Good for what it is, but not luxurious
The location is fantastic, right on one of the main squares. Easy 5-10 minute walk from both the bus and train stations. The lady with glasses that works at reception was lovely and very helpful - and she very kindly allowed us to leave our ski gear in a closet after checkout on our last day. The hotel itself has good soundproofing, didn't hear anything from any of the neighboring rooms. Didn't eat at the restaurant, so can't speak to that.
The room was extremely dated. I mean, like "1988 Communist Czechoslovakia" dated. While the room was clean, there was a faint odor. The toiletries provided were minimal - just bar soap and a small single-use packet of shampoo. The mattress on the bed wasn't really even a mattress, more just a 7 cm thick piece of foam over plywood. It was back-breaking. I mean, I wasn't expecting the Ritz-Carlton, but naming it Grand Luxury is a bit of a misnomer.
