10.0 Excellent
Pros: We were made to feel very welcome by Ann and Mark who treated us like family. The location is beautiful, the house gorgeous, our room comfortable and exceptionally clean. The full English breakfast was incredible and we’ll hopefully be visiting again soon in the future.
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This was fabulous from beginning to end. Mark and Ann met us on arrival and were relaxed and welcoming. The house is beautiful and the bedroom well appointed and very clean. Breakfast was cooked perfectly, and the family dogs, cats, goat and horse were a plus for us. However they were not in the main house if animals aren't your bag. The location is excellent with immediate access to the Quantocks and Coleridge Way. It is just a 30 minute walk to the local outdoor tearooms, and Kilve fossil beach favoured by Wordsworth, who lived nearby. The local pub serves great food with interesting veggie options. Will definitely be returning to Pardlestone Farm.
Cons: Nothing
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Very welcoming very clean very comfortable. Great qualit
Cons: Nothing really. It isn’t that easy to find so maybe a more detailed description in terms of directions but that is a minor point that did not detract from the overall experience.

Pros: Gorgeous old inn, situate in an idyllic location. Excellent room with a great view, fabulous (enormous!) large double bed and an ensuite, well presented, beautifully clean bathroom. Staff were welcoming, pleasant and very obliging,; locals very friendly and the breakfast was great! Thoroughly recommended - would definitely stay there again.
Cons: Can't think of any negatives. Gold stars all the way from me!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Spacious room, very comfy bed, friendly staff and excellent food.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was excellent and they were so obliging and would put themselves out to please you. The menu at night, although not enormous was still varied and everything was cooked to order and it covered many types of food especially locally obtained meat and dairy products and could be changed if required for certain needs. The only thing to be wary of is the size of the portions!! These were enormous so be prepared to ask for a smaller plate!
Cons: The only thing which could have improved our stay was a mattress topper as the bed was a little elderly! But saying this the room and the facilities were excellent, in particular the walk-in shower as we had both had a stroke in the past couple of years and a shower over the bath is now very difficult

9.6 Excellent
Pros: This is a great Airport Hotel with better than average facilities. The check-in staff were efficient and personable and the room clean and well proportioned. The added Air Con and lovely view added to the overall experience.
Cons: The only cons were the poor buffet style breakfast and the lack of car parking meant that I had to park off-site, on an unsecured road, some way from the hotel. Given the inclement weather this was a problem.
7.0 Good
Pros: Helpfulness of staff particularly the courtesy bus drivers and receptionist.
Cons: Would have preferred better check in instructions as we were not made aware of the courtesy bus from the airport terminal to the hotel.
7.1 Good
Pros: some of the staff were excellent, clean room, reasonable breakfast
Cons: TV blaring out football in the eating area. When we asked if it could be turned down I was told by a surly member of staff that it was 'tradition' to have the football on loud when live matches were being aired even though only one persaon was watching it. i thought a better tradition would be to be 'thoughtful' of all guests?
6.7 Good
Pros: The location was good
Cons: The bed was way too soft and glad we didn’t have to pay separately for the breakfast as it was pretty poor in fairness
10.0 Excellent

3.3 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing
Cons: The bathroom was built into the eaves and as such my husband had to bend down to get into the shower and also had to bend sideways to stand up using the w/c.The state of the bathroom and its fixtures also was not pleasing.Access to the upstairs bedroom (once the door to the pub was locked)was via an outside fire escape that had safety railings missing and then over the flat roof of the actually pub, that creaked and groaned when you walked across it.You then had to unlock a fire door(that had a hole in its base) and navigate an awkward step. The price included a breakfast that we never got.We turned up for breakfast 1/2 hour earlier than we originally told a member of staff, the pub was all locked up with no sign of anyone.

Cons: Only slight problem was no covered smoking area as smokers we stood in the rain
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Staff were absolutely incredible!! So friendly and eager to help. We were immediately upgraded to a bigger room and put at the back of the hotel so we weren’t disturbed by the noise from the function room. Bed was really comfortable! Only issue was that carpet wasn’t hoovered but everything else was fantastically clean and tidy. Would definitely stay again!
Cons: Carpets could be cleaner.
6.0 Good
Pros: Lovely hotel, it’s decor is lovely the staff are friendly! Very good value for money! The bar area was nice, would recommend the hotel!

Pros: Great value for money, staff very friendly, close to sea and centre of town
Cons: Nothing!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Great position, exactly as promised.
Cons: Car parking is limited and quite steep.
5.8 Okay
Pros: The staff were pleasant and polite.
Cons: It was very run down. Stains all over blinds. Carpet very grubby. Light fitting was hanging with bare wiring exposed. Window cracked. Bottle top left on floor from previous guest. Bath damaged and scratched. Breakfast was awful.other people's discarded Food and glasses left in bar when we returned in the evening.
4.2 Okay
Pros: The hotel was in a reasonably central location.
Cons: On both nights of our stay it was almost impossible to sleep due to the noise. Despite contacting the hotel about this they failed to respond.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever stayed in. The staff that greeted us were brilliant and wet out of there way to help us with what ever we needed even when my bank card had issues ( it had been cancelled and a new one sent just as we were having breakfast) they were understanding and allowed us to go to the bank to get payment it's also close to my son's school which was perfect
Cons: A couple of little things like the heating being in and not being able to turn it off in the bathroom it getS a bit warm also on the breakfast menu it states it opens at 7am but actually it's at 8 this needs to be changed and you should be told you need to order breakfast the night before you want it. Although staff still went out of there way to accommodate us. There was one very rude member of staff during the night shift that put a bit of a damper on the stay a few hours before we were due to leave aswell. I was waiting for my daughter to be picked up for school and decided to have a cigarette it started chucking down with rain and my children had followed me outside so I was ushering them back in to sit in reception as no to get wet the receptionist came out showing us saying we were smoking in the hall and could we move I did try and tell her I was just telling my children to go inside and maybe there should be some type of shelter for people that smoke she told she had to go outside all night ( not really interested in what she had to do) she then proceeded to mutter under her breath whilst walk-in off how next time she will be harder on us Andi didn't quite catch the rest of her rant but called her up on it. Customer service is a must in her line of work and this receptionist seriously lacks it when asked by the day reception s they stated this may be because she had worked a night shift but I'm sorry day or night shift attitude when you work a customer service role is disgusting maybe she's in the wrong line of work. We had planned on making this a monthly thing staying at the hotel just having a break this staff member made me think twice about this.
7.0 Good
Pros: It is a case of you get what you pay for here. There was only a small double room available and yes, it was small so one side of the bed (and subsequently me also) was wedged against the wall, but it was clean and had everything we needed. Some of the fittings need attention and it needs modernising, but a nice base for a night in Barry.
Cons: Loose fittings such as the radiator panel, squeaky taps, old furnishings definitely need TLC.

4.0 Okay
Pros: Car park was good and the beds where comfy and had clean bedding and towels. Nice Staff!
Cons: Clean the hotel, everything was sticky, especially the Bannister's , breakfast table door handles and light switches, The remote for the TV had some sort of dried fluid on it. The shower had mold in it and the toilet seat was wobbly. No WiFI in rooms.

7.1 Good
Pros: Value for money
Cons: Location
6.0 Good
Pros: Great value for the cost, very standard but suitable for a night. Lovely idea about free continental breakfast in the morning. Staff polite and helpful, could do with a separate drinking area for hotel side rather than in the bar with the locals. Other than value for money.
Cons: Drinking with the locals bit rowdy, needed a separate area for hotel guests.
7.9 Good
Pros: Car Park on site. Property suitable for overnight stay but not for anything longer. With a little bit of effort and producing a full Menu could be a better hotel.
Cons: Breakfast: Poor selection of cereals etc., bread not very fresh. NO HOT WATER in bathroom.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Spacious room & friendly staff. Reasonably priced drinks in the bar, served with a smile, seasoned with a local pub atmosphere. The beds were comfy, and the bathroom clean with a perfectly piping hot shower. Excellent value for money. Half the price of a Travelodge with quadruple the quality.

Cons: would be handy to have a desk for writing in room
7.5 Good
Pros: We didn't order breakfast, it was cheaper to eat in the little café across the road (little advert for them) the staff seemed hard working and everywhere was very clean and there were no bad odours.
Cons: There was mould around the window seals. I am disabled so climbing the stairs was a problem for me (I didn't think to ask where the room was so, my bad) The lady who checked us in did offer to carry my luggage but hubby managed. The bulb in the bedside light was a too high, wattage a bit startling at 2am!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: They were friendly and helpful there was plenty to do and eat within a few minutes walk. A beautiful place to stay.
Cons: There is a step stair case to the rooms but they did help us.
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: We did not have breakfast! Location was ok
Cons: The fact that we had to use the fire escape (which was wet) to exit in the morning! We are both in our 80's !!!!!!!!
