Consider Room Size
Some guests found the rooms to be quite small, especially for remote work, so if you need extra space, it might be worth inquiring about room size options before booking.
Check Noise Levels
A few guests mentioned that the air conditioning units in the rooms were noisy, and soundproofing could be improved. If you are sensitive to noise, it's advisable to inquire about quieter room options or bring earplugs.
Verify Bedding Policies
Some guests experienced unexpected restrictions on the number of occupants per room, leading to additional charges. If you have specific bedding needs or are traveling with children, it's recommended to confirm the hotel's policies in advance to avoid any surprises at check-in.
Transportation Considerations
The hotel is located a bit far from the city center, so if you plan to explore Toulouse extensively, having a car for transportation is advisable, especially during peak times when travel can take longer.
Dining Options
While the restaurant received positive feedback, some guests found the dinner menu to be limited, and the terrace for dinner a bit small. If dining options are important to you, it's worth considering this aspect and exploring alternative dining choices nearby.
Inquire About Housekeeping
A few guests mentioned issues with housekeeping, such as towels not being changed and bins not being emptied. It might be helpful to confirm the housekeeping procedures and address any concerns upon check-in.
Family-Friendly Accommodation
The hotel is described as very baby-friendly by several guests, with accommodating staff. If you are traveling with young children, this hotel may be a good option for a family stay.
Room Views
Opt for a room with a view, as several guests mentioned the fantastic staff and good food, but also highlighted the remote location. A room with a pleasant view could enhance your overall experience.
Accessibility Features
The hotel offers increased accessibility and wheelchair-accessible facilities. If you have specific accessibility needs, it's recommended to inquire about the available features to ensure a comfortable stay.
Check for Special Requests
If you have specific requirements such as hypoallergenic bedding or a non-feather pillow, it's advisable to communicate these requests to the hotel in advance to ensure they can accommodate your needs.
