The location of the hotel was ideal for our purpose of Lake House Hunting. I've been traveling Conus and OConus for the last 20+ yrs and I would have to say this was the worst Hampton that I've stayed in. My room was on the second floor and the water pressure was terrible, the WiFi was terrible. Even though the hotel is "smoke free" when you get off the elevator thats all you smell is cigarette smoke. It seems that they might want to invest in a company to come out and get rid of that smell if they are smoke free. The AC took almost an hour to cool the room down. Again worst Hampton Inn that I have ever stayed in.
I was in town escaping Hurricane Matthew and had to find a hotel last minute due to overcrowding of the homes of family and friends in the area. Was very pleased to find the staff extremely helpful and kind. My refrigerator was froze up and I had a temporary one brought to the room in minutes. The staff absolutely exceeded my expectations.
Comfortable beds, peaceful Nasty hand pri to on the ceiling in our room, no rugs in bathroom, son fell out of bathroom and got hurt do to floors to slick
noisy and dirty. I didn't even take a shower because the bathroom was unclean. Flea bag hotels are cleaner. Overpriced for value received.
It is negligent on your part NOT to disclose online the fact that you are undergoing renovations at this time. Was not aware until I walked through the doors that the entire front lobby is ripped up and covered in plastic. The overpowering fumes from the paint or whatever it is that's being worked on was suffocating. Seriously, by the time I made my way to my room on the 2nd floor I already began having a headache and when I walked inside it was only to find the same smell there ss well. Disclosure is critical and in my opinion, I think it was negligent and unprofessional on Fairfield Inn's part to not let customers know what they were in for. I There were several main hotels in that vicinity I could have chosen but I booked here because of my favorable experiences in the past. I had been traveling all day and needed a comfortable place to stay to get a good night's sleep before continuing on the next day. Instead I was blindsided by the conditions, had a horrible headache the entire stay because of the strong fumes. Extremely disappointing. Can't imagine that anyone would sensitivities could possibly stay in that environment the entire night. This, coming from a woman who loves the strong smells of gasoline, nail polish and such.
The staff was very very nice. But a horrible room that was supposed to be accesable but there was a full shower and no way to fit a wheelchair through the bathroom door The room was fiflthy. Bugs dirt dust. There was paper twoel shoved in the peep holes. It was horrible. The bathroom had hair all over the sink and the floor was so fiflthy I fell and cut my toe and injured my knee. My room was supposed to handicapped...
Location, near shopping and access roadways. Room needed terminal cleaning. Bed was coming off the platform, I did not use that bed, no problem since I used the other queensize bed.
The Hotel Manager was very pleasant and personable. The room was clean and the staff replaced towels and made beds without incident. The complementary breakfast was good also.
The staff is very helpful and friendly. The breakfast area is nice, fairly good options to choose from. Decent place to stay at - it's close to a lot in Greenwood and surrounding areas.
N/A The room was full of roaches and we checked out way before checkout time. I demanded a refund, I will definitely not being staying here again.
The hotel is located right near plenty of places to eat and get gas. It's definitely a good hotel for those traveling and needing a place to rest. The hotel room was your basic room with a microwave and fridge. Overall it's a nice place for a great price.
Staff was very accommodating and friendly. The free breakfast had a large seating area and offered surprisingly good food for a free breakfast offer.
It was in a convenient area Kinda dirty bed were wore out breakfast was the worst I've seen and I live on the rd so be prepared to get you own shouldn't even have it was a joke

Location, price, refrigerator, hair dryer. Very lit up at night. Baseboard pulling way from wall in bathroom. Slight mold in places in bathroom.
Bed was comfortable, shower was hot. Hotel is old and rundown. Carpet was dirty, walls And baseboards were dirty. Our room was next to the Laundry room and at 7am, I was up for good. The breakfast barn needed attention, and the food had been well picked over by 9am. Really Disappointed.
The pool was really nice. The staff was very attentive to our needs. It is on the main strip of Greenwood so it is close to everything. The sheets and outer cover were older. We had a few cuts in the sheets and both outer covers were stained and old. The hotel is older but they are remodeling.
