I always adore that special white tea smell of the westin. The building itself was beautiful... All glass...the girl w the red hair in the front was super sweet and as always the hotel room was very clean and well kept. Always love the Westin!
Nothing Booked 5 weeks ahead of time, confirmed my reservation via email the day before and was still double booked and unable to stay at the hotel. Poor business practice to do that to people.

The hotel was clean and had all the amenities you might need during your stay. Parking garage has in and out privileges. Hotel is quiet & beds are comfortable. There is a Dunkin' Donuts across the street. Don't stay here if you are hoping to be close to Boston. It's definitely outside the city. It is easy to find though. It's located just off the highway.
Check in staff was friendly and helpful. Elevators did not work.
The bed was very hard. The room service was a disaster. They gave us bread with fungus!! and a pitch of water to make coffe!!
We liked the layout of the hotel how it was open and everything was in one building also the glass elevator. the staff was over all friendly. When we arrived they first put us in a room where the thermostate was broken and a panel was off and against the wall. When we called the guest services first said they would send someone up to fix it an hour passed and we were freezing so I called back and they didn't even remember I called than they sent up someone with new keys for us to a different room this guy was the electrician and knew the system was broken. The bathroom did not have a fan so the bathroom filled up with steam when you took a shower Than the elevator was dirty and the pool was freezing cold and the hot tub had chunks of hair and dead skin along with other things floating in the water. The room service and breakfast both made me and my boyfriend sick. We definitely will not be returning.

While staying two nights we had need of the business center to print flight tickets and 2 out of 3 computers were not working which led a back up of guests needing the computers. One belligerent guest would not allow us even to request when he would be finished so we could use it and proceeded to push me out of the room. After approaching the front desk into this matter they checked into it but he had already left. I've worked in a NYC hotel in Times Square for over 20 years and even I hadn't encountered this situation. You might need to look into keeping this up to date since it is now becoming more prevalent and almost necessary to keep the web and wifi in working order.
Easy to reach, good parking, spacious, quiet room, very good breakfast offering. Staff was not welcoming, seemed rather bored. Hotel lobby was not clean, and the carpeted stairs to the mezzanine level were dirty when I arrived, and still dirty on checkout the next morning. Not expected for a Hilton property.

I loved that When i told them my Finance was the day of our stay, not only did all the front desk know about it and wished her a happy bday. They went the extra mile by giving her a card, balloons, and chocolate cover fruit. It made her super happy. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay!!! there is nothing not to like

The Embassy Suites were nice overall. Only complaints, the bed was awful, and many children were running around like it was playground.
The hotel is very nice, more like a luxury hotel than an extended stay. The breakfast bar is really really good. Probably one of the cleaner hotels I have stayed in. I got the room for 145, which was an absolute bargain IMO. Great place, very professional staff. Not much the hotel can do about it, but if you are sleeping in the front room of the suite, it is very loud when the other guests close their doors. The manager should test it out sometime. Maybe put door closers to prevent unintentional slamming?
The rooms where big and clean. The continental breakfast was excellent and had good variety.
Complimentary buffet full breakfast. Easy to get to off interstate. Suite style amenable to family visit. Beds not comfortable, too soft. Limited room amenities.
The suite was one of the cleanest I've ever stayed in, the overall design of the building is magnificent and eye catching, it is not easy to get lost in the building, the workers were all friendly, and there included breakfast was more than we had hoped for. Overall it was a wonderful experience and we intend to stay there again. The Internet was slow and lagging in the bedroom but they had notes placed in the room apologizing and expressing they were working on fixing that issue.

The rooms were clean, the staff were friendly, the hotel was quiet, the breakfast was very good, and the hotel was located close to downtown Boston without the downtown Boston price tag. One of the hotel elevators didn't work.
Was the cheapest in the neighborhood, though still not cheap, imho. Street signs could be a lot clearer at the nearby corners. There should be signs at the parking lot exit to give you a clue.

I enjoyed the continental breakfast was excellent. The bathroom tub held water in the tub. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay.
It was clean, the restaurant was pretty good as well overall value good Weird size toilet in bathroom, like something you'd find in a kindergarten bathroom and shower rod was hanging by command strips.

I like the proximity of the hotel to the Hynes Convention Center, and the variety of food and retail stores available. And the presence of the chapel in the Prudential center was a very pleasant surprise! The staff that checked me in. She was on the snarky side. After a long drive to Boston and attending the conferences for the whole day, I want to get checked in as soon as possible and get some rest. I unknowingly stepped into the line of the "preferred guest", and she sarcastically pointed that out to me. That was not a very good first impression on the staff and the hotel, as far as I was concerned.

Very spacious rooms, great location next to restaurants (a lot of them), shopping, transportation, you name it. Kind of too big. Lobby was filled with tourists and flight attendants, just really massive hotel. I prefer boutique hotels.

Great location if you want to stay in the Back Bay Area. Clean rooms and linens. Staff was attentive and quick with requests for more towels etc. Got a great deal on the rate through a promotion on KAYAK, under $200 a night for a holiday weekend.

In the room we stayed the heater was making an obnoxious noise. We could hear everything from all angles and did not get much rest. We as a family tried to go to the pool and the pool was nice. Yet before getting into the pool it felt as if we were walking outside with nothing on it was completely freezing. Everywhere we went in the hotel was cold and we needed to wear our jackets at all times. Even though the stay was at artic temperatures the staff was great and included my child in every conversation.
Samantha was great as we were checking in. We were a little early for check in so she said the hotel would hold our bags while we toured the city. She came through on the promise of a room with a better view. So happy with the room that over looked Kings Chapel and Old City Hall. The hotel is right in the middle of everything, easy walking distance to anything. Beds were comfortable. Room was a little small but wont stop me from staying again. No free WiFi.

Although small, the room was comfortable and the shower quite lovely. Plenty of hot water in the morning. A blizzard was expected so I decided to check out a day early, and this was hassle free. I did not ask for the name of the person who helped me with the checkout, but she was very polite and extremely helpful. The door man and valet folks were quick to bring my car and wish me a safe journey. Overall a very pleasant stay and I was able to accomplish that which I was in town for. I found sleep very difficult due to the noise level throughout the first night of my stay, which was a Tuesday. Many drunk people coming to rooms late very loud in the hallway and then one couple in the room next to mine arguing until approximately 4am.
A friend of mine who lives locally was surprised I booked their since she said it is really "old". She was right. Main lobby carpet needs replacing. Stepped inside the "fine" dining restaurant and noticed a musty smell associated with "old" carpets and drapes.
The historic beauty of the lobby. Desire queen sized beds. The maid inadvertently picked up my husband's tuxedo shirt when changing the bed linen. Although we reported the loss, no one has contacted us since about ever finding it? A disappointed guest :+(

The staff at the back hotel bar was friendly, excellent and accommodating when the kitchen was about to close in 5 minutes. He even offered to get Guinness on tap from the front bar the Last Hurray. Rooms were clean and they were able to accommodate us with a better view. Bed is comfortable and linens are nice thread count. Decor is classic, wood paneled, gold, red and mustard yellow-- and reminded us of Stephen King's The Shining (where the film was made). Wifi is not included if you book through a third party-- they should change this policy as a courtesy. Drainage in tub was a little slow but this is true of most Boston older buildings.
This hotel for the amount I paid was really above my expectations in terms of service. Location is very central to the historic district, entertainment, food shopping. The hotel itself has a rich history and great to wonder through it. Would stay here again.

Location was close to most points of interest in downtown/waterfront Boston. Large lobby and helpful staff. Clean. Would rather have traded nice large entrance and lobby area for a better room size and traded the standard (double) bed for a queen size. Price for what we received was a little on the expensive side. Hotel claims to be 4 star but it doesn't quite make that level. WiFi should have been included as is becoming standard at hotels of this level
Location is fantastic--easy walking distance to all the places of interest. Hotel is itself a historical landmark. Room was rather small, no free wifi.
Clean, modern decor, bath utilities were excellent. Parking cost was too much. Should offer a discount on parking for people who are staying at the hotel.

Convenient location, very pretty and clean hotel. We had a nice view of the harbor. We had a four-night stay and had to get new room keys 6 times. Housekeeping did not come to our room the day after our arrival. There is no convenience store in hotel. Otherwise it was a great hotel.
Even under construction, the Revere is a wonderful place to stay. Easy walking distance to Boston Common, Chinatown and the Theater District. The staff were wonderful. Especially Richard Pettiglio, the Concierge, who went well out of his way to make sure our stay was exceptional. My ONLY dislikes were: way too little counter space in the bathroom, and that construction shut down half of the elevators during the peak checkout time. Folks with luggage were waiting for > 20 minutes for room in an elevator. The front desk staff did their best, however were definitely understaffed to handle the checkout volume.

Nice lobby, but this hotel needs a major amount of work! Problems: 1) TVs are analog, which means there is no resolution at all. Very blurry. Like 1998 TVs. Shocking at a so-called 4-star hotel. 2) Air conditioners that are so loud it sounded like we had a 747 revving outside our room. We couldn't adjust the AC except to two temperatures: 68 and 74. 3) No mirror in the room. 4) No refrigerator or mini-bar in the room. 5) No blow dryer. 6) Waited 15 minutes for an elevator, then couldn't get on it was so crowded. 7) Rude, arrogant staff except for Serena, and the day GM, who tried to help but wasn't around to do much until it was too late. Don't stay here. There is so much better around!

Great location Every hotel has a bad room. I got it this time- ripped carpet, stains on the wall, broken furniture, barely warm water, no internet and a $17.00 resort fee. Luxury maybe 15 years ago now very sad.
For one day and night after eye surgery my husband was completely blind. Please give high thanks to the doorman who helped him into the cabs or hotel lobby. After the bandages came off he could again see! Thank you Ma Eye and Ear and Park Plaza Hotel.
Location in Back Bay only redeeming feature. $110 million redo yet very small, noisy rooms. Family was in town for a wedding. A huge Convention was also at the hotel. Noise, noise , noise! Convention goers on our floor had noisy drunken party. Front desk could not deal with them. Offered us new room locations for following night. Our "new" room had no hot water until maintenance was called. Extremely small queen room. Hallways so wide and high, every voice heard in the room. Plumbing noisy and easy to hear voices in next room. Would never stay here again. Too many other quality hotels in the area. Missed the mark with the redo.
We stayed the weekend and it was really loud. Different groups of people were really loud in the hallways literally ALL night. It was like you were part of a spring break scene all over again.

The address given to me by the hotel was correct. Tons of hidden fees that are mandatory. Booked a king and was given a queen, with ZERO refund given. Would give this hotel a 0/5 if I could. Slapping travelers with hidden, mandatory fees should be illegal.
My wife and I stayed for a getaway weekend at the Boston Park Plaza and we had an amazing stay. Arriving into the hotel we were greeted immediately by staff and checkin was quick and effortless. The room was immaculate and the bed was comfortable . Before going out for the night we enjoyed drinks in the hotel bar and the staff was amazing. We would highly recommend this hotel

It is wonderful to have such a lovely hotel within walking distance of the airport. I had to fly on the day I arrived and again on the next ay, so I greatly appreciated the convenience of having your lovely hotel right next door. They also did a great job looking after my luggage until my next flights.

The staff were attentive. Wifi was free for me, but I'm a member of Hilton rewards which may have been why it was free. The restaurant had excellent food and drinks. Everything was clean and ran smoothly. the airport shuttle was great and they even ran to the rental car return to pick me up when I returned by car. This is a minor gripe. Usually I don't have a car when I stay at a hotel but the Hilton only offered valet parking for $44 dollars a day. Maybe my naivete is showing in that I think $44 as the only option for parking your car is excessive. There was a airport lot very close, but that was $29 each time you entered or left. It left you feeling somewhat hostage to the $44 dollars. Again, this may be very typical of hotels at airports and I am simply unaware.
Proximity to Logsn is excellent. Views were great! Lack of restaurants, parking should be included.

Really like the restaurants handy on the property. And the snack station. The shuttle service to the car rental and the airport was great. Made it very convenient for us to return our car and leave for the airport closer to our flight time.
My stay was terrific. An overnite because I had a car rental and an early flight next day. The people at the Hilton were so helpful--the doorman/valet especially who helped me by directing me to the rental return that was close and sending the hotel van to pick me up. I returned the car and walked out and into the Hilton van. The facility is luxurious. A Starbucks in the lobby! I used the full exercise and weight room, lots of machines and plenty of room, with changing rooms attached. Adjacent, the pool and large hot tub were fully operational and super clean. My room was larger than I expected, well kept, and the bed was super. The staff here and management deserve many kudos for making this Hilton a first class facility. Thanks!
Location was great The line to check in was very long for 1030 on a sat night. We got a room that smelled like smoke covered up by cheap perfume. We called down to the front desk. After 15 min of no one calling back, we went downstairs, got another room and the key didn't work. We went down for a third time and finally got a room and the key worked!
It was very nice to walk right off the plane and into the hotel. Someone starting slamming doors very early and woke me up. It's too bad either the doors don't close more quietly or the rooms were better insulated for sound. I wasn't bothered by the aircraft, just the inconsiderate guest or staff member who was making so much noise.
The bed was too firm. Had a hard wire around the edge of the mattress. No Iron, No Microwave, No Fridge. The shower was tiny.. really small. Not comfortable at all.

The TV and shower are excellent as is the location of the hotel. Knowing how expensive downtown Boston hotels are, I appreciate being able to stay in the heart of the city at such a low cost. Sadly, the staff isn't very friendly. They always act like they are doing you a favor if asked a question or reporting the elevator malfunctioning!!!!

Rooms were clean, Staff pleasant. Nice gym. Love the security card elevator feature. Should be in all hotels. Elephant castle is always pleasant. I didn't like that my room didn't have an ironing board & safe. In my opinion those two should be a no brainier & standard.
Receptionist clerks responsive to questions and pleasing traveler. The bathroom shower was excellent. The heating unit in the room was noisy. The breakfast was skimpy; commercial granola bars, oranges, bananas, coffee from machine (all impersonal).

The hotel looked nicer online to be honest. The staff were pretty great. House keeping was really good with fixing the room after i called about the bed being dirty. They left a nice note and some snacks/drinks as well. The TV was really nice. Our room was not very well kept. It was dusty, the bed hadn't been changed I believe, the sheets and pillow case was dirty and hairy, and the bathroom smelled like ciggaretes and was kind of dirty. the room was better than a motel so it wasn't the worst, just a little too pricey for the kind of quality you end up getting.

Location, price. The air exchange in my 11th floor room was intermittently noisy. I could not sleep. The staff put me in a different (and slightly larger) room the next day, but were not particularly apologetic. They seemed indifferent.
A shower with black mold is gross, even if it is marble. The clock made funny noises about 2am. It wasn't the alarm, maybe a failing battery backup, Thought the maid fixed it, but nope. Only solution was to unplug it. Mentioned it when we checked out. On our last day we left the room for the day we left the AC on to keep the room around 68 deg, imagine our surprise when we returned at 7 pm the room was 87 deg! The AC was no longer functional, and per the "engineer" they sent up the only solution was to open windows. As a result we got to listen to the large air handlers all night. The last day we decided to try the breakfast buffet, the food was okay but certainly not worth the $25/ea! The best thing about this place is the location.

We had a room overlooking Public Garden and it was great. Nice view during the day and at night. Hotel is on Newbury Street and close to nice shopping, good restaurants, Beacon Hill - lots to do. Afternoon Tea is wonderful. We had a suite and they charged us $25 for rollaway bed for our daughter - tacky.
The staff are excellent, the rooms very comfortable and the location is perfect, close to the T and right on the park.
After making arrangements for our kids to stay with friends for the night, my wife and I booked a room at the Taj to celebrate our 10th anniversary. Within hours of checking in, we were startled by loud, raucous music. So loud that we had trouble hearing each other from across the room even though we were 3 floors below. Turns out the Taj was hosting a wedding party in the roof. Management said they were booked and couldn't move us. It was so unpleasant, we ended up checking out that same night so we could get a good night's sleep.

Location, location, location. From here it is an easy walk to many fine restaurants, shopping, or for researchers, the NEHGS or the Boston Library (which doubles as an art museum). Little further for the Freedom Trail, but doable if you are used to walking. If you just want to rest and watch the world go by, the Commons is right across the street and at least during the day very safe and family friendly. Caught a late flight but they were more then helpful in storing our luggage and assisting in getting a ride to the airport.
The proximity to the park was ideal for my 12 year old golden retriever. She loved all the attention she received in the lobby. The staff were very friendly and accommodating even during the holiday crush. Highly recommended.
The Seaport Boston Hotel seems to have been recently upgraded, as the rooms are quite modern, comfortable and well maintained. The bed was very comfortable and I appreciated the bedside buttons to set the door to privacy, and turn off the lights. I was also impressed by the hotel's environmental focus. There were two bins in the room--one for trash and the other for recycling. The customer service was great and I also liked that tipping is not allowed. Gratuity is automatically included in the restaurant (just 18%) and the doormen do not accept tips for helping with bags. I also used the business center and was surprised to find that use of the scanner, copier and printers was free. I was able to print documents for a presentation for free. I had a great experience as this hotel and would highly recommend it to others. I don't have any criticisms of this hotel!

Everything was perfect! Great service, brunch was delicious! Gym was Great too. We had three friends stay in two double beds. When I booked it I couldn't find 2 queen beds. Two doubles were a little small, but they were comfortable.
The location was good to see Boston & get to our cruise. Wedding music was loud & heard on the 6th floor. You should have better toilet paper & kleenex.

The best part was necessarily the SPA, gym and swimming pool which can make a major diffrence in any hotel stay. The staff manning the cafe and restaurants clealry requires more experinence and effectiveness.
This was a much nicer hotel than I expected for the money I paid. We were traveling with two children and had no problems. Everyone, especially the concierge was friendly and helpful. The hotel is about a 5 minute walk from Quincy Market and the Aquarium. The Italian North end is just a little further. Great overall experience. The only downside was the parking at the hotel was extremely expensive and was valet only. I'm sure there were other less expensive options nearby, but we didn't want the hassle of driving around the city with two crabby kids in the car.

An excellent Boston experience all around
You can get to Copley Place and the Pru without going outside so weather is not an issue. Lots of restaurants nearby including Eataly. Symphony Hall is walkable. You can also walk down Newbury Street to the Public Garden. Hotel is small enough that you're not overwhelmed by people everywhere like the Marriott nearby. Parking is expensive! No coffee/tea in lobby - just in room.
Location Staff was inattentive and seemed bored. I arranged for a crib for my room for my son and upon arrival, it was not in the room which was hugely inconvenient. I had to call to have it brought up. Also, wifi should be free in this hotel.

What you would expect from a Westin. Clean, fairly modern rooms, big TV, complimentary bottled water, coffee and tea. It's connect by skywalks to other malls so you can get to many places without even hitting the street. Had little interaction with the staff but they were all courteous and efficient.
Arrived in Boston just in time for a heavy snowfall accompanied with a vicious wind. Being from snowy Colorado I was well aware of fast changing weather conditions. The Westin staff were also aware and took on the opportunity to show off their talent. These people know how to take care of customers with their great service, personalities and that always lovely humor. I'll be back!
The Westin is located in the heart of Boston with easy access to public transportation, restaurants and shopping. Great location for business travelers. Customer service was also great. Definitely worth checking out for your next business trip!

None When I booked this online the charge was $189. I was charged 259 plus taxes. $314.74 Total. wow! What a rip off

Staff was good and helpful The king bed was in bad condition. The middle of the matress had an over use. It felt like a whole in the middle. As if someone very very heavy used it for a long time. I had a backache after just one night. All yhey need is to replace the mattress and it would be a great room to rent.
The room was comfortable, clean. The bed was comfortable and the bedspread was white and very clean. That gave me alot of comfort knowing that the prads are washed often. There was a restaurant which was very good , but the menu was rather limited.
Hotel was clean, in convenient location, and included Wifi and free parking.

The online description advised on-site parking, it sure was, at $38 a day, I could have stayed at the Marriott down the road with free parking $38 a day parking, turned my $150 room into a $200 a night room after taxes, very deceiving
It was comfortable. The staff was awesome. It was run down and the parking was over priced considering there was a lot of empty parking spots and outside the city.

Easy about 1 mile walk to back bay. Room smelled musty. First was given a room that wasn't cleaned properly. A shirt was in the corner of the room and a black mascara mark on the pillow. Then was moved to a room with a balcony which was nicer but still smelled musty and had eaten food(baba ganoush) left in the fridge. Housekeeping needs to improve! Will never stay again. Hyatt Regency in East Boston by the airport is way better!
Good elevator security, location, friendly doormen, the staff apologized for not taking care of my water problem or leaving a note. Didn't fix the loud banging noise when I used the hot water in the bathroom sink, mold in the shower drain, shower clothes line didn't work, no Boston papers available, coffee poor quality, Starbucks croissants were day old and cost $4+, I had a view over industrial Boston, obstructed by the gym. Even the gym faced away from the water.

The location was great especially in proximity to public transportation. The decor was simple and comfortable. The noise coming from the hallway and room next door was somewhat bothersome. The lounge on the groundfloor became a night spot on the weekend and guests are continuing to party going back to their rooms. The acoustics in the lounge were very loud as well.

I actually like the location, since it's a little quiet. It's clean and hip and the staff is not in your face, but always helpful when you need. It's a tasteful place to stay.
the hotel had an excellent location in the middle of town and right across from quincey market and all sorts of historic places also near the water. I did not like the colors in the room, not really funky and stylish

The location was perfect for seeing almost everything in Boston. You ar eright in the centre of things yet it is not noisy like some hotels right in the hub of town. 2 things - No coffee maker in the room...thankfully coffee shops were close by...and having to pay for Internet in business centre

Overall my stays in the past have been great rooms are clean staff is friendly and helpful. I would stay again however I would hav to check the bed before doing so The bed was not comfortable at all. I was going to ask to change rooms but I honestly was too tired to pack my things up and move. These things should be inspected I can't believe i'm the only one that have may brought this to the staffs attention

Could have been a tad bit cleaner or maybe just needed a bit of updating in the room. But not bad enough that I wouldn't stay there again. Bed was always clean and well made. Just things like corners and grout in bathroom in some small spots
The two king bedroom suite we stayed in worked well for us. The gentleman who checked me in was very friendly and accommodating. The cleaning staff we talked with were also nice. The breakfast buffet offered a lot and was clean and well organized, but the food with the exception of the made to order omlet station was awful. I went for breakfast at 9:30 and the food was cold and stale and tasted quite bad. Also, all of the breakfast staff were rude and unhelpful. They gave mean looks and snubbed us.

Very tastefully decorated. Front desk was very helpful if needed. The breakfast buffet was well stocked and had plenty of food variety. If the family decided to eat in for a meal the table was too small for more than 2-3 people. someone would have to picnic out on the very comfy couch. An indoor salt water pool would have made it pretty perfect.
Two good size bedrooms. Good size living room with a comfortable couch. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with tub Crib for child was available. Heated swimming pool outdoor (about4ft deep) Parking was easy. Many entrances to the hotel around the building. Breakfast included. Wi-fi provided. Clean rooms. Limited choices of food for breakfast - no waffle for kids. Relatively small size table in the kitchen. Can only sit 2-3 people although a 2 bedroom suite will likely be used by 4-6 people.
The room wasn't cleaned thoroughly. When I was trying to windows and pull the curtain, there was dust all over the places. It seemed that the blinder was not cleaned for a very long time. Also, there was water right behind the toilet and it wasn't dried up. Overall, the cleanliness was the issue.

Friendly staff; accommodated a late check out request, but with a fee to be paid. Not an issue. Promised champagne and strawberries for special occasion (but never arrived). Great location. Bellmen were extremely helpful! Front desk staff seemed friendly, but read issues we had. Had there not been any of the issues, this would've been a great stay, I just don't know why there were so many missteps. It was a good stay, if you look at room size, bed comfort, bathroom size and comfort (just don't expect privacy; everyone will know your business in there!), friendliness, location. This should be a phenomenal stay. It has all the makings for it. It must've been a full moon or something that weekend. Was promised champagne and strawberries the first evening, but it didn't come. The next day, the room wasn't cleaned when we arrived back at 11pm, so called to have at least the bed made and fresh towels (they offered a discount on an additional night, which was accepted, though didn't go smoothly at final check out for some reason); also mentioned the missing champagne and strawberries, was told they'd be there the next night, but again no champagne or strawberries when we returned. Ever. Hallway was meeting central at 3am for drunken shenanigans by other guests. Finally, on the fourth day, after returning to the hotel after a long day, the wireless entry failed, so we had to wait to be let into the room. To the front desk's credit, they were going to upgrade us for free on the last night for the inconvenience, but one of us needed to get back into the room because they were flying out in two hours, so that wouldn't work. Was promised an email accounting, even gave email address and was promised in 5-10min; it's now over twelve hours later, and still no receipt in my inbox or spam/junk folder.

nothing - pay for internet in a 4* hotel? in every starbucks internet is for free, at least a basic bandwith - rooms are really old, I expected more from the brand hyatt - on 1st day room was not cleaned, only upon call I never ever stay in a Hyatt again
Room was immaculate and newly renovated. Front desk staff was extremely helpful and accommodating for my late check in. I am from the area and stayed overnight to avoid public transit issues on the morning of an important meeting. I would definitely stay there again!

Location is great in the center of everything walking distance anywhere to Boston. That breakfast is not included with the price tag of the room breakfast should be complementary. Parking under the hotel should be priced accordingly and have a special pricing for hotel residents.
Nice and clean. Annoying to pay for parking. Made me really angry, the hotel should have free parking for its guests. $40-55 a night is just ridiculous.
Comfy beds and clean room located easy walks from Boston Common Faneuil Hall and so much of the tourist stops we wanted to see. Salvatore's was a decent restaurant right across the street. Snooty staff at front desk. Restaurant staff courteous. Not a hotel with a family vibe. It seems more suited for business and conference attendees
The location was great with close proximity to public transportation and that made it easy for us to get around the city. Front desk was able to get us a room with double beds on a busy holiday weekend. 1) Slow elevator to get to lobby 2) Steep valet parking fees 3) Room service did not clean the room on our first day. I am not sure whether it was because of busy holiday weekend.
I loved that they provided us a cot for no extra charge, the beds were comfy, everything was very clean, people were nice, everything was great! I didn't like the expensive breakfast, it was pricey and not very good at all, maybe a free continental breakfast would have been nice.

Liked the spacious, clean, new room. Enjoyed working out in the fitness room. Close to Boston, N.H. and VT. Also, Waltham has a vibrant downtown with lots of good restaurant and interesting shops. No free breakfast.
Hotel was spacious and they had a Starbucks in the lobby To start they double charged me and it took over 12 hours to get my funds back and all the manager said was well I'm happy you got all of your funds back. Disregarding it was my birthday weekend and when they did that it overdrew my bank account and I was not able to do anything because they held my funds. On top of that the setup in the room was terrible you can't see the tv from your bed you have to sit on the couch. The tv was so old picture was terrible and screen kept going black so we changed rooms! last But not least after they cleaned my room my diamond earring went missing the manager on said they are looking into it and the lady who cleaned my room left and said she probably swept it up and they wouldn't find it ....we probably won't be back

This hotel is more like a business family, but the room it's like an apartment,full kitchen, very roomy, perfect to stay for more days. The staff was also very nice. The location, in my case that I was without car wasn't too easy.
