Most guests found the staff to be friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient for visiting Venice and accessing public transport. However, cleanliness was a major concern, with many reviews mentioning dirty rooms, old facilities, and maintenance issues. Some guests also noted good value for the price, especially for short stays, but others were disappointed by the overall condition of the hotel. Service and check-in experiences were generally positive, though a few guests reported issues with late or absent reception. Overall, the hotel is seen as a budget-friendly option with strong staff support but significant cleanliness and upkeep drawbacks.
