Pros: I got an aisle seat right near the bulkhead with so much leg room. There were so many free amenities. It was the biggest plane I'd ever seen - very well kept and clean. Crew was nice and quick with service.

Cons: No luggage and you had 4 hours! And 20 min late. Not good

Cons: Bathrooms not updated and comparable to some other airlines. Crew can be a bit more interactive and friendly.

Cons: The flight was delayed for 1 hour and we were sitting inside the airbus with no air condition due to technical difficulties on 35 degrees sweating like pigs. No water or snack was offered even though the delay was so big.

Cons: The jack for the TV was broken! For seat 4H during my flight from Helsinki to Tokyo. I paid a business class ticket but had No audio for the television! This should be fixed immediately and I think I should receive something for the inconvenience and in return for the high price ticket I purchased!

Pros: Loved the wine hour, location, access to bikes and lovely breakfast buffet! Service was super friendly, too.

Cons: I hate paying for water but I seem to do this all over town.

Cons: It makes little sense to be on a priority boarding, when you are checked-in, documents checked and …… then wait for 20 or so minutes standing on your feet waiting for actual boarding to begin

Pros: One very nice crew member and one who refused to fill my very small bottle with water since I did not want to use plastic for ethical reasons. If I wanted water I was forced to go against my principles.

Pros: Great crew. My first time in Premium Economy & it was fantastic. I was actually able to sleep on an overnight flight.

Cons: No pre-boarding pass available!!! Not online or kiosk at airport. This was unacceptable because there was no advance warning or info online about this when I checked in. Long line at desk plus TSA afterwards. This would be my only negative, my only deterrent to flying you again. I fly 3 times a year from states to London.

Cons: There was a baggage strike in Copenhagen. We sat on the tarmac for about an hour awaiting a gate opening. The flight to Chicago took off an hour late and we missed our connecting flight into Columbus. And our bags never arrived in Chicago.

Pros: We got to Chicago at least 45 minutes before the expected landing time. The dinner was pretty good and the crew came around many times offering drinks. The ground crew did a good job of evaluating luggage and tagging people’s bags before the overhead bins got too full so it didn’t delay our flight.

Pros: Without asking, the crew arranged to have my partner and I sit next to each other. That was such a pleasant touch of service for our trip. Also, the connection was perfectly timed at Chicago flying to Bozeman.

Cons: The seats are narrow, could be wider (please see Cathay Pacific layout - they are the best in the One World Alliance). The amount of storage space at the seat level was limited. Limited lighting available when one wants lights for personal use. Lastly, the person sitting in the window seat has to "step over" the aisle person (is he/she is sleeping) - not a good design.

Pros: Although there were delays they kept us informed on a regular basis as to what to expect and seemed genuinely apologetic for any inconveniences. Boarding and deplaning were smooth and efficient. I really appreciated that there was no charge for checking a bag. I am certain that contributes to the ease of everyone getting on and off the plane. Our bags arrived at baggage claim about the same time we got there. I would definitely fly with Virgin Atlantic again.

Cons: I queued at the Virgin Atlantic departure desk only to be told I had to walk to another terminal (the farthest one away) to queue for Delta Airlines. There was no mention of this on my e-ticket. Had I been elderly or unwell I would have been very upset. Delta is really the poor relation and does not even begin to compare to the journey I had to Boston on Virgin which was fantastic. Very disappointing but I was delighted to get to Heathrow safely.

Flight was supposed to depart at 10:25am and flight they put me on left 1:05 Pm and the connection was not even Finnair, but Icelandic air. The Kayak site did not alert about extra charge for confirmed seat before I had paid in full ticket.
