it was excellenet....one of the bets hotel i have ever gone....
The maisonette accommodation, the staff and warm reception; exceptional service and meeting our needs for early morning departure. The welcome phone call to tell about the beach with chairs, umbrella and towels waiting directly across the road. . Not applicable
Very friendly family run hotel. Superb service, good breakfast with home made Greece products. Absoluut nice decorated and very clean hotelrooms with magnificent view. Quiet area, (fishing village) lots of small restaurants wiht good food. Pebble beach with own sunbeds and umbrellas. The best accomodation we had in Greece ! none
the hotel was as good (in fact even better) as the pictures and the description on the site promised! It is a small, very cosy and pleasant hotel, the owners are very welcoming, hospitality and service are their priority. They really helped us out when we needed to book an early flight home, and cancel the flight when the circumstances in the family did change, so that we could continue our holidays. the owners have also a very nice bar at the village Pefki itself, we sure would recommend other travelers to visit the bar at the Galini Hotel. The boulevard and the beach are at walking distance from the hotel. The owners take great effort to keep the hotel, swimmingpool clean and tidy. In short: a great place to stay !!!
Modern design of room and large balcony. Lovely gardens Uncomfortable bed with wooden frame. Too far to walk to a restaurant
Nothing. There was no hot water in the bathroom. Water pressure was very bad. Personel was polite only until we have made complaint. The worst hotel I have ever booked.
The owners were so helpful and welcoming it was like being a home from home. The rooms were spacious and very clean. There was a good variety of food available for breakfast. Being able to use the bikes for a ride to the beach was great (the owners bought a child seat especially for our daughter) . Nothing.
I liked the quiet location and the abundance of greenery. The room was spacious and cool. There were also lots of towels. The swimming was lovely and well looked after. Yes, the wood outside needs oiling and painting. Also there were swallow nests on the balcony so there was a lot of bird faeces on the floor.
It is very hard to put the studios in to a catergory because of the nature of the resort itself, it is however the perfect place to get away from it all and recharge your batteries. I would recommend that it is for those who have hired a car. It is located on quite a busy through road so traffic noise is a problem. The room however was perfect and far outweighed the noise! I would not hesitate to return.
Wonderful location and lovely staff. Very clean and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay
Staff people were really nice even if they couldn't really speak english. They were always available and with smile. Location is really good and if you like to be in the real Greece with nature around, go there. Breakfast is really good to take in the garden and the beach is so close with the umbrella and longchairs provided by the hotel. Everything was fine.
All was great. The room was big as exactly like the pictures. A plus and an unexpected suprise was the kitchinet, that we really needed, but it wasn't in the description. If we knew we would have booked a longer period. The breakfast was great, not much, but enough. The honey was excelent! The drainage in the shower was not that good, but it didn't bother us.
Everything was just perfect. It is a family owned hotel and the hosts are very friendly, polite and helpful. Our room was located at the second floor and the view was unlimited. It is quiet, clean, and 50 meters from the sea water. What we loved the most was the breakfast. It is not a buffet and there is not much choice, but the lady owner served us with a different delicassy every morning, on top of the standard Greek breakfast menu (bread, cake, juice, honey, butter, marmelade). We will go back there at first instance for sure.
situated across minor road from the beach, very comfortable rooms, staff very friendly and very helpful for local information.
We really enjoyed our stay at Agnadi Hotel. The rooms were cosy, comfortable, the interior decoration and furniture simple but lovely, fit the needs of the customer and warms up the atmosphere. The balconies have a great view on the sea.The stuff and the family who runs the hotel were very friendly and the location is beautiful and appeases the soul and the mind.Highly recommended for peaceful, relaxing holidays. Next time we visit this place we 'll definitely take our bath shoes because of the pebbles on the sea bottom and everything will be just perfect.
location, quiet & relaxing, friendly & helpfull family owned, beach & views.
Location is very beautiful and quiet surrounded by olive trees. The room was very neat and clean. Our room had a very nice garden. Hosts are very kind and friendly. Breakfast was very very satisfying. If you get lost on your way, please call the hotel. They will come and guide you to the hotel right away! For dinner, if you want to have at the hotel, you need to ask in advance. Unfortunately we were unaware of this. But dinner is available at various tavernas in the center of Rovies within 5 min driving distance from the hotel. None
Very beautiful hotel, clean rooms with awesome view, friendly staff, the breakfast was tastefull. Best choise for a relaxing weekend. Definetely we will go again!!!
Nice place, good stuff and the bungalows are just one step from the beach!
Very quiet with excellent location just off the beach, a lot of green in the territory, spacious family rooms. There was no mentioning anywhere that the beach is stony, not sand. Breakfast was very economical and same all the time.
We loved the room and the position which was close to the beach. The breakfast was very good and the staff were very friendly. If we came back to Rovies again in the future we would love to come earlier on in the season when we think there would be more facilities available. We would of liked to of been able to have a snack or a drink during the day or evening due to the bungalows being quite away from the town, although we do realise that our stay was at the end of the season when it was very quite and only breakfast was available..
Extremely pleasant and helpful staff, great newly refurbished and nicely decorated rooms, proximity to the beach, location which was a bit off the main (international) tourist areas but made a great starting point in discovering unexploited charms of north Evia. Free wi-fi internet and parking was a great bonus. Also, delicious truly homemade jams, cakes and pastry as one of the breakfast options.
My wife and I stayed at this hotel for our honeymoon. We received the warmest welcome you could imagine, and were delighted by the way our room had been organised for our arrival. Lovely clean room, comfortable bed, excellent home-cooked food, a very friendly family run hotel - like staying with friends! The beach is a minute's walk away, minimarkets not much further. If you're travelling from Halkida, the journey to Rovies over the mountain and through the woods is a pure pleasure. We would heartily recommend this destination, and the Souris Hotel in particular!
