Fun looking property- nice sidewalks to walk on a nice beach
Beds were very uncomfortable. Units are in need of some upkeep. When asked staff for some basic things- beach towels and bottled water they said they couldn’t help us.
The worst resort we’ve ever stayed in!!! Staff was unfriendly, rooms were small and full of ants. The food was mediocre and the resort was run down.
The property was run down and not cared for. You should take this property off your website.
Some of the staff was really nice. Hotel is clean. The beach is nice when not taken ovef by seaweeds.
All is in italian staff speaks to you in italian, animations and the food as well because 95 per cent of the clients are italian. My son speaks french english and spanish but could not join to kids xlub as everything children included was italian. No shuttle despite the hotel being far from everything. Poor food value for money. Poor facilities for money. I requested a family room and had a naked woman painted over my bed. No coffee available before 7:30 am. Food was not labelled had no allergies warning signs. The beach was not clean on time. Overall the hotel is poorly managed.
There was nothing to like at this hotel.
Everything. The hotel was dated. The room was uncomfortable and small. The bed was lumpy. The food service was inconvenient and catered to an Italian tour group so it was not authentic Mexican cuisine. The facilities were old and dirty.
The location was great, staff were friendly, resort was uncrowded & grounds were kept beautifully. Fun activities available for those wanting to participate (dance lessons, bocce). Food in the main restaurant was alright for an All-Inclusive although the 'Authentic Mexican Restaurant' was very disappointing. I don't have high expections for the quality of dining in similar resorts but the convenience for a short stay (5 days) & the value for money was good. I would have no hesitation recommending the Pavo Real to other travellers.
I wouldn't even bother going to the Mexican Restaurant for the sit-down meal. Wifi wasn't available in the rooms unless you paid an additional fee but didn't bother us.
