Cons:They canceled my 8 nights reservation in the 5th night just because I left my room keys in the hotel room and took my backpack with me. They canceled my reservation without asking me. Then, when I called to ask why my room is locked, the lady was super rude to me and said that it is "your fault for leaving the keys with no belongings in the room" and that "they do not have any other available rooms to stay in". I would not recommend
