Pros: I am always skeptical about some of these sites but the rooms were just as described! We had a noise issue, however I called room service they quickly took care of the problem! The staff was nice. We are definitely staying again. Thank you comfort suites!
9.1 Excellent
Pros: Desk clerks were friendly.
Cons: Only one elevator was working so it was a bit of a wait. Nothing drastic though.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was spacious and clean. The continental breakfast is terrific. The bed was comfortable and they even had two types of pillows to choose from-firm or fluffy.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: From the online reservation to checkout, everything was smooth and easy. The night desk attendant was friendly and helpful when we arrived and got us checked in quickly. Once we made it to our room we were pleased -- it was a nice size and clean. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Also, a full breakfast was served from 7-10AM, which allowed us enough time to sleep in but still go sit down and eat a good meal. I will definitely choose Comfort Inn & Suites for my next hotel stay!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I loved the room. I liked the service. I was very happy. I did not have any issues. The staff was great. I did not have an issue at all. This was a great value. This hotel was exactly what I needed.
Cons: There was nothing I did not like.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was in a perfect location to restaurants, shopping, etc....
4.2 Okay
Pros: Bed was comfortable
Cons: We showed up to find the police and three cars broken into on the property. When I went in to check in, I asked the guy at the counter about it. He response was "we're not responsible if something happens to your car". We requested a crib be in our room a week before checking in and of course, it wasn't in the room when we showed up. It took them two hours to bring it up to our room, and when my husband and I tried to say it up, we found out it was broken and the sides didn't lock. Not to mention it was dirty and stained!
5.1 Okay
Pros: Room appeared nice. Sofa bed was broken and wife fell through. The wire spring was broken at the foot of the bed. My 17 year old daughter slept in our bed because the sofa bed was so uncomfortable. I had to get on the elevator to get ice because the machine on our floor was out of service. Breakfast was at best "ok". Parking lot was full from convention and they told me to park in neighboring business parking lot. Really! Not them but me! Really!

Pros: The location is great for Arlington business. The shuttle service is great and accommodating. I would keep that service.
Cons: I waited probably about 20 mins for a parfait yogurt in the restaurant for breakfast. Also, I would provide the coupon for a complimentary breakfast upon check-in. Not in the envelop found under the room door on check-out day. I assumed that was the bill and paid for breakfast at my own expense, not knowing the envelop contained a coupon for free breakfast.

Cons: -We booked a King bed only to be told that the fine print says that it is subject to availability -The beds were very uncomfortable double beds. They sunk-in towards the middle and felt very worn. -The next door shower from the adjoining room was super loud early in the morning and woke us up -Our bathroom has a huge roach in it. I had to call the front desk twice to get them to do anything about it. Then, a supposed Manager came into the room with a towel and grabbed the pest only to say to us "Every guest has to pay its dues". There was no cleaning, no apologies and no restitution. Avoid this place.

Pros: Clean, quiet place. Modern looking. I only stayed for one night for a Cowboys game but I have no complaints. Right next to a few restaurants, including an In n Out Burger just down the road. Not too close to the AT&T Stadium and I don't think they offer a shuttle but the drive isn't bad and probably wouldn't be too expensive for a cab or Uber. Would definitely stay there again.
Cons: They had a little bistro downstairs that I didn't try out, but I don't think they offered a complimentary breakfast like some places.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff and nice amenities

9.1 Excellent
Pros: Clean room. Updated. Nice kitchenette.
Cons: We were very frustrated when we checked in as it was after the stated check in time so we assumed our rooms would be ready...we were a group of 7 with two reserved rooms and we left at 5 in the morning, driving all day so we could get there with enough time for all of us to shower and get ready for the Rangers game. Upon arrival we were informed the rooms were not ready and we had to wait over a half hour....not what we needed after sitting and traveling/driving for over 10 hours...

Cons: The pictures are on where close to being the sames!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It is a good deal if you can get a room for 50.00 Ipaid 85.00 per night not worth that at all! Old hotel
5.7 Okay
Pros: The Hotel had a good location, very close to stadiums and six flags. The staff was very friendly and welcoming
Cons: Old, dirty, and nowhere I would take my family. OK if you are traveling alone and are looking to save money, otherwise spend a few more dollars and go to a nicer place.
8.5 Excellent
Pros: The staff were excellent, friendly, and very courteous. They were willing to work with me. Shuttle service to/from airport is awesome considering the cost of a taxi ride.
Cons: The continental breakfast was very limited in variety, but most noticable were outdated and worn items throughout the hotel. You walk in and get the feeling your at a 4 star hotel, but the walk to the rooms, the elevator ride, and the room said 2 star. I would have no qualms staying there again as long as the price reflected these items.
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: NOTHING!
Cons: The atmosphere was nothing less than ghetto and gangs! I brought my 7 year old so we could spend a couple days of fun here for spring break. While in the pool a nasty, deadly fight broke out and we were trapped. So many cops came. It was a HORRIBLE experience all the way around! The TV, AC, FRIDGE, AND LAMPS DID NOT WORK. The manager was rude and didn't care about accommodating our needs. When gun shots were fired the telephone stopped working And thE fire alarmS went off for more than a few hours. Even the employees left the hotel because they felt UNSAFE!!!! And here we were STUCK!!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!! MY SON IS TRMATIZED AND QUITE FRANKLY SO AM I!!!!
5.4 Okay
Pros: The hotel had great rates available. It even had a heated pool in their lobby which was nice. The AC worked great- showers were hot.
Cons: Overall my two biggest complaints were one: since I was traveling alone- it was great for the price. I doubt my family would have been as comfortable here. It was an older hotel that at some point was the definition of luxury, but no one kept up with the hotel. My second complain was my last night staying with them a neighbor had a screaming baby all night long- after many complaints to the front desk- they did nothing to fix the problem. It was definitely a bad last impression of a decent place to stay.
5.7 Okay
Pros: It was ok place to stay. We came back the second evening and the key didn't work, had to switch to a different room. The first room had the view of the pool which was nice and the second had a view of the ac unit and a wood fence. The hotel is showing its age, bathroom light was not working properly and the tub showed signs of cracking as well did the counter around the sink.
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: There was nothing good about our stay.
Cons: From the moment we walked into the hotel it smelled of stale cigarettes and there was dust everywhere. Granted they were under construction (which they failed to mention to us), the place was a mess and hasn't been updated since 1950. The woman at the front desk was incredibly rude, short and unfriendly. We got to our room and could hear hammers and drills through both walls. You could feel the springs in the bed and the whole room again smelled of smoke (it was a non smoking room). Finally, the "continental breakfast" consisted of a few individually wrapped muffins and some open pitchers of juice.

7.3 Good
Pros: Hotel room was clean with plenty of room. The restaurant staff were friendly.
Cons: Not responsive to requests. Had to repeatedly ask for additional towels. Only provided decaf coffee in room.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location, staff, facilities, and beds were amazing. The staff during check in and out were both so friendly and helpful. We had trouble with the tv remote and purchasing a movie and the lady that hel D at check out went above and beyond what one would expect to rectify the situation.
Cons: Had a small problem with the tv remote. It didn't work properly. But it could have been me.

Cons: The room was small. Too small.
4.8 Okay
Pros: The service was very helpful
Cons: Bathroom door was broke and the microwave didn't work and our key cards didn't work as well
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing except the name.
Cons: Roach in the shower light fixture. Hot sweaty and not clean. The manager could care less.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I liked the great staff and their friendliness, I liked the room's cleanliness, and I really loved the showers. Standing showers on a budget! Also great location and the view of Six Flags lit up at night is gorgeous.
Cons: The sounds of Six Flags gets old and the Wi-Fi is a little slow for GF streaming but that's not a huge deal. Could have used thicker towels and the breakfast area was a little small. These are minor issues, though, and didn't affect the quality of the stay.

Pros: Nothing.
Cons: The hotel lobby, elevator and hallways smelled of death. The room smelled of death with a mix of smoke. The bathroom door wouldn't lock. The light over the sink was so dim you couldn't see yourself in the mirror so we used it as a night light. The pillow cases were all mixed matched. The entire experience was bizarre. Even the stains gave me the creeps, as if someone really had died in my room. Never again will I return.

Cons: Needs remodeling
2.0 Mediocre
Cons: Dirty room, hallway smelly, bathroom old and small, breakfast hits 9:00 am and they literally pick up everything and take them inside, even with a room full of people without any advise and start shutting off the lights so you have no more option than leave.
3.7 Mediocre
Pros: The best part was we were able to walk to the park
Cons: There was a dirty washcloth hanging from the shower curtain rod and a towel with blood on it on the floor by the bathtub when we checked in...also, the rate I was promised on kayak was not the price I was charged (and no, it was not a taxes issue)....
