

Can not fault it in any way. That was the third time we have stayed here. Excellent value for money.

In the autumn, having us to eat breakfast in the terrace was a bit cold & chilly! The hot cup of tea soon turned cold so quickly!
