Pros: Wedding we attended was beautiful, had a blast!!!
Cons: Charged us for the room incorrectly since we were part of the wedding. We paid half down when we booked the room and now we are being charged again for the whole stay when we already paid half. Receptionist at the desk was very rude when we tried asking about the pricing. Place is not that nice to treat guests the way we were treated.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are comfortable and spacious. The staff was also very friendly.
Cons: The restaurant was had very slow service. We waited almost an hour to be served breakfast, and dinner was even slower. The food was also flavorless and just okay overall. I expect more when I pay $50 for an entree. The only other comment I have is that I asked for additional coffee and creamer for my room. It took them 2&1/2 hours to bring it up.
6.0 Good
Pros: Great place.
Cons: Under staff. House keeping mistakes. Room not refreshed. Slow front desk , but willing. Slow service at pool, but willing. Renting from the marina, best operation. The hotel staff out performed the management. Great place! Needs a secret shopper.
6.0 Good
Pros: Great location and overall look and feel. Room Service breakfast was outstanding. The finishes are great.
Cons: The bed was supposed to be a king and it was 2 twins pushed together. No One wants to sleep in the "crack". The indoor pool was so cloudy that we were afraid to get in it.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendliness of staff, helpful, very comfortable room, good restaurant
Cons: the weather
8.2 Excellent
Pros: We attended our sons wedding weekend at lodge along with 130 others. Wedding was superb. Setting, food, staff were all fantastic. Studio room we stayed in, my husband, my self, daughter, son in law, and grandson, was spacious, clean, and overall very comfortable. Was great to have small fridge and kitchen area.
Cons: Front desk staff and housekeeping seemed to be overwhelmed. Our room was not ready upon 4 pm check in, which cased a certain amount of stress as we were scheduled to attend a wedding rehearsal at 5 and needed access to room to get ready. And, although I had booked a rollaway cot months in advance, and had verified upon check in, it was 11:30 pm before we received, and then only when I become a fixture at the front desk.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Loved the in room fire place

Pros: Breakfast was adequate, space was fine. coffee and tea and water available all day
Cons: walls are thin but guests respect the 10 pm quiet time
10.0 Excellent
Pros: on the mountain, ski in, but took the shuttle to the slopes. Good breakfast. Big closet, nice ktn area. Enough room for 2 people.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: True ski-in....only had to walk across the parking to ski out. They had a ski room and boot room for you to store your stuff. Beds were supper comfy. Great big fire place and room to sit and visit. The popcorn and cookies with hot chocolate after a long day of fabulous skiing were a nice treat. Breakfast was simple but good. For being an old hotel it was clean and gave you a "come on in and relax" feeling.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Great location and atmosphere, we really like staying there.
Cons: A little dated, could use some upgrading.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The ambience and the flowers and the fireplace were all beautiful. The location was great for the Danny on trail.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great place to stay! Great food in restaurant.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was good. The building was beautiful and felt like being in a quality lodge. The staff was nice and helpful. The rooms were large, comfortable and quiet. It was convenient to have dining and a little bar in the building. The location was perfect for us since we were skiing at Whitefish so we could easily get to the slopes and village and ski to the hotel Kandahar. We unfortunately used the first aid station in the basement when one of our group separated his shoulder while skiing but even that was convenient. This was a great value selection and place for us to stay, relax, and enjoy our time.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Conti breakfast was OK. Nothing special. Walk across the parking lot and hit the Home Again run/trail to access lift and use the run off Chair 3 (verify at front desk) to ski back to the lodge at the end of day (or for lunch break).
Cons: MINOR gripe: Not a fan of leaving my boots and skis in their dedicated ski/boot room, so we kept boots in the room. Just too many temptations for others...or grabbing someone else's stuff by mistake.
5.1 Okay
Cons: AC is extremely noisy through the night.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Charming property with large, well appointed rooms. Very clean and comfortable. Superb breakfast with plenty of options including fresh fruits, yogurts, cheese, meats, pastries and breads/waffles, hot/cold cereals, drinks. Convenient location to the ski lodge. We have stayed here in the summer and winter and enjoyed the outdoor activities. Various options for dinner and drinks. Afternoon coffee/tea/cocoa/cider with cookies after a full day of skiing. The lodge also has a boot room to store ski equipment for overnight drying. The staff are very helpful and accommodating in every respect. We look forward to returning again.
Cons: No elevators, but only a small inconvenience while transporting luggage. Of course, the staff is always willing to help.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was ok. We were only there for one night, but it would be a lot of fun to stay for a few days. The summer activities at the resort are a lot of fun. We spent the whole day doing them.
6.3 Good
Pros: Pretty cozy, lots of stairs.
Cons: Unhappy with the dirty /blood stained sheets. They got changed at 10:45 pm on our first night by the front staff who gave no apology but rather complained about the cleaning staff instead of just taking responsibility. No discount or anything was offered. Won’t be returning to this place.

Pros: Nice lobby. Liked multiple fireplaces. Swimming area (inside/outside options) was nice. Very nice setting - on the golf course with great mountain views also. Staff was very good - courteous, attentive, down to earth.
Cons: Our shower barely drained, sink was not much better. I finally mentioned it to cleaning staff and maintenance did take care of it right away. Stains on room chair seat covers - not a good look. General wear and tear was noticeable, inside and out.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were friendly and efficient. Check in was quick. I was somewhat cautious about staying at this hotel. We stayed here years ago. The hotel has been refurbished and this stay was much better. I would not hesitate to stay here again.
Cons: No kleenex dispenser in the bathroom.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Great food in restaurant

2.0 Mediocre
Pros: Good location. Nice from the outside. Dated room, but clean.
Cons: Walls are paper thin. Shower didn't drain. Drunks running thru the halls after midnight. The room next door or above, it was so loud we couldn't tell, had a wrestling match going on. At one point our bed moved with all the activity going on next door.

9.0 Excellent
Pros: Beds really comfortable, staff very friendly
Cons: It's not just the pine lodge but I find it a shame that many hotels use plastic forks, knifes, spoons and cups for breakfast. A real waste of plastic..
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was VERY accommodating and kind to our large group. They had an excellent selection for breakfast every morning and even rented out snow shoes to the non skiers for free!
4.0 Okay
Pros: The breakfast was fine . Lots to choose from we just grabbed some yogury, & a couple oranges the yogurt was good but the oranges were old and dried out.
Cons: There was a strong odor in the hallway - like septic or something & when I climbed into bed after a long day the bedding was damp?? I was already in my pj's and so was my daughter so I just climbed in with her. There was a lot of partying going on in the hotel that night till 2:30 a.m. above us which we just suffered thru as we now know not to stay there during the high ski season.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was friendly. The pool and hot tub are great. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast provided a nice variety and was easy to grab and go or sit to enjoy. Appreciated coffee and water available throughout the day and complimentary snacks at the front desk. They also have a ski/bike room to accommodate visitors travelling with sports equipment.

Cons: N/A.
10.0 Excellent

Cons: Everything was good, even the complimentary breakfast.

Cons: Front desk staff dumb as stump need to use online booking only
9.4 Excellent
Pros: I had a wonderful river view room. Comfortable bed and sitting area. All of the staff were super friendly, they helped me with an early check in due to my flight being in at 200 pm. Wonderful game room in the basement with free pool and shuffleboard, amough a bunch of board games and comfortable chairs. They offer free shuttles into downtown, although not nessasary as it is easily walkable. Also, Safeway in a 5 minute walk as well.
Cons: The breakfast was very lacking. Only cold cereal and bread products. The quality of the TV resolution in the room was no very good.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were amazing! Jamie (who serves breakfast) was particularly outstanding. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. The staff was friendly and the location was a short 1-2 min drive to town.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic location, great staff, loved the shuttle to ski hill and was very clean. They made a great start in the room with the shampoo and body wash in bigger bottles, but more needs to be done by all hotels.
Cons: My main issue is with the amount of single use plastic at breakfast and in the rooms. They had real cups during the day but took them away at breakfast. Also the pillows where really uncomfortable. But other than that loved the stay.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very comfortable bed and linens, ski room with boot dryer/warmers, cozy lobby fireplace, good breakfast, helpful and friendly front desk and many extra touches to add to your stay

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location right across the street from the first snow bus pickup. Good breakfast, and good free chili for lunch from 1 to 5. Hot tub and a rudimentary fitness room. Great value for money, will definitely stay again.
Cons: Fitness room could use some machine maintenance and cleaning. Still served its purpose though.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Comfortable rooms, friendly staff, free breakfast, snacks etc. Large outdoor hot tub
Cons: Room was a little noisy, we were able to hear people in the next room, and people coming back to their rooms at 3am etc.
7.0 Good
Pros: Outdoor hottub, friendly staff, free chili in the afternoons and a great complimentary breakfast
Cons: For the second year in a row random amounts of money have been taken out of my account at check in, even though I already paid the full price. Both times the staff has said they don’t know why I was charged the specific amount of money. Kind of frustrating. We asked to go to the train station at 6:40am, one hour prior to our departure. We were told they would only take us at 7am and that’s always how they do it and there is never any problems. Our shuttle driver was late, therefore we were late and were too late to check our baggage which caused quite the catastrophe. Also super frustrating.
4.0 Okay
Pros: Very nice
Cons: Biggest tv, but the cable was out, so I had no tv. No compensation.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean and nicely decorated. Extra perks like fresh baked cookies in the PM and chili from 1-5pm.
Cons: The shuttle could’ve run longer. We didn’t have a ride after our flight around midnight and didn’t have a ride back to the airport at 5am.

Pros: Clean and comfortable
Cons: Not the hotel's fault but late night drunk people being loud in the hallway.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: This new facility is immaculate, quiet, and well equipped for a longer stay. Kitchenette is well designed. The included breakfast is generous and dining facilities are comfortable. Staff is very friendly and accommodating.
Cons: The walk in closet was very cold because it was along an outside wall. I dislike having to pay for a secure wifi connection, and the secure connection required using a cable that would not work without an adapter with my MacBook.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Great amenities and layout for the money, and very comfortable bedding.
Cons: There should be better sound insulation between rooms for this level of hotel. Someone on my floor was also smoking.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This place far exceeded my expectations. We usually sat down the road closer to Whitefish, where we can stroll downtown at night, but it was booked up. The customer service was amazing, The place was spotless, entertainment was great (Netlix and able to stream your own videos from your laptop to the TV) and being a suite, we got a full kitchen without an added price.
Cons: Location, location, location. Not good if you want to walk downtown Whitefish, where you can walk back to the hotel after a few drinks. Also, we left the curtains open so the morning sun would wake us up, but the 6000 watt flood lights for the patio shone in our window, so had to close them. Perhaps a light shield on the lights outside could keep the light from shining in the windows at night.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Super clean, liked the kitchenette and the more modern style. Nice pool & hot tub.
Cons: The coffee wasn't the best.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I loved everything about the stay! Room was comfortable, clean, and spacious. Staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious. Price was reasonable. And location was perfect. The billing system did attempt to overcharge for my dogs, but the men at the front desk were able to correct it right away once I addressed it. I would definitely stay there again upon return to Whitefish!
9.0 Excellent
Pros: I traveled with my 2 dogs, and we were given a room on the first floor next to an exterior door, which was very convenient Breakfast was excellent, and all common areas very clean and pleasant.
Cons: People upstairs were a little noisy!

Pros: The complimentary breakfast was decent
Cons: Staff needs customer service training, floors throughout hotel Dirty, halls were smelly, broken glass on ground next to the Dirty hot tubs ....

Pros: The hotel is a little difficult to locate due to the small sign on the bottom of the sign post. The receptionist and staff were very pleasant and extremely helpfull. The room was a good size and very accessible with an interior and exterior door. Parking was fine as we parked outside the external door. The issue that we found was that the Heater/AC unit was Extremely Noisy. It worked well and kept the room very comfortable but more then too much white noise did not make for a comfortable night without earplugs.
Cons: Needs a quieter AC/Heater unit

Pros: Outside door with parking immediately outside was convenient. Room and bathroom was clean. Hairdryer was available and in good order.

Cons: The soap and shampoo supplied in the rooms were basically big Costco shampoo bottles. I'd prefer tamper proof shampoo and soap or one time use products.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff, location and pool were great just what the doctor ordered. Would stay there again and recommend it to others

9.7 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly staff, rooms are spacious. Was very clean, nice and shower was great.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was spotless and there was an actual recliner to use and an actual size refrigerator. The bed sheets were so cute and the bed was comfy. The lady at the front desk, I’m guessing the owner, was the sweetest lady ever. She told us about trails and places to eat as we arrived and she keeps her cute doggy with her as well :)
Cons: The only thing that was unfortunate about this stay was upon walking into our room, we saw a flea and bed bug boomer. Maybe it’s just done for precaution because the room was immaculate but kind of scary.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Room was clean and quiet. Great parking. Amazing staff. Restaurants within walking distance.
Cons: No bathtub. I was looking forward to a long soak. But the shower did have great pressure.
9.0 Excellent

Cons: Almost too far to walk, but knew that ahead of time. $10 for a Lyft. Price is right she very clean

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The price was just what I needed for the trip. The hotel was quaint and clean. It was basic but comfortable. Close to Glacier and downtown Whitefish. I would stay again.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The rooms are newly remodeled and very comfortable. The bed is super comfy and sheets with a high thread count. The shower had great water pressure and a really nice new shower head. There was a sharper and a conditioner provided which doesn’t always happen. The owners were super lovey as well. When I was gassing up right down there street I ran into a woman in a van that needed a jump as her battery had died. I stupidly didn’t have any cables on me. I ran to the hotel and asked the owners if they had any. They were really lovely and went out of their way to find some cables and I was able to help the lady in the van with a jump. Really a classy move by the owners.
Cons: It’s a mile from town. But it states that very clearly. I really had no complaints against this place.
6.0 Good
Pros: Very inexpensive in a summer resort area. We checked it out ahead of time and signed on. My husband has balance problems and I think we will need to request a handicapped room next time.
Cons: We thought the name Cheap Sleep Motel was not good. We could tell by the price it would not be 3 or 4 stars. After we checked the place out we thought we would be fine. (And we were except we were afraid to use the shower with no grab bars.)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The friendliness of the staff was unparalleled. They were so friendly, so accommodating, and so wonderful with our kids. Unbelievable value for the money.

Cons: 1st morning, The breakfast was poor. Advertised for waffles & strawberries, served terrible French toast instead. Sausage links likewise. 2nd morning scrambled eggs and ham. Difficult time finding the ham mixed in the eggs. The orange juice was good. Considering the room price, including taxes $133+ the food was not as good as most hotels that have similar type of breakfast.

7.0 Good
Pros: Friendly and clean
5.4 Okay
Pros: The housekeeping staff, by far, made our visit the most appreciative. Beds were comfortable.
Cons: The tee shirts they sell proudly displayed on the wall behind the front desk "I got humped, at Stumptown Inn"...not a family friendly tee shirt to see upon check in. Front desk staff could provide information about the hotel: wi-fi, complimentary breakfast (although just bread & pastries) and things to do while in Whitefish (where to eat, etc). The noise level from the guest above or beside you, was 'personal', meaning you could hear more than you wanted to hear. The cost of the room whould have been $50 LESS than what we paid, to equalize the hotel shabby & run down appearance & needed interior updates. Over priced.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great views and location. Perfect for a short or long stay. Fantastically friendly staff!
Cons: Loved all of it.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Just needed an affordable, clean place to crash and this was it! Beds were comfy.
Cons: Walls were thin so we could hear everything the people next to us were saying/doing.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Very affordable. The snow bus to Whitefish Mountain is right outside. Helpful desk staff. Coffee in lobby.
Cons: Just a tad far from restaurants. But hence, the low price.
4.2 Okay
Pros: one of the front counter people was energetic. the roof didn't leak the window on the third floor opened they let my dog stay
Cons: other counter people seems annoyed didn't feel clean was bitten by something in the bed when we got there, no one was at the front counter for over 10 minutes. another guest was bringing his in-room coffee pot down because it had mold toilet ran all night, tub faucet dripped, sink leaked
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very nice and welcoming staff. Great on comfort and top notch clean
Cons: Absolutely nothing
7.4 Good
Pros: Good value, clean facility. Relatively good location for the main strip and easy entry / exit
Cons: Very dated decor. Straight out of the late 70's made it feel old/worn.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean and comfortable
Cons: Not the hotel's fault but late night drunk people being loud in the hallway.
7.0 Good
Pros: Good continental breakfast
Cons: Very noisy with thin walls and floors (not anyone being loud on purpose, just an old building)

Cons: It was a bit noisy in the evening but after calling the front desk it did quiet down some.
10.0 Excellent

Cons: Everything was good, even the complimentary breakfast.
8.2 Excellent
Pros: Pool breakfast, nice beds
