8.2 Excellent
Pros: We needed a nice place to stay for a quick night in Baton Rouge and Watermark fit the bill. Loved the unique, masculine style of the room and bath, with plenty of windows for natural light. Even the oak scented bath products with the exfoliating bath bar were nice touches. All the staff we encountered were super accommodating and friendly.
Cons: The Gregory restaurant left a bit to be desired. Beautifully decorated and wait staff are wonderful, but slim options on cocktails and drinks and the food is ridiculously overpriced. They set themselves up to be a five star type restaurant with the pricing and fail miserably in the delivery of the product.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Tasteful and elegant decorations of lobby and rooms. Staff were friendly and professional. The details of the bank are integrated into the hotel's decor. Comfortable beds with wonderful pillows.
Cons: Surrounding area of warehouses and some construction. You are on your own with self parking locally.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Visiting LSU with son who is a rising Freshman, we couldn't of picked a better hotel. Close to LSU and all good places in BR. Downtown is revitalizing with open bars and restaurants close by. The bar and restaurant at TheWatermark is top notch and thriving. We will be back!

Pros: The rooms were nicer than many that I have stayed in when in Las Vegas. The staff were all friendly and welcoming.
Cons: The restaurant choices were limited - a sports bar, a steak house, a "cafe" with food that hat been sitting forever, and the grossly overpriced buffet. Unless one likes king crab legs (which we don't), the rest of the food was mediocre quality. I've had much better food at my local Luby's for 1/4 of the cost. There is really no where else to go around the casino to eat.

3.4 Mediocre
Pros: Can't check in late. Phones not working. Staff nice but incompetent. Rooms are updated ok with nice decor and large tv. Huge mall across the street. Many restaurants across the street. Last time there was a wasp nest inside my room. This time it was just not very clean and key didn't work when I moved in room. Couldn't add on a day to my Rez I had to start my Rez over completely. Computers go down at 2 am CST so u can't check in after that. Front doors locked and no one can check in. Even if you get them to open door. They cancel your room. And "close the books"
Cons: Can't check in late. Phones not working. Staff nice but incompetent. Rooms are updated ok with nice decor and large tv. Huge mall across the street. Many restaurants across the street. Last time there was a wasp nest inside my room. This time it was just not very clean when I moved in room.

Pros: Convenient location, easy to find off the highway. Bed very comfortable. Nice shower. Also liked the two separate sink areas for coffee and bathroom.
Cons: I just looked at my bank statement and it appears that I was over-charged. There was no receipt when checking out and It did take a while to check out. I was expecting the total to be $115 with tax, but I see an EXTRA $15.00 was charged!? We did not have any incidentals and we didn't even have a key to the room because of a recent storm that broke the key system.

9.4 Excellent
Pros: The staff was super friendly. The room and facility were very clean. Appreciate the effort to be green with the divided trash cans though a liner in the"trash" side would be nice.
Cons: Restaurant prices were high for what you get. The pool is very small.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was all very friendly and welcoming.
Cons: The food was not good. The breakfast buffet was cold, out of several items. In Room dining menu had items on the menu that weren't available in the kitchen. The kitchen and bar were closed on Saturday night, 1/28/17 bc "the chef had a personal emergency". That sounds like a missed opportunity for revenue as well as services to the guests.

Pros: I love the comfort and appearance of the room. Front desk person was very friendly and helpful
Cons: Closing of pool was too early for the weekend
6.2 Good
Cons: Arrived late. Front Desk Clerk on a personal phone call. Waited 15 Minutes to be checked-in. Room felt cramped, weird layout. Sheets didn't fit the bed had to fix it throughout the night. Room service came early while we were still n the room. Asked if they could come back later. When we returned at 11:30 pm the room was still untouched. Ran out to toilet paper, had to go the the desk to request fresh towels and coffee. Not at all what I am used to with Hilton properties.
