Cons: There could be better sound-proofing between the rooms in the annex but it wasn't a serious problem.
Pros: Never staying at a B & B before I was not sure what to expect! It was a wonderful experience. I will definitely stay there again. Everything was beautiful, clean, friendly staff and other guests. Location was great for me. 5 stars +++
Cons: I can't say there was anything I didn't like. The walls could be a little thicker for sound, but it is a very old home and so that is to be expected! But would not deter me from staying there again.

Pros: The location was close to the downtown area of Gettysburg. The room was large, clean and comfortable with the look of a home instead of a hotel. The staff were helpful and friendly without hovering. I reserved a king suite, and it was quite nice.
Cons: The spa tub was smaller than expected, and the electric fireplace looked kind of chintzy, but otherwise it was very nice.
Pros: The location was about a 10 minute walk into the circle
Pros: Lovely place and very friendly and accommodating innkeepers! Definitely recommend the audio tour of the battlefields. Wished we had spent more time at the inn itself. Hope to return again!

Pros: The building is set back from the road so it was very quiet place to stay. Just far enough away from town, but close enough to be a short trip into the center of it.
Cons: There was the sign to the building, Marriott sign was there but not for thhe Wyndham.
Pros: Free Laundry , the restaurant food was pretty good
Cons: To far from where I was working
Pros: Staff was extremely helpful, courteous and met our every need. We arrived very late, and had called to make sure cribs were in two of the rooms, and they were in the rooms and ready for us to put the little ones to sleep. we requested a refrigerator, and it was brought up within minutes of our request.
Cons: Breakfast may have been a little over priced.
Pros: I was there for a three day conference. The food was fabulous. The room was very clean. And the staff were all so friendly.
Pros: We had a great stay, kids loved the pool!
Cons: Pretty nice hotel but the bathroom could be cleaner (there was toothpaste on the faucet and hair in the shower).
Pros: The only positive thing that I can offer is that the bed was very comfortable.
Cons: Greatly shortened due to site restrictions - Overall lack of customer service; Reservations / Check-in; Pool; Dining. All sub-par.

Pros: Loved the location. Everything is in walking distance. Staff was very helpful and everything was nicely clean.
Cons: The refrigerator in the room was pretty noisy when it kicked on.
Pros: It was in a centralized location - easy access to the Visitor's Center for the Battlefield. It was a clean moderately priced room. Staff was friendly. Housekeeping was splendid. Our room had a little patio. Breakfast was nothing to rave about and nothing to complain about. Will recommend this facility to friends visiting Gettysburg.

Inn at Cemetery Hill is a great choice for a stay in Gettysburg. Guests looking to stay active can check out the nearby downhill skiing, and free perks include WiFi, self parking, and continental breakfast daily between 6:30 AM and 10 AM.
Pros: Clean, great location, nice clean pool, friendly staff.
Pros: Overall the stay was nice. Great location in downtown area within walking distance of restaurants and shops, room was clean, and the continental breakfast was a nice value.
Cons: Fitness center was hard to find, and ended up being about the size of a walk-in closet. There wasn't adequate space for working out other than using the one treadmill there.
Pros: The location is great, able to walk about anywhere we wanted to go.
Pros: Not much
Cons: The hotel smelled. We were in a dark annex. I would never recommend this hotel. There are much lovelier places in the area.
Pros: Great breakfast
Pros: The breakfast was much better than we expected. Rooms were clean and staff was very friendly.
Enjoy your visit to Gettysburg with a stay at 1863 Inn of Gettysburg. For a bit of exercise, you can visit the fitness center or go for a swim in the outdoor pool. Other highlights include a garden, and rooms offer refrigerators and free WiFi.
Pros: Location was great, it is walking distance to just about all of Gettysburg's sites and attractions.
Wait staff was very nice. Hotel bar is lively fun.
Cons: Avoid paying for the parking garage through the hotel. They charge $12/day for unlimited use of the garage, plus there is a 2.50 service charge. If you pay in the garage it is $10/24 hours.
Bathrooms are kind of dated.
Pros: I loved the location for how quickly you can get to anything at the circle along with the Staff being very generous and sincere. I felt welcomed and enjoyed the comfortable king bed and fireplace my room had. This hotel is perfect for young couples that will be enjoying the night life in Gettysburg.
Cons: As my subject says, this is not for children. There are a handful of bars nearby including one in the hotel and two directly across the street from the hotel which causes a lot of noise at 2am when they let out. The windows are old and thus don't block any noise so I woke up and couldn't fall back asleep from 1:30am until about 3am as the crowds left the bar outside and those inside stumbled in to their rooms. (Walls are thin so you hear a lot if someone is talking with a raised voice)
Pros: The Gettysburg hotel had nice accommodations for the price and we will stay there again! we enjoyed the attached restaurant also!
Centrally located in town.
Cons: Five hallways to get to the room.
Very noisy street front room, many trailers driving thru in the AM.
Pros: In a historic spot in a historic town. It is very close to other landmarks and a must-see for any history buff.
Cons: I wish they had a continental breakfast available and having to pay an outside company for parking seemed ridiculous.
Pros: beware that if you book through kayak via hotels.com you are unable to change your room. i booked a suite and was not happy with the layout (two tiny rooms) and asked to switch rooms. the hotel was only half full this particular weekend so they had plenty of rooms available. the front desk curtly informed me that since i booked through hotels.com i could not change rooms. i even offered to move to another room that would be a downgrade and the women at the front desk did not want to accomodate me. i finally had to say that i would forfit the premium that i paid for the suite. however, they were not very nice about it.
Pros: Great location, shopping and service. Clean rooms and lobby. Nice onsite meals.
Cons: We got a Junior Suite and for the price it had a roof view.
Pros: Great location, very friendly and helpful staff, great facilities.
Cons: The rooms were not quite as nice as common areas.
Pros: The hotel was right at the center of town. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room large and clean.
Cons: The prices were a little high.

Pros: I liked the value, sure we weren't walking distance to Washington DC however their shuttle to the airport, breakfast bar, hot showers, good ac's, very comfortable beds and pillows. It all was perfect for what we were looking for.
The night clerk also helped lead us to local sports bars, restaurants and other things close to do.
Cons: Tucked away behind the Best Western which is also a good place to stay out, siblings own both. Bar for adult bevs closed at 10 pm :-) probably a good thing.
Pros: The location was great!
Cons: The pool was tiny. My children woke up with some kind of rash on their faces. This has never happened in any other hotel.
