Pros (+) Amazing facilities, close location by a 10 min walk to Fira, spacious villa and a private hot tub. Close shuttle from the airport also. Would absolutely think about staying here again.
Cons (-) No caldera view unfortunately. Really only complaint is we were told our breakfast was included early in our stay and upon checkout found that this was not the case, and the manager decided to charge us half of the breakfast. If we had known otherwise, we would have left the hotel for breakfast as the selection for value at the hotel was not that exciting. I thought that was poor customer service ...
