Pros. Nothing
Cons. I had to cancel a 2 day trip due to an illness and my request for a refund was denied. I paid over $400 for nothing. I'll not be staying with this brand again.....
Pros. Good location and breakfast buffet was great. Room was large and spacious with good amenities.
Cons. It's a rip off to pay to stay in a hotel and then on top of it they charged me to park. Drain in tub would not drain so your shower quickly became a bath, when I brought it up to staff they stated the pipes were old and that they would not be fixing or renovating till next year. Caution using your credit card here they put multiple holds on your card and leave them pending for days even after you check out.
Pros. Room Size: King suite was very large
Cons. Windows were dirty, a/c was loud and the wall in the bedroom was cracked and chipped.
Pros. everything the staff was friendly. They gave great suggestions for places to eat and night life. The shuttle was a God send why use uber when you have a shuttle that takes you to local attractions less than 4 miles away.

Pros. great location and reasonable rates suite rooms and comfort we did enjoy our 4th floor Bay View room however the fourth floor windows are obstructed by palm trees thus making the new wife upset.we really enjoyed our stay it is minutes from the beach minutes from downtown and located on the best Hogans bar is in within walking distanceand whiskey Joes right down the street located on the causeway it makes for easy travel I'm very happy with our experience but the obstructed views and lack of parking during the weekend resulted in my lower review oh and my wife want you to know the cookies are fantastic

Although acceptable during the week... weekend parking was horrible there must have been a wedding because lot was FULL! also try to request a room higher than the 4th floor the Hilton HHonors level is level 5 or below I believe first may have a porch from the looks of it we thought we may have a porch or deck area but there was nothing did not have a chance to visit the pool too much other cool stuff to do in Tampa
