Location right in the heart of Kenmare. Manager/owner Vanessa who was very, very nice and helpful. She was exceptionally warm and friendly at breakfast.

Not enough floor staff in the bar/restaurant in the evening. There were long waits to order and for the food and drinks to come. The staff were very, very nice but over worked.

Great value for the price charged. Rooms are far more like hotel rooms than b&b. Really great and spacious bathroom. Very nice staff, especially Vanessa.

Loved the location and the ambience of the old pub and hotel. We parked our car in the back and did not move it. Took a walk around town, saw church and stone circle,among other quaint places. Great pub dinner and breakfast. Morning hostess great.
