Wireless LAN is horrible
Affordable convenient modern
Everything was clean staff great and all essential services available. Caters to English speakers.
Poor customer service
Great Hotel and Great Location
Friendly staff speaks English and location is very close to Train station. Love staying here when I travel to Tokyo.
The pillows were very uncomfortable.
My boyfriend and I stayed there for nine nights and were able to explore easily. Locations such as Akihabara, Harajuku, Meiji Shrine, Shibuya, and a lot more are a short train ride away and with the train station so close it was easy to get around. Lots of shops, restaurants, and arcades within walking distance of the hotel.
Great location, great price
Location, Limousine Bus access, Close to train station, affordable
Wi-Fi is good, not great, but free
Very convenient location. Good Cleanliness and provode good quality shower gel and shampoo.
Unfriendly male front desk staff (no smiling face). We came with 2 families and 5 small kids, they were making some noise and chasing around at the lobby while we were checking in, one male staff warned us this was not appropriate. Yes, I respect the reminder but expect a more friendly approach. And I believe if the hotel allows to have children to stay in, they should anticipate how children behave. It was our first day arrival, with such unfriendly approached, it really spoilt our mood.
