I loved that I could swim while the others skied. The wellness center was very nice. We had half board, and felt very satisfied with the meals. We plan to go again next year.
The pillows were very flat and it took a whole day before we were able to get extras. Bring your own if you have issues.
The room we got, after a request to change, was very nice, with a balcony, light. Liked the area of boarded floor with pipes under it for drying stuff. However the majority of rooms have a slating window parallel to the ceiling, and are dark. May not be a problem if you're out skiing all day. The pool is splendid. We were half board and the meals were good. We liked drinks being on tap for the meal at no extra cost.
Name Blu Senales isn't what its called so quite confusing to find. Entry through garage is quite off-putting. Impression of reception staff on duty not good - seemed clueless. (But other staff helpful).
The location is ideal and provided good access to the mountains and surrounding activities.
The rooms were extremely worn and out-dated. One of our rooms had a kitchen with refrigerator, but it had all be disconnected. Everything in the rooms needs to be updated/renovated. No water kettle included in the room.
Great location!! Very close amazing slopes.
Aweful staff; not helpful, lazy; also they knew we were trying to park our car when we arrived in the evening - told us to park it near a facility around the hotel. Took us about 10 minutes to park the car; and then when we came back to the hotel they told us ‘you need to put a special tag-paper in your car so that we know you can park for free’. Had to get out again another 10 minutes. Internet was not working well at all. You had to reconnect constantly. The toilet seat was broken in our room, we asked multiple times to get it fixed and no one ever came to fix. Oh and breakfast.... the coffee tastes like dirt. For a country that prides itself for making coffee, this coffee was powder coffee that came out of a machine. Simply not good! The temperature could not fixed. Simply too hot, we had to open a room to have some fresh air. In a time of climate change to have such an unsustainable heating system, is a crime!!
Unfair prices of additional services (sauna, towels at the swimming pool, drinks including water at dinner) that were not mentioned during booking process
