Sticker Shock!

I chose this hotel for location because it was near Disney parks and had a shuttle. I paid almost $200/night for a room for up to 4 guests and was given a rather small Spartan room with 2 twin beds with a half size pillow on each and no closets. We drove down in the morning, parked and went in to see if we could possibly check in early, so we wouldn’t have to leave the park and come back to the hotel at the 3pm check-in. We just wanted to do the paperwork and leave our bags with the bell capt. to be taken to our room when it was ready. They said no to the check-in, but that leaving the car in the parking area was fine. We went out, got on the shuttle, which didn’t take us to the park, but to the monorail station where we were charged $2.50 each, each way, then again when we returned to check-in to the hotel. Breakfast buffet $32, dinner buffet $42. Final insult was $57 for parking 11am to 7am the next morning. All costs are approximate.
