We only stayed one night on our journey down from Bilbao to Malaga. Lovely clean rooms and helpful and pleasant staff. Advantage of car park (Down in a lift). No restaurant or bar but good breakfast served. Very clean and Covid precautions well observed.

The room was huge and so the bathroom, we loved the king size bed. Very clean! Staff was very nice, and the hotel has its own parking place.

We had a box for breakfast due to the Covid, so we weren’t able to choose what to eat and because of that, there was some food waste. We totally understand the situation.

Great location fantastic rooms. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The location was perfect near everything and the hotel has secure underground parking which was essential for both our motorcycles. I highly recommend this hotel and Salamanca

Corona virus kinda stopped everything in its tracks but the hotel has done its best to accomodate visitors. Nothing really bad just limited facilities I guess.

The rooms were spotless, spacious and welcoming. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The parking was easy ro access. The location was perfect, near everything.

Breakfast started at 8 am and our conference started at 9 am so it was quite tight.

I opted for an upgraded room and was delighted with the room with lounge area. I arrived late and somewhat fraught but was so well looked after on arrival that I relaxed immediately.

We always stay at the Eurostar Salamanca on our way to Bilbao. The service and is always first class, the bedrooms and beds very comfortable..we always manage to feel rested after our stay. The location is perfect and within easy walking distance of the hotel.

The TV controls do not allow (have been altered in some way) for the changing of language to English. I asked at reception and they said it was not possible. Maybe they need to have some rooms where this is possible?

The location was outstanding, close to all of the major sights. The room was immaculate and very spacious, especially for a European Hotel. The breakfast selection was excellent with a variety of foods, all very fresh, especially the flaky croissants. The Santiago de Compostela cake was marvellous and made exactly as it traditionally should be. Lastly, the staff were all excellent in knowledge and communication skills, their suggestions and help made this an even more memorable stay. A real 10 for 10!

There was nothing we could think of other than the possibility of the hotel opening the restaurant for evening dining; however, with the number and proximity of so many outstanding restaurants, one can appreciate the difficulty such a suggestion may present.

Friendly staff, the room was cleaned very well every day, breakfasts were great.

Options for laundry were poor. There was only the option to have clothes both laundered and ironed, but not one or the other. Staff provided an iron upon request, but it would’ve been better to have a permanent ironing facility in each room.

Our experience at Eurostars was outstanding. Our room was one of the largest we've ever had, with a king-size bed, plenty of closet space, good lighting, and a separate WC area in the comfortable bathroom. The room was quiet, as was the hotel. It's within easy walking distance of the cathedrals, but away from noise. The only quirk is the garage - and you need to reserve a space in advance. To access the garage, you must drive your car into an elevator which descends to the garage. If your car is large, make sure to measure it and see if it will fit in the elevator (the hotel provides the dimensions).

Driving into the elevator was precarious for us, as our car is wide.

Love this hotel, have stayed there twice now. Always my first choice if we’re staying in this city. Clean smart and such comfy beds. Friendly staff and good breakfast.

Standard 4 star Hotel in Old town.

Very nice large room fully equipped and large bed . Size of bath and bathroom was a plus. Hotel was just 7/ 8 mins walk into the old town.

The location was good and close to all the major points of interest. The staff provided good information and provided all the information we needed. Breakfast was good, there was a good selection of food available. A very good point was the secure car parking which was easy to get in and out of.

A bigger bar would be nice.

The hotel is located in a quiet little plaza with only little traffic in the night. Easy to find with car and GPS. You can leave the car just outside the for a short instruction in the reception how to park indoor. Be careful when entering the hotels car elevator. The receptionist is very friendly and helpful. From the hotel you can walk to all major sights within 5 minutes. The whole area is very safe. Rooms are spacious, very clean and so is the bathroom. The whole hotel is a spotless 4 star hotel with all you can expect and ask for.

The breakfast buffet did not work well any of the 3 days. Minimum one of the two coffee machines was most of time out of order, food was not adequately resupplied, the scrambled eggs were not scrambled, but more like hard balls, bread was not fresh from bakery, the maple syrup aimed for the pan cakes was substituted by two strange fluids (red and chocolate), orange juice was missing several times. The breakfast staff seems to either undermanned, working inefficient or both.

The hotel is spotlessly clean and situatuated brilliantly. It has amazing underground parking, which is quite easy to get into, despite what some reviewers may say. The breakfast was great and the city is lovely. We loved staying here.

The hotel is a nice 4* chain hotel. We booked a superior twin room which even came with a small living room. The beds are comfortable and well made as one expects in such a hotel. We had used Eurostars before and knew the standard to expect. Our check-in and check-out experiences were excellent. We got nice suggestions for a quick bite and they even offered booking a table.

Breakfast and breakfast rooms are not as nice as the rest. It is the typical busy hotel breakfast room. The staff was less friendly than the front desk. Nothing really bad, but less comfortable than the rest. The buffet was quite good.

Getting in and out of the garage was difficult (it is a car lift) primarily because of wheelie bins in the street and cars parked on opposite side of road. Not ideal for a larger car (mine is 4x4).

Excelente hotel with nice people and well located.

Staff very helpful and friendly, explained very well how to drive around the road works which blocked the normal road in and provided useful information about attractions in the city. We wanted a quiet hotel which was near to the centre and that's what we got with your hotel. we also liked the easy access to the car park under the hotel.

This is one of our favourite hotels. The rooms are large, the bathrooms spacious and well equipped and the beds are comfortable. We also appreciate the onsite parking (extra) but secure. The location is close to the old town through pleasant streets. There is an excellent restaurant at the end of the block.

Great location just a few minutes walk from the main attractions of Salamanca. Super friendly and helpful staff. Very comfortable room. Excellent choice for breakfast at a reasonable price. Secure underground garage is a bonus. Only stayed one night en-route to Santander so cannot really comment on facilities. Would certainly return and would also recommend this hotel to others.

It's a very nice hotel near the heart of the city. Underground parking is available onsite via a car elevator, otherwise parking would have been difficult. It's a short walk to the heart of the city.

The room was spacious. Clean, great location, there's a great restaurant ans fithes center Wright next to the hotel.

The garage is accessible trough elevator it might be tricky with a big car like E class, 5 series or bigger.

The hotel was very central and easy to find, we had an excellent suite with a sitting room as well as a separate bedroom. The front desk staff were very helpful, providing us with directions to the Plaza Major where we had an excellent dinner. We spent 2 nights in Las Claras and really enjoyed our stay. Secure parking was available under the main hotel.

Modern hotel well placed for seeing the city. We had a large room with separate setting room and tv in each. Smart bathroom and comfortable beds. Good breakfast and easy parking under hotel using a car lift.

No evening dining facilities although there are loads of restaurants around area. No tea or coffee making in room.

Just wish there had been access to hot drinks 24 hrs

We had the continental breakfast and it was quite fine. There was a wide variety of offerings and we were tempted, but we have always found it easier to travel without a large breakfast.

It was all quite good. One cannot chose a hotel in the centre of a medieval city and then complain that the streets were too narrow or difficult to negotiate, but even this was not a major problem.
