It is good. The restaurqnt seams to have good foid but they become nervous when get supwrcrowdy. The girls from the service... were overwhelmed. No smile, no courtesey. Just efficiency.
The locaiton just 3 kms after Sarria was perfect for our family group while doing the Camino. The pool and pool area was lovely and the bar and restaurant served delicious meals and drinks. Our room was spacious and included 2 showers which made it perfect for a large family group.
nothing to dislike, there was some miscommunication with the reservation as I was booking for 9 people and one room was canceled, but it was resolved quickly and profesisonally after a phone call.
Unlike some places the heaters were on all night which you need if you have had a wet day.
Wifi did not work in the room.
The premises are great, and the staff does try hard.
It's big, so it's a business that doesn't have a personal touch. At peak times, the staff has trouble keeping up.
Convenient to the Camino de Santiago, quiet and comfortable.
When wet, the wooden stairs were treacherous...nearly ended our pilgrimage after 700 km walked without injury.
