Summary of reviews

Guests say
Overall, guests were dissatisfied with their experience at the hotel. The most common complaints were about poor service, lack of cleanliness, disappointing breakfast options, excessive noise, and small or uncomfortable rooms. Many guests felt the hotel did not meet its advertised standards, with some leaving early or requesting refunds. There were also issues with amenities not matching descriptions, such as paid sunbeds despite all-inclusive bookings and inadequate parking. Some positive remarks were made about the food and friendly staff, but these were outweighed by the negative feedback.
