Super hotel and nice (just renovated) room. You can also taste their wines against a very fair price. Close to the Mosel so ideal for bikers.

The bed was extremely comfortable as were the pillows, and I am quite picky about beds. The room had a lot of conveniently placed outlets, which is always nice. The hotel was quiet, in a lovely location to bike along the Mosel and the vineyards, and the staff was friendly and very helpful. We were greeted by the owner with a welcome drink, and he also made a suggestion for dinner and made the reservation for us. This was one of the best hotels we have stayed in.

Great breakfast
The central heating went off at 10pm and only came back on at 5am, and then for a short period. We did ask the reception about it in the evening but they said there was nothing to be done. Not good when its early December and 0c outside (and colder)
