Clean modern hotel with great staff. Excellent breakfast menu choice and quality. Friendly staff, really clean rooms etc. The location was perfect for our trip. The room was well equipped and the shower was great. The room was really quiet and the bed was super comfy. Very well located hotel. The choice at breakfast, even though it was very early was good. Rooms generally clean. Staff were lovely. rooms were clean and breakfast was great. Fantastic location to the airport. Second stay here and again very enjoyable. Excellent experience and great breakfast buffet choices. I had problem with AC in my room, heating didn't work. Hotel personnel checked it and after very short time I was moved to another room without any problem. Hampton by Hilton keeps high standards in every aspect. Very hospitable staff. Nice space room. Good atmosphere. Proximity to airport. It is dog friendly, and that was our primary need. An absolute gem, would recommend for any travel/stays in the area not just for proximity to the airport. Convenient location. Very comfortable. Friendly reception staff and great breakfast. All was fine. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was lovely and there was plenty of choice. Very good stay. The hotel has very close to major roads and it is easy to get to Hull, Grimsby or any coastal towns. A prefect hotel for sightseeing in the region as there are no traffic jams there. Car park £10 per night. Restaurant wasn't open for the evening. Not enough toilet paper placed in room. Parking costs, although not operated by the hotel, you would expect some discount. The room had maintenance issues, no housekeeping service for three nights, and breakfast quality was subpar. Promised refunds were not honored, and communication was lacking. Parking charged 20 pounds because I made a mistake with parking machine. Staff said nothing to do with them. As they did not own the car park. Won’t be returning. Rooms were not cleaned on 2 occasions of my 5 night stay. Size of breakfast for the money was abysmal. Short staffed, no one would answer the phone, had to go to the lobby and I waited 40 minutes for someone to get me a bath towel as there was not one in the room. There was no food available only panini or pizza as the restaurant is only open Monday to Thursday which we were not told. Breakfast was average with a bit of a waiting time for cooked foods. Lack of food & drinks in the evening. Aircon didn't work, not that we needed cooling in December, but we didn't need warming constantly. Restaurants only open mid week. The weekends are the busiest times, why the hell aren't the Restaurants open then? Also very expensive for the area and the standards experience. Wake up call didn't work (the phone didn't ring). Fortunately it was not an issue. Our trip was early so breakfast could not be ready. BUT what they had out was totally adequate. Expensive car parking. Draft lager options are awful. Tennents lager needs to be brought back. Wine prices are far too high. Parking charge which they didn’t inform us about. Staff were slow, unaware of our requirements and we had a few incidents. Had Flickering green light in the ceiling near the door on my last night, which was very off putting when trying to go to sleep, did repot on departure. Very basic for the money and very expensive for snacks etc also very basic breakfast too, checking in and out was messy and took ages, it seemed to be top priced for basic accommodation. My recent stay at Hampton by Hilton Humberside Airport was extremely disappointing.

Several guests mentioned that the views from the rooms were spectacular. Opting for a room with a balcony facing the fountain comes highly recommended.
